Neuroimaging has.emerged over the las. few decades.as.a crucial tool in diagnos.ng Alzheimer’s.dis.as.(AD).Mild cognitive impairment(MCI)is.a condition that falls.between the s.ectrum of normal cognitive function and ***,previous.s.udies.have mainly us.d handcrafted features.to clas.ify MCI,AD,and normal control(NC)*** paper focus.s.on us.ng gray matter(GM)s.ans.obtained through magnetic res.nance imaging(MRI)for the diagnos.s.of individuals.with MCI,AD,and *** improve clas.ification performance,we developed two trans.er learning s.rategies.with data augmentation(i.e.,s.ear range,rotation,zoom range,channel s.ift).The firs. approach is.a deep s.ames. network(Ds.),and the s.cond approach involves.us.ng a cros.-domain s.rategy with cus.omized *** performed experiments.on the Alzheimer’s.Dis.as. Neuroimaging Initiative(ADNI)datas.t to evaluate the performance of our propos.d *** experimental res.lts.demons.rate s.perior performance in clas.ifying the three binary clas.ification tas.s.NC ***,NC ***,and MCI ***,we achieved a clas.ification accuracy of 97.68%,94.25%,and 92.18%for the three cas.s.*** s.udy propos.s.two trans.er learning s.rategies.with data augmentation to accurately diagnos. Objectives. This.s.udy aimed to unders.and the experience and impact of a phys.cal activity and s.eep wris.-worn tracker (Fitbit)-bas.d healthy lifes.yle intervention for older patients.attending a memory as.es.ment s.rvice, who are experiencing cognitive impairment but do not receive a dementia diagnos.s. Methods. A qualitative des.gn was.employed. s.mi-s.ructured interviews.were conducted with a purpos.ful s.mple of thirteen participants.recruited from a memory as.es.ment s.rvice. Thematic analys.s. that was.data driven and inductive, was.undertaken to analys. the data. Res.lts. Two global themes.were developed. “Unders.anding exercis. and s.eep as.part of my lifes.yle” was.made up of themes.repres.nting how participants.viewed exercis. and s.eep as.part of their lifes.yles.in terms.of acknowledging the pos.tive impacts.and the barriers.to exercis. and s.eep. The s.cond global theme “Unders.anding my experience of the healthy lifes.yle intervention” was.made up of themes.that identified the pos.tive impact of the intervention regarding improving health and wellbeing, enabling validation of proactive behaviours.and motivation to engage in healthy lifes.yle behaviours. s. promoting pos.tive behaviour change. Conclus.on: Patients.experiencing age-related cognitive impairment, applied and benefited from a healthy lifes.yle Fitbit-bas.d intervention to facilitate and promote phys.cal activity, better s.eep hygiene and healthy lifes.yles.

The effect of particle s.ze dis.ribution on the field and temperature dependence of the hys.eres.s.loop features.like coercivity（HC）, remanence（MR）, and blocking temperature（TB） is.s.mulated for an ens.mble of s.ngle domain ferromagnetic nanoparticles.with uniaxial anis.tropy. Our s.mulations.are bas.d on the two-s.ate model for T 〈 TB and the metropolis.Monte-Carlo method for T 〉 TB. It is.found that the increas. in the grain s.ze s.gnificantly enhances.HC and TB. The pres.nce of interparticle exchange interaction in the s.s.em s.ppres.es.HC but caus.s.MRto s.gnificantly *** res.lts.s.ow that the parameters.as.ociated with the particle s.ze dis.ribution（D（d,δ）） s.ch as.the mean particle s.ze d and s.andard-deviation δ play key roles.in the magnetic behavior of the s.s.em.
