习近平文化思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的文化篇章。推动习近平文化思想的国际传播,既是对当今世界文化软实力较量和国际话语权争夺的积极回应,也是新时代新的文化使命的必然要求。当前,全球文化治理体制求变、国际传播秩序重构,这为习近平文化思想的国际传播创造了历史机遇,同时全球意识形态斗争加剧、我国现有国际传播能力不足等因素也对其国际传播造成了巨大挑战。有鉴于此,在准确设置和把握习近平文化思想国际传播战略目标的基础上,应持续探索优化其国际传播的现实路径,运用共情传播提升话语魅力,协同多元主体发挥传播合力,聚焦共同价值打造核心话语,搭建数字平台转向“造船出海”,依托智能传播实现精准抵达,由此全面提升习近平文化思想的国际传播效能,增强我国的文化软实力,从而为推进中国式现代化建设营造最优的国际环境。

Dear Editor,The economic benefits of genetically modified(GM)crops have been well-documented in the literature(Huang et al.,2002;Huang et al.,2005;Qiao,2015;Qiao et al.,2016).Previous studies showed that the global economic gain that the GM crops had generated at the farm level approximated 100 billion USD in 1996-2011(Brookes and Barfoot,2013).More importantly,this significant benefit had helped dozens of millions of farmers,with most of them being small poor farmers in developing *** their high profitability and other benefits,GM crops had been widely adopted in the *** 2015,the cumulative sown area for GM crops reached 2 billion hm2,with GM crops being grown in 28 countries(James,2015).

The economic benefits of insect-resistant genetically modified(GM) crops have been well documented, but the impact of such crops and the consequent reduction in pesticide use on farmers' health remains largely unknown. Through the analysis of the data collected from the physical examination from farmers in China, we show that GM rice significantly reduces pesticide use and the resultant not only visible but also invisible adverse effects on farmers' neurological, hematological, and electrolyte system. Hence, the commercialization of GM rice is expected to improve the health of farmers in developing countries, where pesticide application is necessary to mitigate crop loss.

Kinetics and Products Distribution Study on the Catalytic Effect of Zn/HZSM-5 over Pyrolysis of Chlorella through TG-FTIR and Py-GC/MS

In this study,both the pyrolysis and catalytic pyrolysis behaviour of chlorella were investigated using thermogravimetric analysis combined with Fourier Transform Infrared spectrum(TG-FTIR)and Py-GC/*** results of TG indicated the pyrolysis of chlorella was divided into three stages,and the Coats-Redfern kinetic model was used for the analysis and validation of the obtained thermal *** regression coefficients indicated that the pyrolysis of chlorella was close to second-order *** activation energy of pyrolysis of chlorella and catalytic pyrolysis of chlorella+HZSM-5,chlorella+Zn/HZSM-5 was 61.645,59.080 and 56.808 kJ·mol^(−1),*** with the data of FTIR,we found that the addition of the HZSM-5 effectively reduced the activation energy required by pyrolysis;the addition of the Zn/HZSM-5 could not only reduce the activation energy,but also reduce the yield of oxygen-containing compounds,increase the emissions of CO_(2),and facilitate the production of high value-added hydrocarbon *** results were also verified by Py-GC/MS that the addition of Zn/HZSM-5 could reduce the formation of ketones and aldehydes and increase the production of nitrogen-containing ***,through the catalytic pyrolysis of chlorella,the utilization range of chlorella can be expanded,and better bio-oil can be obtained,which will play a crucial role in the selection of available energy in the future.

In this paper,norbornene imidazolium hexafluorophosphate(NM-MIm-PF6)was modified on the surface of aminopropyl silica by ring-opening metathesis polymerization(ROMP),and then oligo(ethylene glycol)methacrylate(OEGMA)were grafted on the surface by atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP).Some characterizations in this article confirmed that the synthesis of P(NM-MIm-PF6)-SiPOEGMA(Pl-Si-P2)is *** P1-Si-P2 can separate sugars,amino acids,sulfonamides in a hydrophilic interaction mode and alkyl benzene,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon in a reverse phase *** experiment also found that the column has typical characte ristics of hydrophobic/hydrophilic separation *** to single hydrophobic C18 column and single hydrophilic Si-NH2 column,this P1-Si-P2 shows certain advantages.

Hydrogeochemistry and Origin of Thermal Groundwater in Bedrock Aquifers in Tianjin, China

Thermal groundwater resources were found to have occurred in deep-seated bedrock aquifers in the northeastern North China plain near Tianjin, China. Meso- to Neo-Proterozoic and Paleozoic carbonate rocks on the Cangxian uplift are capable of yielding 960-4 200 m 3/d of 60 to 96 ℃ water from the wells ranging in depth between 1 000 and 4 000 m. Conductive heat flow of 0.063 to 0.144 2 W/m 2 from the deep crust is responsible for this anomalous geothermal field. The water in the Ordovician aquifer is characterized by relatively high TDS, high concentrations of SO 4 and SO 4·Cl-Na·Ca type, but the waters from the Meso- to Neo-Proterozoic and Cambrian aquifers, by relatively low TDS, low concentrations of SO 4 and predominantly Cl·SO 4-Na type. It is noted that when the temperature of the waters increases at a rate of 10 ℃ in the range of 30-100 ℃, the content of SiO 2 increases at a rate of 12 to 15 mg/L, and fluoride concentration increases at a rate of 2.3 to 2.5 mg/L. Hydrochemical and isotopic data suggest that the thermal water in the bedrock aquifers is of meteoric origin and recharged in the northern mountain area to the north of the Baodi-Ninghe fault, and then flows laterally for a long distance from the north to the south to the city of Tianjin. Temperature of the waters increases because of heat exchange with the rocks and recharge by conductive heat flow from beneath.

Fe3O4 nano-powder was prepared by the hydrothermal method. The structure and morphology of the product were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). The as-prepared powder has regularly spherical morphology, and the average size of product is about 25 nm. The possible application use of this material as the active mass of anode for rechargeable Li batteries was examined by cyclic voltammeter (CV), galvanostatic charge/*** experimental results showed that this material exhibited large specific capacity at the first cycle, and the discharge and charge capacity retention of this electrode are 37.04% and 48.76%, respectively. Furthermore, the impedance change of Fe3O4 electrode under different cycle number and potential was examined.

Affected by the insufficient information of single baseline observation data,the three-stage method assumes the Ground-to-Volume Ratio(GVR)to be zero so as to invert the vegetation ***,this assumption introduces much biases into the parameter estimates which greatly limits the accuracy of the vegetation height ***-baseline observation can provide redundant information and is helpful for the inversion of ***,the similar model parameter values in a multi-baseline model often lead to ill-posed problems and reduce the inversion accuracy of conventional *** this end,we propose a new step-by-step inversion method applied to the multi-baseline ***,an adjustment inversion model is constructed by using multi-baseline volume scattering dominant polarization data,and the regularized estimates of model parameters are obtained by regularization ***,the reliable estimates of GVR are determined by the MSE(mean square error)analysis of each regularized parameter ***,the estimated GVR is used to extracts the pure volume coherence,and then the vegetation height parameter is inverted from the pure volume coherence by least squares *** experimental results show that the new method can improve the vegetation height inversion result *** inversion accuracy is improved by 26%with respect to the three-stage method and the conventional solution of *** of these have demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the new method.

Impact of Childcare and Eldercare on Off-farm Activities in Rural China

Using individual data collected in rural China and adopting Heckman＇s two-step function, we examined the impact of childcare and eldercare on laborers＇ off-farm activities. Our study finds that having school-aged children has a negative impact on rural laborers＇ migration decisions and a positive impact on their decision to work in the local off-farm employment market. As grandparents can help to take care of young children, the impact of preschoolers is insignificant. Having elderly family to care for decreases the income earned by female members of the family. Although both men and women are actively engaged in off-farm employment today in rural China, this study shows that women are still the primary care providers for both children and the elderly. Therefore, reforming public school enrollment and high school/college entrance examination systems so that migrant children can stay with their parents, this will help rural laborers to migrate to cities. The present study also calls for more public services for preschoolers and the elderly in rural China.
