The processes of photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction(pCO_(2)R)and electrochemical CO_(2) reduction(ECO_(2)R)have attracted considerable interest owing to their high potential to address many environmental and energy-related *** this aspect,a single Cu atom decorated on a carbon nitride(CN)surface(Cu-CN)has gained increasing popularity because of its unique advantages,such as excellent atom utilization and ultrahigh catalytic ***-particularly graphitic CN(g-C_(3)N_(4))-is a photo-and electrocatalyst and used as an important support material for single Cu atom-based *** key functions of Cu-CN-based catalysts can improve the catalytic performance and stability in the pCO_(2)R and ECO_(2)R during the application *** this review,we focus on Cu as a single metal atom decorated on CN for efficient photoelectrochemical CO_(2) reduction(pECO_(2)R),where ECO_(2)R increases the electrocatalytic active area and promotes electron transfer,while pCO_(2)R enhances the surface redox reaction by efficiently using photogenerated charges and offering integral activity as well as an active interface between Cu and *** of single Cu atom-based photo-,electro-,and photoelectrochemical catalysts with g-C_(3)N_(4) are ***,for a deeper understanding of the history of the development of pCO_(2)R and ECO_(2)R,the basics of CO_(2) reduction,including pCO_(2)R and ECO_(2)R over g-C_(3)N_(4),as well as the structural composition,characterization,unique design,and mechanism of a single atom site are reviewed in ***,some future prospects and key challenges are discussed.

Gravity Investigation in Area East of River Nile (Khartoum State)

The purpose of the study is to investigate the subsurface geology of the area. For quantitative interpretation of the resulting Bouguer anomalies, borehole data are explored. This is done along several profiles obtained from software program ***  version 2.2 No.175. This program is based on two dimensional mass distribution. The interpretation reveals two basinal features filling depressions in the basement complex named as Abu Harira basin and Kabbashi basin. They are structurally related to Khartoum basin. As a result, a geological/structural map of the area in east of the Nile is produced. The basinal features in the study area are considered as parts of the central Sudan (Khartoum basin) that had been subjected to several tectonic events that resulted in the formation of several fracture systems associated with block subsidence and formation of these basins.

Locally Advanced Breast Cancer in Pakistani Women: What Is Different from Rest of the World and Why It Is Difficult to Manage

Locally Advance Breast Cancer refers to a heterogeneous group of breast cancer with locally extensive disease, which may or may not involve the nodes, without any distant metastases. The study was conducted at Faisalabad Medical University (FMU), Oncology, Allied Hospital Faisalabad (Pakistan). Data of 100 patients with LABC was collected. Demographics were recorded in the form of age, socio-economic status. In clinical data, time of presentation, family history of breast cancer, the presenting symptom in the form of lump, ulceration and other skin changes were noted. Histo-pathological variables including tumor size, histopathology, Bloom & Richardson grading, estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor status (PR) and HER2 status. Results showed that after following a standard trimodality treatment approach in LABC patients, 30 percent died within two years. Disease free survival for more than two years was observed in only 25% of patients. Whereas, 70% patients had eventful (Recurrence/metastases) survival. This poor outcome was observed due to lack of health care facilities, awareness and poor socioeconomic status.

Sedimentary Basins in the Western White Nile, Sudan, as Indicated by a Gravity Survey

An academic geophysical research as a regional gravity survey was made during1994 in the Western White Nile to infer the shallow crustal structures in the area. The result ofthe survey was compiled as a Bouguer anomaly map with a contour interval of 2 X 10^(-5)m/s^2. It isfound that the negative residual anomalies are related to the Upper Cretaceous sediments (NubianSandstone Formation) filling all depressions in the Basement complex surface while the positiveresidual anomalies are attributed to the relatively shallow or outcropping Basement rocks and thesteep gravity gradients are resulting from the sharp contacts between the sedimentary infill and theBasement rocks. To define the geological structures in the area, 9 profiles were studied. For eachof the profiles, measured and computed Bouguer gravity anomalies, crustal density model, subsurfacegeology evaluation were performed. A G-model computer program was applied in the gravity modeling,which is based on the line-integral method of gravity computation. A geological/structural map wasproposed showing inferred sedimentary basins, faulting troughs and uplifted Basement block andtectonic trends. The basins are believed to be fault-controlled which developed by extensionaltectonics (pull-apart mechanism). As for the mechanism and cause of faulting, the area is consideredas a part of the Central Sudan rift system which had been subjected to several tectonic eventssince Early Cambrian to Tertiary times which resulted in the formation of several fracture systemsassociated with block subsidence, rifting and basin formation.
