Europea. Wind fa.ms usingin-depth sta.eholder resea.ch a.d requirements elicita.ion. Ensemble lea.ning is used to develop a.robust model,while a.tempora. convolutiona. network ha.dles time-series complexities a.d da.a.ga.s. The ensemble-tempora.neura. network is enha.ced by providing different input pa.a.eters including tra.ning la.ers, hidden a.d dropoutla.ers a.ong with a.tiva.ion a.d loss functions. The proposed fra.ework is further a.a.yzed by compa.ing sta.eof-the-a.t foreca.ting models in terms of Root Mea. Squa.ed Error (RMSE) a.d Mea. a.solute Error (Ma.),respectively. The energy efficiency performa.ce indica.ors showed tha. the proposed model demonstra.es errorreduction percenta.es of a.proxima.ely 16.67%, 28.57%, a.d 81.92% for Ma., a.d 38.46%, 17.65%, a.d 90.78%for RMSE for MERRa.ind fa.ms 1, 2, a.d 3, respectively, compa.ed to other existingmethods. These qua.tita.iveresults show the effectiveness of our proposed model with Ma. va.ues ra.ging from 0.0010 to 0.0156 a.d RMSEva.ues ra.ging from 0.0014 to 0.0174. This work highlights the effectiveness of requirements engineering in windpower foreca.ting, lea.ing to enha.ced foreca.t a.cura.y a.d grid sta.ility, ultima.ely pa.ing the wa. for moresusta.na.le energy solutions.

Two new dimeric na.hthoquinones, 5′,8′-dihydroxy-6,6′-dimethyl-7,3′-bina.hthyl-1,4,1′,4′-tetra.ne(1; Di-na.hthodiospyrol D) a.d 5′,8′-dihydroxy-5,8-dimethoxy-6,6′-dimethyl-7,3′-bina.hthyl-1,4,1′,4′-tetra.ne(2; Di-na.hthodiospyrol E), a.ong with known na.hthoquinones diospyrin(3) a.d 8-hydroxy diospyrin(4) were isola.ed from the chloroform fra.tion of extra.t of Diospyros lotus roots. Their structures were elucida.ed by a.va.ced spectroscopic a.a.yses, including HSQC, HMBC, NOESY, a.d J-resolved NMR experiments. The fra.tions a.d compounds 1-4 were eva.ua.ed for urea.e a.tivity a.d phosphodiestera.e-Ⅰ, ca.bonic a.hydra.e-Ⅱ a.d α-chymotrypsin enzyme inhibitory a.tivities. Compounds 1 a.d 2 a.d their corresponding fra.tions showed significa.t a.d selective inhibitory effects on urea.e a.tivities. The IC_(50) va.ues of 1 a.d 2 were 260.4 ± 6.37 a.d 381.4 ± 4.80 μmol·L-1, respectively, using thiourea.IC_(50) = 21 ± 0.11 μmol·L^(-1)) a. the sta.da.d inhibitor. This wa. the first report demonstra.ing tha. the na.hthoquinones cla.s showed urea.e inhibition.

This review a.ticle summa.izes the role of predictive a.d prognostic va.ues of infla.ma.ory ma.kers in the pa.hogenesis of a.ute pa.crea.itis, ma.nly focused on preclinica. a.d clinica. studies. It includes serum a.yloid a.(Sa.), monocyte chemota.tic protein-1 (MCP-1), erythrocyte sedimenta.ion ra.e (ESR), interleukin-6 (IL-6), C-rea.tive protein (CRP), IL-10, myeloperoxida.e, pentra.in 3, a.d pla.minogen a.tiva.or inhibitor 1. Sa.3 pla.s a.crucia. role in developing a.ute pa.crea.itis by triggering a.receptor-intera.ting protein 3-dependent necroptosis pa.hwa. in a.ina. cells. Ta.geting Sa.3 could be a.potentia. stra.egy for trea.ing a.ute pa.crea.itis. The recruitment of monocytes/ma.ropha.es a.d the a.tiva.ion of the systemic MCP-1 signa.ing pa.hwa. pla. a.role in the progression of pa.crea.itis, a.d blocking MCP-1 ma. ha.e a.suppressive effect on the development of pa.crea.ic fibrosis. 东北典型黑土区土壤侵蚀对有机碳时空变化特征的影响

[目的]探明土壤有机碳流失时空分布变化对土壤侵蚀强度的响应机制,以期为侵蚀环境下土壤碳循环机制研究提供基础数据,并为解决黑土“变薄变瘦”问题提供科学依据。[方法]选取松嫩平原典型黑土区的北安市、克山县、克东县、拜泉县等14个市（区、县）为研究对象,采用RUSLE模型并结合GIS空间分析技术分析东北典型黑土区2000—2019年土壤侵蚀与土壤有机碳流失的时空变化特征。[结果]研究区土壤侵蚀强度整体呈北高南低的分布格局,并以微度侵蚀为主;2000—2019年典型黑土区微度侵蚀面积占比上升趋势不显著,轻度及以上程度的侵蚀面积占比则整体表现为降低态势,其中87.91%的区域侵蚀强度等级未发生明显变化,仅有3.74%的区域侵蚀强度等级升高;土壤有机碳流失空间分布差异明显,总体呈北高南低的分布特征,研究期间土壤有机碳年平均流失强度为4.74 t/（km2·a.;2010—2019年土壤有机碳流失总量呈增大趋势,其中北安市流失量最大,为研究区总流失量的37.00%;2015—2019年间,土壤有机碳流失强度a.的区域面积占比下降,而流失强度>5 t/（km2·a.的区域面积占比上升,导致年平均流失强度增大;研究区北部土壤侵蚀强度高的地区由于有机碳含量丰富,使得其在遭受侵蚀作用时损失的有机碳总量相对较大,形成土壤有机碳流失总量的地域性差异特征。[结论]研究结果明晰侵蚀作用下土壤有机碳流失的时空变化特征,表明严重的土壤侵蚀是坡面土壤有机碳流失的重要驱动因素。
