We propose a new least squares finite element method to solve the Stokes problem with two sequential *** approximation spaces are constructed by the patch reconstruction with one unknown per *** the first step,we reconstruct an approximation space consisting of piecewise curl-free polynomials with zero *** this space,we minimize a least squares functional to obtain the numerical approximations to the gradient of the velocity and the *** the second step,we minimize another least squares functional to give the solution to the velocity in the reconstructed piecewise divergence-free *** derive error estimates for all unknowns under both L 2 norms and energy *** results in two dimensions and three dimensions verify the convergence rates and demonstrate the great flexibility of our method.

The digestibility of cadmium(Cd)in brown rice is directly related to amino acid metabolism in rice and human *** our field study,three kinds of alkaline calcium-rich soil inorganic amendments(SIAs)at three dosages were applied to produce safe rice and improve the quality of rice in Cd-contaminated *** the increased application of SIA,Cd content in iron plaque on rice root significantly increased,the transfer of Cd from rice root to grain significantly decreased,and then Cd content in brown rice decreased *** vitro digestibility of Cd in brown rice was estimated by a physiologically based extraction *** showed that more than 70%of Cd in brown rice could be digested by simulated gastrointestinal *** on the total and digestible Cd contents in brown rice to evaluate the health risk,the application of 2.25 ton SIA/ha could produce safe rice in acidic slightly Cd-contaminated paddy *** amino acids(AAs)in brown rice were determined by high-performance liquid *** contents of 5 key AAs(KAAs)that actively respond to environmental changes increased significantly with the increased application of *** structural equation model indicated that KAAs could be affected by the Cd translocation capacity from rice root to grain,and consequently altered the ratio of indigestible Cd in brown *** formation of indigestible KAAs-Cd complexes by combining KAAs(phenylalanine,leucine,histidine,glutamine,and asparagine)with Cd in brown rice could be considered a potential mechanism for reducing the digestibility of Cd.

We propose a new discontinuous Galerkin method based on the least-squares patch reconstruction for the biharmonic problem. We prove the optimal error estimate of the proposed method. The two-dimensional and three-dimensional numerical examples are presented to confirm the accuracy and efficiency of the method with several boundary conditions and several types of polygon meshes and polyhedral meshes.

OBJECTIVE： To determine the risk factors for progressive ischemic stroke, and to prevent onset and make a prognosis of disease, the present study systemically evaluated 19 cohort studies and 10 case-controlled studies of progressive ischemic stroke. SEARCH STRATEGY： A computer-based, online, literature search of PubMed （1966/2007）, China Biological Medicine Database （CBM-disc, 1979/2007） and CNKI （***, 1979/2007） was performed to screen for related studies. DATA SELECTION： Cohort or case-controlled studies that focused on risk factors of progressive ischemic stroke were selected for review. Two reviewers independently extracted data and assessed study quality according to Cochrane Collaboration guidelines. Statistical analysis was performed using RevMan software. MAIN OUTCOME MEASUREMENT： Risk factors for progressive ischemic stroke. RESULTS： Using the inclusion criteria, 29/781 studies published in English and Chinese were initially reviewed, including 19 cohort studies and 10 case-control studies. Despite variations in determination of progressive ischemic stroke and the intervals between 2 evaluations, all studies described the diagnostic criteria for progressive ischemic stroke. Logistic analysis was employed in 20 of the studies. Meta-analysis of primary data in the related studies determined that the following factors that significantly correlated with progressive ischemic stroke： fever [risk ratio （RR） = 2.26, 95% confidence interval （CO： 1.20-4.26, P = 0.01; odds ratio （OR） = 2.85, 95% CI： 1.64-4.98, P 〈 0.01 ）]; diabetes （RR = 1.38, 95% CI： 1.18-1.61, P 〈 0.01 ; OR = 2.48, 95% Ch 1.93-3.19, P 〈 0.01 ）; coronary heart disease （RR = 1.22, 95% CI： 1.08-1.38, P 〈 0.01）; neuroimaging transformation （RR= 1.55, 95%CI： 1.34-1.80, P〈 0.01; OR= 2.29, 95% CI： 1.47-3.58, P〈 0.01）; and hyperglycemia （RR = 2.62, 95% CI： 1.86-3.68, P 〈 0.01 ; OR = 3.49, 95% CI： 1.92-6.35, P 〈 0.01）. Asia stands out as a priority for urgent biodiversity conservation due to its large protected areas(PAs)and threatened *** the 21st century,both the highlands and lowlands of Asia have been experiencing the dramatic human ***,the threat degree of human expansion to biodiversity is poorly ***,the threat degree of human expansion to biodiversity over 2000 to 2020 in Asia at the continental(Asia),national(48 Asian countries),and hotspot(6,502 Asian terrestrial PAs established before 2000)scales is investigated by integrating multiple large-scale *** results show that human expansion poses widespread threat to biodiversity in Asia,especially in Southeast Asia,with Malaysia,Cambodia,and Vietnam having the largest threat degrees(~1.5 to 1.7 times of the Asian average level).Human expansion in highlands induces higher threats to biodiversity than that in lowlands in one-third Asian countries(most Southeast Asian countries).The regions with threats to biodiversity are present in~75%terrestrial PAs(including 4,866 PAs in 26 countries),and human expansion in PAs triggers higher threat degrees to biodiversity than that in *** findings provide novel insight for the Sustainable Development Goal 15(SDG-15 Life on Land)and suggest that human expansion in Southeast Asian countries and PAs might hinder the realization of *** reduce the threat degree,Asian developing countries should accelerate economic transformation,and the developed countries in the world should reduce the demands for commodity trade in Southeast Asian countries(i.e.,trade leading to the loss of wildlife habitats)to alleviate human expansion,especially in PAs and highlands.

There are challenges to the reliability evaluation for insulated gate bipolar transistors(IGBT)on electric vehicles,such as junction temperature measurement,computational and storage *** this paper,a junction temperature estimation approach based on neural network without additional cost is proposed and the lifetime calculation for IGBT using electric vehicle big data is *** direct current(DC)voltage,operation current,switching frequency,negative thermal coefficient thermistor(NTC)temperature and IGBT lifetime are *** the junction temperature(T_(j))is *** the rain flow counting method,the classified irregular temperatures are brought into the life model for the failure *** fatigue accumulation method is then used to calculate the IGBT *** solve the limited computational and storage resources of electric vehicle controllers,the operation of IGBT lifetime calculation is running on a big data *** lifetime is then transmitted wirelessly to electric vehicles as input for neural *** the junction temperature of IGBT under long-term operating conditions can be accurately estimated.A test platform of the motor controller combined with the vehicle big data server is built for the IGBT accelerated aging ***,the IGBT lifetime predictions are derived from the junction temperature estimation by the neural network method and the thermal network *** experiment shows that the lifetime prediction based on a neural network with big data demonstrates a higher accuracy than that of the thermal network,which improves the reliability evaluation of system.
