Pyridinethione 3a.rea.ts with methyl iodide, ha.ogena.ed compounds, a.oma.ic a.dehyde a.d ma.ononitrile/elementa. sulfur to yiled compounds 7-10 respectively. Rea.tions of thioether 7 in etha.olic K2CO3, 1 mole DMFDMa.a.d 4-(dimethyla.ino)benza.dehyde give compounds 11, 13, 14 respectively. Ena.inone 12 ca. be prepa.ed by rea.tion of compound 11 with DMFDMa. We ha.e demonstra.ed some rea.tions in order to show the potentia. usefulness of the prepa.ed compounds for the prepa.a.ion of new bipyridyl compounds 15, 16, 18, bicyclic compounds 17 a.d uncommon tricyclic compounds 20, 21, 22 a.d 23 respectively using DMFDMa.

These novel deep red colored complexes were cha.a.terized by elementa. a.a.yses, molecula. weight mea.urements a.d spectroscopic techniques (IR., NMR 1H, 13C a.d 31P NMR). The nutritive qua.ity of gua. (a.>Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) residues (GR) was investigated and the effects of partial replacement of wheat straw by GR on nutrients intake, digestibility, and growth performance. Twenty four male lambs, with average body weight (BW) of 40.3 ± 2.5 kg were divided into three groups. Lambs were fed individually for 104 days with concentrate mixture (18% crude protein) and wheat straw as a total mixed ration. Wheat straw was replaced with 0, 100 and 145 g/kg dry matter guar residues. All rations were isonitrogenous and isocaloric. The fattening trial lasted 104 daysa.>. At the end of week 10 of the trail, a digestion trial was performed using six lambs from each group. The composition of nutrients in the GR was 87%, 8.5%, 56.4% and 40.1% for DM, CP, NDF and ADF, respectively. DM and crude protein (CP) intake were not affected by the inclusion of GR. However, neutral detergent fibre (NDF) and acid detergent fibre (ADF) intake were lower in lambs fed GR compared to control lambs. At the end of the experiment, lambs fed 100 and 145 g GR/kg DM diets gained more weight (P version (CR). Results from this work suggesta.>ed that GR had advantages compaa. style="font-fa.ily:Verda.a.">red to regula. rougha.e (whea. stra.) in rega.d to pa.a.eters investiga.ed a. well a. the significa.t reduction in fa.tening diets cost.

核磁共振测井（NMR）不同于常规的中子、密度、声波和电阻率测井方法，因为核磁共振测井测量的是储层流体的信息，而对岩石骨架不敏感。储层评价的主要工作就是准确地计算孔隙度、渗透率以及识别流体（水、油、气）饱和度。本文提出了一种将密度和NMR孔隙度结合起来并且经过岩心校正的方法。新孔隙度称为DMR（密度-核磁共振）孔隙度。以前，常常利用中子／密度测井值来求取储层孔隙度，然而这种方法只在纯砂岩中效果较好。岩性的影响，充填的烃（气）以及砂泥岩储层的非均质性都增加了孔隙度计算的不确定性。本文中叙述了NMR弛豫时间与体积密度测井技术极大地降低了利用中子测井评价储层参数的不确定性，满足了描述和校正冲洗带流体密度的目的。叙述了DMR技术在埃及沙漠西部Oba.yed油田取心井中的应用并且讨论了得到的结果、局限性及优点，满足了数据获取的要求。油田实例显示了在致密气层中，DMR技术取代单一的NMR测井或者常规测井方法在确定储层孔隙度及含气饱和度方面的重要性。
