[Pb（TPT）（μ-I）2PbI2（μ-I）2Pb（TPT）] 1 （TPT is the abbreviation of 3,5,6-tris（2- pyridyl）-1,2,4-triazine ligand） has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, J H- NMR spectroscopy and studied by thermal and electrochemical properties as well as X-ray crystallography. The single-crystal X-ray data show two different kinds of Pb2＋ ions in 1 with coordination numbers of six, Pbl = PbI6, and five, Pb2 = PbN312, with holodirected and hemidirected coordination spheres, respectively. The supramolecular features in 1 are negotiated through the weak but directional Pb...I, C-H...N and C-H...I interactions and aromatic π-π stacking interactions.

The aim of this paper is to investigate the implementation of a molten carbonate fuel cell （MCFC） as a CO2 separator. By applying multi-objective optimization （MOO） using the genetic algorithm, the optimal values of operating load and the corresponding values of objective functions are obtained. Objective functions are minimiza- tion of the cost of electricity （COE） and minimization of CO2 emission rate. CO2 tax that is accounted as the pollution-related cost, transforming the environmental objective to the cost function. The results show that the MCFC stack which is fed by the syngas and gas turbine exhaust, not only reduces CO2 emission rate, but also produces electricity and reduces environmental cost of the system.

The multi-radiation of X-rays was investigated with special attention to their energy spectrum in a Mather-type plasma focus device （operated with argon gas）. The analysis is based on the effect of anomalous resistances. To study the energy spectrum, a four-channel diode X-ray spectrometer was used along with a special set of filters. The filters were suitable for detection of medium range X-rays as well as hard X-rays with energy exceeding 30 keV. The results indicate that the anomalous resistivity effect during the post pinch phase may cause multi-radiation of X-rays with a total duration of 300 ± 50 ns. The significant contribution of Cu-Kα was due to the medium range X-rays, nonetheless, hard X-rays with energies greater than 15 keV also participate in the process. The total emitted X-ray energy in the forms of Cu-K and Cu-K/3 was around 0.14 ± 0.02 （J/Sr） and 0.04 ±0.01 （J/Sr）, respectively. The total energy of the emitted hard X-ray （〉 15 keV） was around 0.12± 0.02 （J/Sr）.

Recently,the hole transport layer-free planar perovskite solar cells(HTL-free PSCs)have attracted intense ***,the poor absorption of light in the wavelengths longer than 800 nm is an important challenge in all configurations of *** this study,the HTL-free PSC with a gold rectangular grating at back contact is *** order to improve the performance of the solar cell,effects of grating dimensions and periodicity on the absorption of the active layer are numerically *** the improved condition,an absorption enhancement of 25%in the range of 300–1400 nm is obtained compared with the flat electrode-based *** improvements are attributed to the coupling of light to surface plasmon polariton(SPP)***,the electrical simulation results of the improved solar cell demonstrated short-circuit current density and power conversion efficiency of 27.72 mA/cm2 and 18%,respectively.

Prediction of forming limit in sheet metal forming is among the most important challenges confronting researchers. In this paper, a fully coupled elastic-plastic-damage model has been developed and implemented into an explicit code. Due to the adoption of the plane stress and finite strain theories, model can predict deformation and damage of parts quickly and accurately. Also, damage initiation, propagation, and fracture in some operations are predicted and validated with experiments. It is concluded that finite strain combined with continuum damage mechanics can be used as a quick tool to predict ductile damage, fracture, and forming limits in sheet metal forming processes.

The current study deals with the depth of scour at the location of impact between a free fall jet and a riverbed. The current study is based on extensive laboratory experiments that were designed to mimic full-scale behavior. The literature review shows that relations among hydraulic parameters for predicting the depth of scour are complex; therefore, six artificial intelligence techniques are used in the current study to capture these complex relation. A total of 120 observations are used for the analysis. Results from the experiments show that with increasing downstream water depth(h), the impinging jet causes increasingly turbulent currents and large vortices that increase the scouring of the riverbed. Increasing discharge per unit width(q) enhances the relative scour depth(D/H) while increasing the average diameter of the riverbed materials(d) decreases D/H, where D is maximum scour depth and H is the height of the falling jet. With increasing(particle Froude number Fr), the relative scour depth *** the current study the prediction accuracy of Gene Expression Programming(GEP), Multivariate Adaptive Regression Spline(MARS), M5P Tree, Random Forest(RF), Random Tree(RT), and Reduces Error Pruning Tree(REP Tree) techniques are evaluated using the relative scour depth(D/(H-h)). The performance evaluation indices and graphical methods suggest that the GEP based model is more accurate than other prediction methods for the relative scour depth with a coefficient of determination(R2) equal to 0.8330 and 0.8270, a mean absolute error(MAE) equal to 0.1125 and 0.0902, root mean square error(RMSE) values of 0.1463 and 0.1116, and Willmott’s Index(WI) equal to 0.8998 and 0.9014, for the training and testing stages.

Efficient desulfurization of gasoline fuel using ionic liquid extraction as a complementary process to adsorptive desulfurization

The extractive desulfurization of a model gaso- line containing several alkyl thiols and aromatic thiophenic compounds was investigated using two imidazolium-based ionic liquids （ILs）, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrachloroaluminate, and 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium te- trafluoroborate, as extractants. A fractional factorial design of experiments was employed to evaluate the effects and possible interactions of several process variables. Analysis of variance tests indicated that the number of extraction steps and the IL/gasoline volume ratio were of statistically highly significant, but none of the interactions were significant. The results showed that the desulfurization efficiency of the model gasoline by the ILs could reach 95.2 % under the optimal conditions. The optimized conditions were applied to study the extraction of thiophenic compounds in model gasoline and several real gasoline samples; the following order was observed in their separation： benzothio- phenc 〉 thiophcne 〉 3-methylthiophene 〉 2-methylthiophene, with 96.1% removal efficiency for benzothiophene. The IL extraction was successfully applied as a complementary process to the adsorptive desulfurization with acti- vated Raney nickel and acetonitrile solvent. The results indicated that the adsorptive process combined with IL extraction could provide high efficiency and selectivity, which can be regarded as a promising energy efficient desulfurization strategy for production of low-sulfur gasoline.

We study the entropy-corrected version of the holographic dark energy （HDE） model in the framework of modified Friedmann-Robertson-Walker cosmology. We consider a non-flat universe filled with an interacting viscous entropy-corrected HDE （ECHDE） with dark matter. Also included in our model is the case of the variable gravitational constant G. We obtain the equation of state and the deceleration param- eters of the interacting viscous ECHDE. Moreover, we reconstruct the potential and the dynamics of the quintessence, tachyon, K-essence and dilaton scalar field models according to the evolutionary behavior of the interacting viscous ECHDE model with time-varying G.
