Purpose The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of 4 weeks of strength training with beta-alanine supple-mentation on anaerobic power and carnosine level in boxer *** Eighteen male boxer players participated in this study,randomly divided into two homogeneous groups(strength training+beta-alanine and strength training+placebo groups).The study design was double-blind,parallel,and *** anaerobic Wingate test was performed by athletes before and after the intervention period(4 weeks).Par-ticipants received 0.3 g/kg of body mass of the supplement(maltodextrin or beta-alanine)per day during the *** were also evaluated for anaerobic power,serum level of carnosine,and blood lactate before and after 4 *** Average power in both groups was significantly increased compared with pre-intervention,but fatigue index was significantly decreased only after beta-alanine supplementation;however,there were no significant differences with either average power or fatigue index between the beta-alanine and placebo *** was no significant difference in the interaction between the groups and time,as well as no significant difference between groups for lactic *** level in both groups was significantly increased compared with *** changes in serum carnosine for the two groups were examined,statistical analysis showed a significant difference between the beta-alanine and placebo *** Four weeks of strength training accompanied by beta-alanine supplementation had a likely beneficial effect on boxer players'anaerobic performance and carnosine level.

The Internet of Things(IoT)consists of interconnected smart devices communicating and collecting *** Routing Protocol for Low-Power and Lossy Networks(RPL)is the standard protocol for Internet Protocol Version 6(IPv6)in the ***,RPL is vulnerable to various attacks,including the sinkhole attack,which disrupts the network by manipulating routing *** paper proposes the Unweighted Voting Method(UVM)for sinkhole node identification,utilizing three key behavioral indicators:DODAG Information Object(DIO)Transaction Frequency,Rank Harmony,and Power *** indicators have been carefully selected based on their contribution to sinkhole attack detection and other relevant features used in previous *** UVM method employs an unweighted voting mechanism,where each voter or rule holds equal weight in detecting the presence of a sinkhole attack based on the proposed *** effectiveness of the UVM method is evaluated using the COOJA simulator and compared with existing ***,the proposed approach fulfills power consumption requirements for constrained nodes without increasing consumption due to the deployment *** terms of detection accuracy,simulation results demonstrate a high detection rate ranging from 90%to 100%,with a low false-positive rate of 0%to 0.2%.Consequently,the proposed approach surpasses Ensemble Learning Intrusion Detection Systems by leveraging three indicators and three supporting rules.

背景:系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种可能危及生命的自身免疫性疾病。其发病机制可以概括为:免疫系统不能识别“自我”和“非我”,免疫细胞攻击自身组织,从而在多个器官产生广泛的炎症反应和组织损伤。受累的器官包括关节、皮肤、脑、肺、肾、血管和心脏等。迄今为止,该疾病还无法被完全治愈。但维持长期治疗以及生活方式的改变,可以有效地控制SLE的疾病进展。目前,SLE的发病机制尚未完全阐明。随着全基因组关联研究(genome-wide association study,GWAS)技术的发展和更迭,已有80多个具有频繁变异的位点被证明与SLE的发病和免疫学异常有明确的关联。其中,与SLE有潜在关联的染色体区域之一是人类白细胞抗原(human leukocyte antigen,HLA)基因座。众所周知,这些基因座中的某些异常与特定的临床表型和血清学特征有关。此外,流行病学调查研究提示,环境因素对于SLE的发病同样存在重要影响。例如,感染会刺激免疫系统,激活自身免疫反应。其他环境因素,如紫外线、吸烟和大气污染物等,也与SLE的发病相关。此外,研究发现,一些药物也可能诱导SLE的发生,例如肼苯哒嗪、d-青霉胺、米诺环素、锂和肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)阻断剂等。在临床表现方面,SLE患者容易出现诸如乏力、皮肤红斑、发热以及关节肿胀或疼痛等症状。其他临床症状还包括光敏感、口腔溃疡、肺功能障碍、心功能障碍、肾脏受累、癫痫发作、精神异常以及血液系统和免疫系统紊乱等。非特异性的症状,如疲劳、发热、关节痛和体重减轻是新发病例或SLE活动性增高最常见的症状。其中,疲劳通常与其他临床症状和实验室检查异常同时出现;发热是SLE患者的另一种重要非特异性症状,可能由于疾病活跃、感染或药物诱导等引起。此外,活动期SLE患者可能会出现体重减轻。而体重增加可能与糖皮质激素治疗或疾病活动性有关,包括肾病综合征引起全身水肿后所导致的体重增加等。另一方面,关节痛是SLE患者最常见的初发临床表现之一。关节痛、关节炎、骨坏死和肌病是骨骼肌肉系统受累的主要表现形式。SLE患者的常见特异性皮肤损害表现包括颧部红斑,多为面颊和鼻梁上的蝶形红斑。它持续数天至数周甚至更长时间,偶尔见疼痛或瘙痒。SLE患者也可以出现盘状红斑狼疮样皮疹。患者皮损常常具有光敏性。表观遗传学是遗传学的补充,是传统遗传学无法解释现象的进一步诠释。表观遗传学是研究在DNA序列不变的情况下,基因表达出现可遗传的改变的一个遗传学分支学科。表观遗传调控机制有很多,主要包括DNA甲基化、乙酰化、组蛋白修饰以及非编码RNA的调控。长链非编码RNA(long-noncoding RNA,lncRNA)是以往发现的一种非编码RNA,参与了免疫系统生理或病理过程中的诸多环节。LncRNA被定义为长度≥200个碱基的非编码RNA,但由于成熟转录本中频繁地存在终止密码子,而使其具有轻微的翻译能力。lncRNA按照其功能和结构可以被分为多个类别,包括反义lncRNA、双向lncRNA、长基因间lncRNA(large intergenic non-coding RNA,linc RNA)、有义lncRNA以及内含子lncRNA。大多数lncRNA和m RNA是由RNA聚合酶II转录产生的,因此,lncRNA的结构与编码蛋白质的m RNA高度相似,两者都有3’端poly A尾和5’端帽子结构。早些时候,非编码转录本被认为是垃圾RNA和转录噪音。但事实上,lncRNA能够有效地参与控制转录沉默,协助蛋白质调节其作用,刺激蛋白质编码基因,与m RNAs结合以影响其翻译,并作为内源竞争性RNA去除micro RNA活性。LncRNA是多种生物活动中必不可少的调节剂。因此,lncRNA介导的免疫反应调控异常与自身免疫和自身炎症性疾病有关。此外,最近的研究通过操纵关键转录因子STAT1和STAT2的磷酸化水平,发现lncRNA作为调控因子在I型干扰素IFN-I信号传导的过程中发挥了关键作用。有趣的是,有报道称敲低linc00513在Hela细胞中降低了两个代表性IFN诱导基因OAS1和IFIT1的表达水平。同样,linc00513的过表达促进了ISG的表达。此外,其他研究表明,linc00513的表达水平与SLE患者的IFN水平呈正相关。因此,linc00513已被确定为I型IFN通路的关键调控因子,这是非编码RNA参与SLE发病机制的一个有力证据。另外,新进的一种lncRNA,它通过调节TLR4信号调控SLE的发病。由于lncRNAs在调节基因表达中发挥着重要作用,已有研究表明lncRNAs可以参与SLE等疾病的各种病理过程。在过去的二十年中,许多研究使用

Background: Risk stratification of long-term outcomes for patients undergoing Coronary artery bypass grafting has enormous potential clinical importance. Aim: To develop risk stratification models for predicting long-term outcomes following coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. Methods: We retrospectively revised the electronic medical records of 2330 patients who underwent adult Cardiac surgery between August 2016 and December 2022 at Madinah Cardiac Center, Saudi Arabia. Three hundred patients fulfilled the eligibility criteria of CABG operations with a complete follow-up period of at least 24 months, and data reporting. The collected data included patient demographics, comorbidities, laboratory data, pharmacotherapy, echocardiographic parameters, procedural details, postoperative data, in-hospital outcomes, and follow-up data. Our follow-up was depending on the clinical status (NYHA class), chest pain recurrence, medication dependence and echo follow-up. A univariate analysis was performed between each patient risk factor and the long-term outcome to determine the preoperative, operative, and postoperative factors significantly associated with each long-term outcome. Then a multivariable logistic regression analysis was performed with a stepwise, forward selection procedure. Significant (p < 0.05) risk factors were identified and were used as candidate variables in the development of a multivariable risk prediction model. Results: The incidence of all-cause mortality during hospital admission or follow-up period was 2.3%. Other long-term outcomes included all-cause recurrent hospitalization (9.8%), recurrent chest pain (2.4%), and the need for revascularization by using a stent in 5 (3.0%) patients. Thirteen (4.4%) patients suffered heart failure and they were on the maximum anti-failure medications. The model for predicting all-cause mortality included the preoperative EF ≤ 35% (AOR: 30.757, p = 0.061), the bypass time (AOR: 1.029, p = 0.003), and the dur

也门传统建筑是值得加以研究和发展的瑰宝。本研究在调查萨纳阿市传统与现代建筑的特性和建筑技术的同时,探究在当代建筑中使用传统建筑工艺的可行性,并通过Ecotect程序的计算机模拟来呈现。本研究的主题着眼于传统建筑技术和本地建造材料的特性,借以提高建筑的热性能并减少能耗,并且制定对这些建筑技术的最佳应用方式以提高建筑的服务周期和可持续性。本研究为将来的建筑提出了一些设计准则和建议,例如减少建筑的横向扩展,提高竖向扩展。
