Spinal cord injury-induced motor dysfunction is associated with *** have shown that the triterpenoid lupenone,a natural product found in various plants,has a remarkable anti-inflammatory effect in the context of chronic ***,the effects of lupenone on acute inflammation induced by spinal cord injury remain *** this study,we established an impact-induced mouse model of spinal cord injury,and then treated the injured mice with lupenone(8 mg/kg,twice a day)by intrape ritoneal *** also treated BV2 cells with lipopolysaccharide and adenosine5’-triphosphate to simulate the inflammatory response after spinal cord *** res ults showed that lupenone reduced IKBa activation and p65 nuclear translocation,inhibited NLRP3 inflammasome function by modulating nuclear factor kappa B,and enhanced the conve rsion of proinflammatory M1 mic roglial cells into anti-inflammatory M2 microglial ***,lupenone decreased NLRP3 inflammasome activation,NLRP3-induced mic roglial cell polarization,and microglia pyroptosis by inhibiting the nuclear factor kappa B *** findings suggest that lupenone protects against spinal cord injury by inhibiting inflammasomes.

航空公司陆续推出民航绿色服务产品,以促进民航的绿色发展。消费者作为其中至关重要的一环,选购意愿会直接影响民航绿色服务产品的推出。感知利益-风险框架是消费行为研究的一个主流框架,基于这一框架提炼消费者选购民航绿色服务产品的影响因素及其构成维度,并采用问卷调查方法,实证分析了感知利益和感知风险对民航绿色服务产品购买意愿的影响。研究表明:消费者的感知享乐利益、社交利益,感知功能风险、财务风险、时间风险与消费者的选购意愿有显著相关关系。

Cobalt carbide nanoparticles(NPs),as a typical carbide material,have attracted extensive attention in the fields of magnetism and ***,we adopted a modified solution route by pyrolysis long-chain amines at high temperatures to obtain Co_(2)C NPs,in which different forms of Co NPs were used as *** results reveal that no matter what the structure of the precursor and the type of long-chain amine,single-phase Co_(2)C NPs with good crystallinity are *** the same time,carbonization of hexagonal close packed(hcp)cobalt as the precursor gives the materials high magnetic anisotropy,exhibiting a large coercivity(~1,300 Oe)on the *** terms of catalytic properties,benefiting from intrinsically high activity of Co_(2)C NPs,the material demonstrates superior hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)performance,with optimal overpotential as low as 73 mV at the current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2).This provides new ideas for the further development of transition metal carbides(TMCs)and the improvement of their magnetic and electrocatalytic properties.

目的探讨超声BI-RADS超声量化评分法结合临床资料对常规超声诊断乳腺结节良恶性的意义。方法分析297例女性患者临床资料及乳腺结节超声图像。对超声危险征象进行赋值并计算各结节总分(S1)。临床资料采用χ~2检验及二分类Logistic回归分析，OR值>1项各赋值1分，计算S1与临床参数累计总分(S2)。分别绘制S1、S2 ROC曲线及病例散点图。结合AUC,约登指数最大值时取截断值，分析诊断效能。结果共297个结节，良性194个，恶性103个，S1、S2的AUC分别为0.947 1、0.976 9,以总分8分为截断值，S1的灵敏度、特异度及准确度分别为84.47%、92.27%、89.56%;S2的分别为97.09%、89.18%、91.92%。结论 BI-RADS超声量化评分法有较高诊断效能，对于存在风险病史患者，扫查时应更加注重多切面检查技巧从而避免漏诊恶性征象，适当调整BI-RADS分类可提高准确性。

In flat jet electrochemical milling, the electrolyte forms a backward parallel flow after impacting the workpiece, resulting in a weak current density distribution on the workpiece. Poor surface quality usually occurs on the machined titanium alloy surface because it inevitably suffers from the weak current density. In this study, a method of flat jet electrochemical milling with tailoring the backward parallel flow was proposed to eliminate the negative effects caused by the weak current density. Multiphysics simulations are carried out to comprehend the mechanism of flat jetEC milling with tailoring backward parallel flow and better construct the novel tool *** on flat jet electrochemical milling of TC4 alloy with and without tailoring backward parallel flow are conducted. The results reveal that, compared with flat jet electrochemical milling without tailoring backward parallel flow, the recommended tool reduces the surface roughness by86% to 93%, and improves the material removal rate by 93% to 163% with different feed ***, the recommended tool is more conducive to maintaining the inherent hardness of the material. Finally, a surface with low Sa of 0.37 μm is obtained.

The digestibility of cadmium(Cd)in brown rice is directly related to amino acid metabolism in rice and human *** our field study,three kinds of alkaline calcium-rich soil inorganic amendments(SIAs)at three dosages were applied to produce safe rice and improve the quality of rice in Cd-contaminated *** the increased application of SIA,Cd content in iron plaque on rice root significantly increased,the transfer of Cd from rice root to grain significantly decreased,and then Cd content in brown rice decreased *** vitro digestibility of Cd in brown rice was estimated by a physiologically based extraction *** showed that more than 70%of Cd in brown rice could be digested by simulated gastrointestinal *** on the total and digestible Cd contents in brown rice to evaluate the health risk,the application of 2.25 ton SIA/ha could produce safe rice in acidic slightly Cd-contaminated paddy *** amino acids(AAs)in brown rice were determined by high-performance liquid *** contents of 5 key AAs(KAAs)that actively respond to environmental changes increased significantly with the increased application of *** structural equation model indicated that KAAs could be affected by the Cd translocation capacity from rice root to grain,and consequently altered the ratio of indigestible Cd in brown *** formation of indigestible KAAs-Cd complexes by combining KAAs(phenylalanine,leucine,histidine,glutamine,and asparagine)with Cd in brown rice could be considered a potential mechanism for reducing the digestibility of Cd.

为了研究不同腐蚀条件下2024铝合金的疲劳性能,首先设计搭建原位腐蚀疲劳平台,然后分别进行无腐蚀疲劳、预腐蚀疲劳和原位腐蚀疲劳实验,分析不同腐蚀疲劳条件下2024铝合金的疲劳断裂行为,最后利用扫描电镜(SEM)表征宏、微观断口特征,探究失效机理。结果表明:相同腐蚀环境和时间下,预腐蚀和原位腐蚀疲劳寿命分别为无腐蚀疲劳寿命的92%和42%;在原位腐蚀疲劳条件下,滑移带挤入、挤出导致表面粗糙度增加,吸附较多腐蚀介质,加剧蚀坑演化,易于裂纹萌生并形成多个裂纹源。裂纹的连通形成更大尺寸的损伤,并在材料内部快速扩展。预腐蚀和原位腐蚀疲劳试件断口观察到大量脆性疲劳条带,并且原位腐蚀疲劳条带平均间距约为无腐蚀疲劳条带间距的2倍,说明原位腐蚀疲劳条件下裂纹扩展速率更快。

The design of thermal conductivity enhancers(TCE) is quite critical to overcoming the disadvantage of the poor thermal conductivity of phase change materials(PCM).The main contribution of this study is firstly to discuss how to actively enhance natural convection of the melted PCM in cellular structure by the fin formed in the structure under the condition of the same metal mass,apart from simultaneously improving heat conduction,which can boost the heat transfer ***,a tailored hybrid fin-lattice structure(HFS) as TCE is designed and fabricated by additive manufacturing(AM).A two-equation numerical method is applied to study the heat transfer of the PCM,and its feasibility is validated with the experimental *** numerical results indicate that enhanced natural convection and improved heat conduction can be obtained simultaneously when a well-designed fin is embedded into a lattice *** enhanced natural convection results in the improved melting rate and the decreased wall temperature;e.g.,the complete melting time and the wall temperature are reduced by 11.6% and 19.7%,respectively,because of the fin for metal ***,the parameters of HFS including the porosity,pore density,and fin dimension have a great impact on the heat *** enhancement effect of the fin for HFS on the melting rate of the PCM increases as the thermal conductivity of the base material *** example,when the fin is introduced into the lattice structure,the complete melting time is reduced by 24.1% for metal *** summary,this study enables us to obtain a good understanding of the mechanism of the heat transfer and provides necessary experimental data for the structural design of HFS fabricated by AM.

Yolk-shell SiO2 particles(YP)with center-radial meso-channels were fabricated through a simple and effective ***-containing YP-supported NiMo catalysts with different Al amounts(NiMo/AYP-x,x=Si/Al molar proportion)were prepared and dibenzothiophene(DBT)and 4,6-dimethyl-dibenzothiophene(4,6-DMDBT)were employed as the probes to evaluate the hydrodesulfurization(HDS)catalytic *** as-prepared AYP-x carriers and corresponding catalysts were characterized by some advanced characterizations to obtain deeper correlations between physicochemical properties and the HDS *** average pore sizes of series AYP-x supports are above 6.0 nm,which favors the mass transfer of organic *** cavity between the yolk and the shell is beneficial for the enrichment of S-containing compounds and the accessibility between reactants and active *** embedded into the silica framework could facilitate the formation of Lewis(L)and Brønsted(B)acid sites and adjust the metal-support interaction(MSI).Among all the as-synthesized catalysts,NiMo/AYP-20 catalyst shows the highest HDS *** improved HDS activity of NiMo/AYP-20 catalyst is attributed to the perfect combination of excellent structural properties of the yolk-shell mesoporous silica,enhanced acidity,moderate MSI,and good accessibility/dispersion of active components.

Foam concrete is a prospective material in defense engineering to protect structures due to its high energy absorption capability resulted from the long plateau ***,stress enhancement rather than stress mitigation may happen when foam concrete is used as sacrificial claddings placed in the path of an incoming blast *** investigate this interesting phenomenon,a one-dimensional difference model for blast wave propagation in foam concrete is firstly proposed and numerically solved by improving the second-order Godunov *** difference model and numerical algorithm are validated against experimental results including both the stress mitigation and the stress *** difference model is then used to numerically analyze the blast wave propagation and deformation of material in which the effects of blast loads,stress-strain relation and length of foam concrete are *** particular,the concept of minimum thickness of foam concrete to avoid stress enhancement is ***,non-dimensional analysis on the minimum thickness is conducted and an empirical formula is proposed by curve-fitting the numerical data,which can provide a reference for the application of foam concrete in defense engineering.
