Pressure-rate convolution and deconvolution response for fractured conventional and unconventional reservoirs using new decline rate model

This paper introduces new approach for pressure-rate convolution and deconvolution analysis of multi-stages hydraulically fractured conventional and unconventional *** approach demonstrates the impact of variable Sand face flow rate on reservoir performance.A new model for P/r deconvolution is used to convert pressure pulse from variable flow rate to single and constant rate *** target of this study is fractal reservoirs with and without stimulated and unstimulated reservoir ***-linear flow regimes approach is used to describe pressure behavior in the reservoirs while decline flow rate behavior is described by newly proposed model in this *** model depicts,instead of van Everdingen model,indirectly the declining rate with time by using pressure responses with production *** flow rate behavior simulated by linear and bi-linear flow models are also studied and compared with the one obtained by the new *** analytical models are used in this study by applying P/r convolution and deconvolution technique and solved for constant and variable flow rate considering different reservoir configurations and operating *** results are interpreted and analyzed for better understanding pressure behaviors,flow regime types,and productivity index trends for continuously changing flow rate especially at early production *** stimulated reservoir volume(Vsrv)is considered one of the applications of convolved pressure since it is calculated from pseudo-steady state flow when late time boundary dominated flow regime is *** outcomes of this study can be summarized as:1)Introducing new approach for pressure-rate convolution and deconvolution technique for multi-stages hydraulically fractured reservoirs by applying new decline flow rate model that indirectly simulates variable flow rate with time.2)Generating analytical models for dimensionless pressure and flow rate for constant and variable flow rate usin

The present investigation is focused on studying the surface wave propagation in a generalized magneto-thermoelastic materials taking(Green Lindsay)model with *** general surface wave speed is derived to study the effects of magnetic field and rotation on surface wave in the presence of *** addition the present study can be comprehensively applied to the magneto-thermoelastic medium with *** possible non-dimensional frequency of surface wave propagation has been obtained as the solution of an algebraic equation involving a determinant whose elements contain the material parameters,the direction of applied magnetic field and rotation of surface wave *** comparisons for the physical quantities are established numerically and represented graphically in different cases with respect to the used effects.

Histone deacetylase HDA710 controls salt tolerance by regulating ABA signaling in rice

Plants have evolved numerous mechanisms that assist them in withstanding environmental *** deacetylases(HDACs)play crucial roles in plant stress responses;however,their regulatory mechanisms remain poorly ***,we explored the function of HDA710/OsHDAC2,a member of the HDAC rPD3/HDA1 family,in stress tolerance in rice(Oryza sativa).We established that HDA710 localizes to both the nucleus and cytoplasm and is involved in regulating the acetylation of histone H3 and H4,specifically targeting H4 K5 and H4 K16 under normal ***710 transcript accumulation levels were strongly induced by abiotic stresses including drought and salinity,as well as by the phytohormones jasmonic acid(JA)and abscisic acid(ABA).hda710 knockout mutant plants showed enhanced salinity tolerance and reduced ABA sensitivity,whereas transgenic plants overexpressing HDA710 displayed the opposite ***,ABAand salt-stress-responsive genes,such as OsLEA3,OsABI5,OsbZIP72,and OsNHX1,were upregulated in hda710 compared with wild-type *** expression differences corresponded with higher levels of histone H4 acetylation in gene promoter regions in hda710 compared with the wild type under ABA and salt-stress ***,these results suggest that HDA710 is involved in regulating ABA-and salt-stress-responsive genes by altering H4 acetylation levels in their promoters.

This paper presents the mathematical analysis of the dynamical system for avian *** proposed model considers a nonlinear dynamical model of birds and *** half-saturated incidence rate is used for the transmission of avian influenza *** mathematical results are presented for the proposed *** local and global dynamics of each model are presented and proven that when r0ree equilibrium of each model is stable both locally and globally,and when r0>1,then the endemic equilibrium is stable both locally and *** numerical results obtained for the proposed model shows that influenza could be eliminated from the community if the threshold is not greater than unity.

Generic Transgression of Tragicomedy in Anton Chekhov＇s The Seagull and George Bernard Shaw＇s The Apple Cart

This paper delves into Anton Chekhov＇s The Seagull and George Bemard Shaw＇s The Apple Cart to extensively analyze their infusion of certain comical elements in depicting ostensibly tragic concerns. The paper aims at exploring the use of the comic elements that is not without purpose. Instead through this incorporation of farce, linguistic humor, witty repartee and exaggeration, the holistic vision of life is obtained which was earlier compartmentalized by the Greeks and roman playwrights. Comic elements including slapstick humor, the singing of songs, and certain character portrayal are discussed as techniques employed at the hands of the playwrights to reflect over the real historical milieu of their respective times, yet giving a boost to realism as a theory and a practice. This is a qualitative study based upon hermeneutic theory of textual analysis. The paper establishes the similarities in Bernard Shaw＇s and Anton Chekhov＇s employment of comical elements as well as the difference between their essential purposes in generic transgression. Although the two writers have their roots in different countries, their humorous portrayal of various issues is seen to be similar. From the microanalysis of these plays, the same comic strains can be traced out in modern drama at macro level that will enhance the implication of this research paper. This paper therefore concludes that comic and tragic elements are not antagonistic rather complimentary to each other.

The networks are fundamental to our modern world and they appear throughout science and *** to a massive amount of data presents a unique opportunity to the researcher’s *** networks grow in size the complexity increases and our ability to analyze them using the current state of the art is at severe risk of failing to keep ***,this paper initiates a discussion on graph signal processing for large-scale data *** first provide a comprehensive overview of core ideas in Graph signal processing(GSP)and their connection to conventional digital signal processing(DSP).We then summarize recent developments in developing basic GSP tools,including methods for graph filtering or graph learning,graph signal,graph Fourier transform(GFT),spectrum,graph frequency,*** filtering is a basic task that allows for isolating the contribution of individual frequencies and therefore enables the removal of *** then consider a graph filter as a model that helps to extend the application of GSP methods to large *** show the suitability and the effeteness,we first created a noisy graph signal and then applied it to the *** several rounds of simulation *** see that the filtered signal appears to be smoother and is closer to the original noise-free distance-based *** using this example application,we thoroughly demonstrated that graph filtration is efficient for big data analytics.

Effects of Hall Current on MHD Boundary Layer Second-Order Viscoelastic Fluid Flow Induced by a Continuous Surface with Heat Transfer

Effects of Hall current on heat transfer and magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) boundary layer flow induced by a continuous surface in a parallel free stream of a second-order viscoelastic fluid are studied for uniform suction/injection by taking viscous dissipation into account. Complex nonsimilar solutions to the stream function and temperature are developed by means of an elegant technique, known as homotopy analysis method (HAM). Convergence of the solutions is ensured with the help of -curves. Graphical and tabular results for the effects of Hall current reveal that it has a significant influence on: complex velocity, complex temperature, magnitude of the shear stress at the surface, magnitude of the rate of heat transfer at the surface and on boundary layer thickness.

[Background];Diabetes is a disease effecting human beings across the *** one of the highest mortality rates and disability(amputations).Although an improved life style and discovery of insulin has played an important role in the treatment of diabetes but still there are limitation to insulin treatment and complications in long term *** researchers established that successful pancreas transplantation is the only best treated for *** transplantation was started in early 19th century dogs played an important part in diabetes and pancreas transplantation *** of the research is carried on dogs and later applied for the well being of *** passages of time improvements occurred in pancreas transplantation in dogs and first human transplantation was performed in 196 based on dog *** China Pancreas transplantation was started *** researchers are trying to establish a simultaneous kidney and pancreas transplantation.[Objective];To establish simultaneous pancreas kidney transplantation model in canines for the treatment of type 1 diabetes.[Material and Method];Local dogs 22 in number,two for every time weight of dogs was 13-16Kg with age 18-24 months,for the recipient body weight similar in females as compare to the males,fasting 12 hours before the surgery,and no water intake 4 hours post *** divided in 11 groups randomly each having a donor and a *** tissue matching was done the dogs were provided by the Laboratory Animal Center of Kunming Medical University.[results]Donor pancreas transplantation surgery,1 donor died because of anesthesia,1 donor gastero duodenal artery was damaged by mistake during surgery which was repaired with intercostal arterial anastomosis the blood supply of the duodenum was restored in a good manner.2 cases of recipient remission showed persistent apathy and died within 1 *** reopen after death to find the cause of the death,we found pancreatic ischemia and necrosis b
