Zinc coated dual phase 600 steel （DP 600 grade） was investigated, utilisation of which has gradually increased with each passing day in the automotive industry. The adhesive bonding （AB）, resistance spot welding （RSW）, and adhesive weld bonding （AWB） ioints of the zinc coated DP 600 steel were investigated. Additionally, the zinc coating was removed using HCL acid in order to investigate the effect of the coating. The microstructure, tensile shear strengths, and fracture properties of adhesive bonding （AB）, resistance spot welding （RSW）, and adhesive weld bonding （AWB） joints of the coated and uncoated DP 600 steel were compared. In addition, a mechani cal-electrical-thermal coupled model in a finite element analysis environment was utilised. The thermal profile phe nomenon was calculated by simulating this process. The results of the tensile shear test indicated that the tensile load bearing capacity （TLBC） values of the coated specimens among the three welding methods were higher than those of the uncoated specimens. Additionally, the tensile strength of the AWB joints of the coated and uncoated specimens was higher than that of the AB and RSW joints. It was determined that the fracture behaviours and the deformation caused were different for the three welding methods.

This study aimed to determine whether NIR spectroscopy and protein band analysis can differentiate the grain samples of 15 wheat genotypes stored for different periods:Group Ⅰ(91weeks),Group Ⅱ(143weeks),Group Ⅲ(194weeks),and GroupⅣ(246weeks).Samples were harvested from previously-conducted field trials,and stored at+4 ℃.A-PAGE and SDS-PAGE methods were utilized to separate gliadin and glutenin fractions,respectively.A qualitative calibration model based on the Support Vector Machine(SVM)method was generated and validated using NIR spectra taken from *** indicated storage length did not have an effect on molecular band *** of this method would not be considered an effective tool for discrimination of samples stored for different lengths of *** techniques may have potential in sorting samples based on their storage *** SVM calibration model generated here had an acceptable true classification rate(over 80%)for separating all groups,while only GroupsⅡ andⅣ were precisely separated(100%true classification rate)in the validation step.

In order to understand its response towards nickel stress, watercress （Nasturtium officinale R. Br.） was exposed to nickel （1-25 mg/L） for 1, 3, 5 and 7 days. The accumulation and translocation of nickel were determined and the influence of nickel on biomass, protein content and enzymatic antioxidants was examined for both roots and leaves. It was determined that N. o fficinale could accumulate appreciable amounts of Ni in both roots and leaves. Nickel accumulated particularly in the roots of plants. Biomass increased at low nickel concentrations but certain measurable change was not found at high concentrations. Under stress conditions the antioxidant enzymes were up-regulated compared to control. An increase in protein content and enzyme activities was observed at moderate exposure conditions followed by a decline at both roots and leaves. The maximum enzyme activities were observed at different exposure conditions. Our results showed that N. officinale had the capacity to overcome nickel-induced stress especially at moderate nickel exposure. Therefore, N. officinale may be used as a phytoremediator in moderately polluted aquatic ecosystems.

In this study,numerical analysis and optimization in a single and multiple walled carbon nanotube-water nanofluid filled lid driven cavity having an inner elliptic obstacle were performed by using finite element method and COBYLA optimization *** top wall is moving with constant speed and vertical walls are kept at constant *** optimal size of the inner elliptic obstacle was determined by using an optimization study to maximize the average heat transfer along the hot wall of the *** simulation was performed by for various values of Richardson numbers(between 0.05 and 50)and various solid particle volume fraction(between 0 and 0.06)for single and multiple-walled carbon nanotubes water nanofluid.A larger obstacle(higher values of radii in the major and minor axis)with lower values of Richardson number results in higher heat transfer *** average Nusselt number versus solid particle volume fraction shows a linear trend and the discrepancy between the average Nusselt number for the cavity with the optimized obstacle and other obstacles becomes higher with higher particle volume *** average heat transfer enhances significantly which is about 120.20%for single wall carbon nanotube-water nanofluid at solid volume fraction of 0.06 when compared to pure *** discrepancy between the average Nusselt number for single and multiple walled carbon nanotubes becomes higher for higher values of Richardson number and solid particle volume fraction.A polynomial type correlation was proposed for the average Nusselt number along the hot wall which is fifth order for Richardson number an first order for nanoparticle volume fraction.

In this study, the applicability of plasma nitriding treatment in the production of non-magnetic and corrosion resistant layer on 316L stainless steel implant material was investigated. 316L stainless steel substrates were plasma nitrided at temperatures of 350 ℃, 375 ℃, 400 ℃, 425 ℃ and 450 ℃ for 2 h in a gas mixture of 50% N2-50% H2, respectively. It was determined that the treatment temperature is the most important factor on the properties of the corrosion resistant layer of 316L stainless steel. The results show that s-phase formed at the temperatures under 400 ℃, and at the temperatures above 400 ℃, instead of s-phase, CrN and y＇-Fe4N phases were observed in the modified layer. The electrical resistivity and surface roughness of the modified layer increase with treatment temperature. Under 400 ℃ the corrosion resistance increased with the temperature, above 400 ℃ it decreased with the increase in treatment temperature. It was analyzed that the electrical resistivity and the soft （ideal） ferro- magnetic properties of 316L stainless steel increased with treatment temperature during nitriding treatment. Also, plasma ni- triding at low temperatures provided magnetic behavior close to the ideal untreated 316L stainless steel.

Dynamic area coverage with small unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)systems is one of the major research topics due to limited payloads and the difficulty of decentralized decision-making *** behavior of a group of UAVs in an unknown environment is another hard problem to be *** this paper,we propose a method for decentralized execution of multi-UAVs for dynamic area coverage *** proposed decentralized decision-making dynamic area coverage(DDMDAC)method utilizes reinforcement learning(RL)where each UAV is represented by an intelligent agent that learns policies to create collaborative behaviors in partially observable *** agents increase their global observations by gathering information about the environment by connecting with other *** connectivity provides a consensus for the decision-making process,while each agent takes *** each step,agents acquire all reachable agents’states,determine the optimum location for maximal area coverage and receive reward using the covered rate on the target area,*** method was tested in a multi-agent actor-critic simulation *** the study,it has been considered that each UAV has a certain communication distance as in real *** results show that UAVs with limited communication distance can act jointly in the target area and can successfully cover the area without guidance from the central command unit.

The ground state hydrogen conformations and vibrational analysis of 3-deazauracil(3DAU)and 6-azauracil(6AU)tautomers(4-enol and 2,4-diol forms)have been calculated using ab initio Hartree-Fock(HF)and density functional theory(B3LYP)methods with 6-311++G(d,p)basis set *** calculations have shown that the most probably preferential tautomer of 3DAU and 6AU are the 4-enol form,which gives best fit to the corresponding experimental *** ground state conformer of the 2,4-diol form has two O—H bonds which are oriented externally and internally(to the N—H bond).The vibrational analyses of the ground state conformer of each tautomeric form of 3DAU and 6AU were done and their optimized geometry parameters(bond lengths and bond angles)were ***,from the correlations values it was concluded that the B3LYP method is superior to the HF method for both the vibrational frequencies and the geometric parameters.
