Internet of Medica. Things-ba.ed Sma.t Monitoring Hiera.chica. Pollution resulting from terrestria. a.d a.ua.ic tra.e elements ha. become a.severe problem a.ross the world. Orga.ic ca.bon(OC) content ha. a.high a.finity for meta.lic conta.ina.ts a.d it a.ts a. a.significa.t sink for tra.e elements. The decomposition of OC content directly influences the bioa.a.la.ility of tra.e elements. The decomposition of OC content a.d OC distribution va.y spa.ia.ly, these processes a.fect the relea.e of tra.e elements a.d need further resea.ch. In the current study, sediment sa.ples from the surfa.e sediment a.ong Beiyun River(Section 1 to Section 4 from upper to lower rea.hes),which is situa.ed in the ra.idly urba.ized Beijing metropolis, were mea.ured for OC, moisture, ha.dness,a.d tra.e elements. The OC contents were found to ha.e a.substa.tia. difference a.ong a.l four river sections a.ong the urba.ized river gra.ient. Wherea. the higher OC contents were found in Sections 2(Urba.ized upla.ds) a.d 3(fa.mla.d) compa.ed to those in Sections 1(forest) a.d 4(fa.mla.d a.d pa.t of constructed a.ea.). On the other ha.d, the highest va.ue of the correla.ion coefficient wa. found a.ong the different va.ues of tra.e elements a.d OC content in the riverine zone of the Beiyun River ba.in. OC contents pla. a.vita. role in the tra.sforma.ion a.d origin of tra.e elements in the surfa.e sediment of the Beiyun River ba.in. The One-wa. a.a.ysis of Va.ia.ce(a.OVa. wa. a.plied to compa.e the mea.s of OC a.d tra.e elements a. different sections indica.ing no significa.t difference. However,source identifica.ion of tra.e elements indica.ed tha. a.geogenic source wa. responsible for higher contents of a. a.d(69.95%). Simulta.eously, the na.ura. OC, a.ricultura. a.tivities, a.d industria. wa.te contributed a.out(21.10%) towa.ds the Cd a.d Zn, a.d a.out 10% for Cr a.d Cu. This pa.er presents a. improved a.proa.h for detecting copy-move forgery ba.ed on singula. va.ue decomposition(SVD).It is a.block-ba.ed method where the ima.e is sca.ned from left to right a.d top to down by a.sliding window with a.determined *** ea.h step,the SVD is ***,the dia.ona. ma.rix’s ma.imum va.ue(norm)is selected(representing the sca.ing fa.tor for SVD a.d a.fixed va.ue for ea.h set of ma.rix elements even when rota.ing thema.rix or sca.ed).Then,the simila. norms a.e grouped,a.d ea.h lea.ing group is sepa.a.ed into ma.y subgroups(elements of ea.h subgroup a.e neighbors)a.cording to 8-a.ja.ency(the subgroups for ea.h lea.ing group must be fa. from others by a.specific dista.ce).a.ter tha.,a.weight is a.signed for ea.h subgroup to cla.sify the ima.e a. forgery or ***,the F1 score of the proposed system is mea.ured,rea.hing 99.1%.This a.proa.h is robust a.a.nst rota.ion,sca.ing,noisy ima.es,a.d illumina.ion *** is compa.ed with other simila.methods a.d presents very promised results.
