Chronic urticaria(CU)is a common skin disease characterized by the occurrence of wheals,with or without angioedema,lasting more than 6 *** prevalence of CU is about 0.7%[1],but higher in children,with an incidence of 1.38%[1].The occurrence of severe pruritus and unpredictable wheals may severely impact patients'quality of life,cause psychological problems,including sleep disorders and depression,and lead to economic burden due to limitation on daily life and work[2,3].

In this study,direct numerical simulations were conducted to investigate the compressible flow around a circular cylinder near a heated wall at a Reynolds number(Re)of 500 and a Mach number(Ma)of *** heating ratio T^(*)ranging from 1.0 to 1.6 represents the different situations of a heated wall,whereas the gap ratio ranges from 0.3 to *** study analyzed the impact of heating effect and wall proximity on flow characteristics and aerodynamic *** results indicated that the stability of the flow was enhanced as the gap ratio decreased or the heating ratio *** the calculation of enstrophy,it was found that the strength of shedding vortices weakens with a decrease in gap ratio or an increase in heating ***,the mean drag coefficient decreases as the heating ratio increases or the gap ratio *** contrast,the mean lift coefficient initially decreases and then increases as the gap ratio ***,the drag reduction mechanism was analyzed by examining the pressure distribution on the surface of the cylinder.

Quantum systems are exceedingly difficult to engineer because they are sensitive to various types of noises. In particular, timedependent noises are frequently encountered in experiments but how to overcome them remains a challenging problem. In this work, we propose a flexible robust control technique to resist time-dependent noises based on inverse geometric optimization working in the filter-function formalism. The basic idea is to parameterize the control filter function geometrically and minimize its overlap with the noise spectral density. This then effectively reduces the noise susceptibility of the controlled system evolution. We show that the proposed method can produce high-quality robust pulses for realizing desired quantum evolutions under realistic noise models. Also, we demonstrate this method in examples including dynamical decoupling and quantum sensing protocols to enhance their performances.

The unstable electrolyte/lithium(Li)anode interface has been one of the key challenges in realizing high energy density solid-state lithium metal batteries(LMBs)***,a dense and uniform silver(Ag)nano interlayer with a thickness of∼35 nm is designed accurately by magnetron sputtering technology to optimize the electrolyte/Li anode *** Ag nano layer reacts with Li metal anode to in-situ form Li-Ag alloy,thus enhancing the physical interfacial contact,and further improving the interfacial wettability and *** particular,the Li-Ag alloy is inclined to form AgLi phase proved by cryo-TEM and DFT,effectively preventing SN from continuously“attacking”the Li metal anode due to the lower adsorption of succinonitrile(SN)molecules on AgLi than that of pure Li metal,thereby significantly reinforcing the interfacial ***,the enhanced physical and chemical stability of electrolyte/Li anode interface promotes the homogeneous deposition of Li^(+)and inhibits the dendrite *** Li-symmetric cell maintains stable operation for up to 1700 h and the cycling stability of LiFePO_(4)|SPE|Li full cell is remarkably improved at room temperature(capacity retention rate of 91.9%for 200 cycles).This work opens an effective way for accurate and controllable interface design of long lifespan solid-state LMBs.

BACKGROUND Duodenal neuroendocrine tumours(DNETs)are rare ***,the incidence of DNETs has been increasing in recent years,especially as an incidental finding during endoscopic ***,there is no consensus regarding the ideal treatment of *** there are few studies on the clinical features and survival analysis of *** To analyze the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of patients with duodenal neuroendocrine *** The clinical data of DNETs diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from june 2011 to July 2022 were ***-docrine tumours located in the ampulla area of the duodenum were divided into the ampullary region group;neuroendocrine tumours in any part of the duo-denum outside the ampullary area were divided into the nonampullary region *** a retrospective study,the clinical characteristics of the two groups and risk factors affecting the survival of DNET patients were *** Twenty-nine DNET patients were *** male to female ratio was 1:1.9,and females comprised the *** ampullary region group accounted for 24.1%(7/29),while the nonampullary region group accounted for 75.9%(22/29).When diagnosed,the clinical symptoms of the ampullary region group were mainly abdominal pain(85.7%),while those of the nonampullary region groups were mainly abdominal distension(59.1%).There were differences in the composition of staging of tumours between the two groups(Fisher's exact probability method,P=0.001),with nonampullary stage II tumours(68.2%)being the main stage(P<0.05).After the diagnosis of DNETs,the survival rate of the ampullary region group was 14.3%(1/7),which was lower than that of 72.7%(16/22)in the nonampullary region group(Fisher's exact probability method,P=0.011).The survival time of the ampullary region group was shorter than that of the nonampullary region group(P<0.000).The median survival time of the ampullary

Permafrost degradation caused by climate warming is posing a serious threat to the stability of cast-in-place pile foundations in warm permafrost *** cold energy can be effectively utilized by two-phase closed thermosyphons(TPCTs)to cool the ***,we installed TPCTs in a cast-in-place pile foundation to create a unique structure called a thermal pile,which effectively utilizes the TPCTs to regulate ground *** we conducted a case study and numerical simulation to exhibit the cooling performance,and optimize the structure of the thermal *** purpose of this study is to promote the application of thermal piles in unstable permafrost *** on the findings,the thermal pile operated for approximately 53%of the entire year and effectively reduced the deep ground temperature at a rate of at least-0.1℃per ***,it successfully raised the permafrost table that is 0.35 m shallower than the natural ground *** characteristics prove highly beneficial in mitigating the adverse effects of permafrost degradation and enhancing infrastructure *** the length of the condenser section and the diameter of the TPCT in a suitable manner can effectively enhance the cooling capability of the thermal pile and ensure the long-term mechanical stability of the pile foundation even under climate warming.
