新精神活性物质分类现状与管制展望

新精神活性物质(new psychoactive substance,NPS)泛指没有被国际麻醉品单一公约和精神药品公约所列管的但具有滥用潜力且可引起公共健康风险的精神活性物质。也是不法分子为逃避法律制裁对受管制精神活性物质进行化学修饰,设计具有滥用潜力和社会危害性的第三代毒品。由于NPS作用机制与一些毒品作用相似,可产生兴奋、欣快、致幻等精神活性,但其毒副作用不明,极易过量使用引起死亡。NPS更新迅速,不易被常规检查发现,导致法律监管滞后。本文从NPS的化学结构、代表药物、作用机制、神经毒性等方面介绍合成大麻素类等10类NPS,简述了NPS管制现状,并对我国管制策略进行初步展望。

To clarify the complex regulatory relationship between changes in sugar content and leaf senescence during the grain-filling stage of rice,genotype-dependent differences in sugar content and the temporal transcriptional patterns of genes involved in sugar signaling pathways were determined in mutant rice exhibiting early leaf senescence and its wild type Zhefu *** effects of exogenous glucose or sucrose on the senescence of detached leaves under dark conditions were also ***,soluble sugar,sucrose and fructose contents decreased,whereas electrolytic leakage and malondialdehyde levels increased in mutant leaves at the grain-filling *** results suggested that sugar starvation is positively correlated with the early leaf senescence of mutant *** leaf segments incubated in exogenous sugar solutions under dark conditions exhibited delayed *** high expression of Hxk1 in leaves of mutant plants at the initial grain-filling stage suggested that Hxk1 is involved in the hexose-sensing process at the early stage of leaf *** low expression levels of Hxk2 and Frk1 in the senescing leaves of mutant rice during the grain-filling stage are indicative of weakened hexose *** addition,the high expression levels of Su Sy1,Su Sy2 and Su Sy4 in leaves of mutant plants at the initial grain-filling stage are accompanied by the high transcript levels of SUT1,which favor sucrose translocation and remobilization from the early senescing leaves of mutant *** relatively reduced transcript levels of ch FBP,cy FBP,SPS1,SPS2 and SPS6 indicated that during the grain-filling stage,sucrose biosynthesis is weakened in the senescing leaves of mutant rice.

TiNi alloys with high content Ni(52-55 at.%)are perfectly suitable for preparing wear-and corrosionresistant parts that service on the space station,spacecraft,and submarine,because of their superior superelasticity,high strength,and ***,the fabrication of complicated Ni-rich TiNi parts by the traditional machining method often faces problems of poor precision,low efficiency,and high *** this work,we succeed in preparing an excellent Ti_(47)Ni_(53) alloy by selective laser melting(SLM),and thus,open a new way for the efficient and precise formation of complicated Ni-rich TiNi parts with superelasticity and *** optimized processing window for compact parts without defects is *** elaborately fabricated Ti_(47)Ni_(53) alloy exhibited a breaking strain of 11%,a breaking stress of 2.0 GPa,a superelastic strain of 9%,and a better hardwearing than that of casting and quenched Ti_(47)Ni_(53) ***,the microstructure,phase transformation,and deformation,as well as their influence mechanisms are investigated by in situ transmission electron microscope(TEM)and high-energy X-ray diffraction(HE-XRD).The results obtained are of significance for both fundamental research and technological applications of SLM-fabricated high Ni content TiNi alloys.

In order to reduce the amount of NO_3^-–N generated by the Anammox process, and alleviate the competition between denitrification and Anammox for NO_2^-–N in a single reactor, the preference of S^0 for reacting with coexisting NO_2^-–N and NO_3^-–N in the sulfur autotrophic denitrifying(SADN) process and the coupling effect of short-cut SADN and the Anammox process were studied. The results showed that S^0 preferentially reacted with NO_3^-to produce NO_2^-–N, and then reacted with NO_2^-–N when NO_3^-–N was insufficient, which could effectively alleviate the competition between SADN bacteria(SADNB) and Anammox bacteria(An AOB) for NO_2^-–N. After 170 days of operation, coupling between short-cut S^0-SADN and the Anammox process was first successfully achieved. SADNB converted the NO_3^-–N generated by the Anammox process into NO_2^-–N, which was once again available to An AOB. The total nitrogen removal efficiency eventually stabilized at over 95%, and the effluent NO_3^-–N was controlled within 10 mg/L, when high NH_4^+–N wastewater was treated by the Anammox process. Microbial community analysis further showed that Candidatus Brocadia and Thiobacillus were the functional microorganisms for An AOB and SADNB.

革命老区有丰富的红色资源区位优势,合理运用红色资源育人是高校重要的课题。为更好的了解我校学生对当地红色文化的认知及领悟情况,针对右江民族医学院在校生做了问卷调查,得到如下的结论:部分医学生对红色文化的关注度不高,了解不够具体深入,缺乏积极主动意识;医学生对红色文化融入医学生职业素养教育传播途径多样化的需求增加;学校宣传红色文化的频率及方式不够连贯、创新。针对问卷的结果,构建了关于红色文化资源融入医学生思想政治教育的模式,为革命老区红色资源融入高校思想政治教育育人提供有益的参考。

目的探讨累及脑干的同时多发脑出血(simultaneous multiple intracerebral hemorrhage,SMICH)的临床特征并进行预后分析。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2024年3月山东第一医科大学第二附属医院收治的累及脑干的SMICH患者的临床资料,探讨其临床特征、治疗策略及预后。结果共纳入累及脑干的SMICH患者11例,其中男性7例,女性4例,平均发病年龄为(60.7±12.0)岁。保守治疗者6例;手术治疗者5例,其中行脑室外引流+血肿穿刺引流者3例,脑室外引流者1例,血肿清除术+去骨瓣减压术1例。11例累及脑干的SMICH患者中,死亡3例,存活患者8例,对存活患者随访,格拉斯哥预后评分(Glasgow outcome scale,GOS)预后良好者5例,GOS评分预后不良者3例。结论累及脑干的SMICH其症状缺乏特异性,需要综合分析其病因及严重程度,采取个体化治疗方案,早期干预可改善患者预后。

A simple and rapid dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction(DLLME)technique coupled with gas chromatography–ion trap mass spectrometry(GC–MS)was developed for the extraction and analysis of methamphetamine(MA),pethidine(PD),ketamine(KT)and tramadol(TD)from human *** this study,different parameters affecting the extraction process such as the type and volume of extraction solvent,type and volume of disperser solvent,extraction time and pH value and salt effect were studied and *** optimized conditions,the enrichment factor ranged from 185 to 226 and the average recovery ranged from 80.45%to 95.55%.The linear range was 10.0–1000.0 mg/L,the limit of detection and quantitation were in the range 0.43–1.96 mg/L and 1.44–6.53 mg/L,*** relative standard deviations were in the range 1.98%–3.90%(n=7).The obtained results show that DLLME combined with GC–MS is a fast and simple method for the determination of MA,PD,KT and TD in human urine.
