Enrichment and reconfiguration of titanium-bearing phase in vortex smelting reduction process of vanadium-titanium magnetite

To comprehensively utilize the low-iron high-vanadium-titanium magnetite,a new method of vortex smelting reduction of vanadium-titanium magnetite was proposed,and the enrichment and reconstitution regularity of Ti-bearing phases in the slag was investigated through X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction analysis,and optical *** phase diagram revealed that the preferential crystallization of MgTi_(2)O_(5) can be achieved by adjusting the CaO,MgO,and TiO_(2) contents of *** predominant Ti-bearing phases in the slag obtained from the reduction process are MgxTi_(3_x)O_(5)(0≤x≤1)and CaTiO_(3).FeTiO_(3) is present at carbon-iron ratio(CR)=1.3,while MgTi_(2)O4 and TiC are formed at CR=*** enrichment of TiO_(2) in the slag increases first and then decreases as the CR increases,and at CR=1.1,the enrichment of TiO_(2) in the slag reaches 51.3 wt.%.Additionally,the concentrations of MgxTi_(3_x)O_(5)(0≤x≤1)and CaTiO_(3) in the slag,along with the grain width of MgxTi_(3_x)O_(5)(0≤x≤1),decrease with the increase in CR.

Portable power is an effective solution to realize self-powered sensors for wearable devices,promoting future sustainable ***-based triboelectric nanogenerators(M-TENGs)have emerged as a promising technology for harvesting biomechanical energy from human motion owing to their advantages,such as simple structure,lightweight design,and efficient energy ***,the poor durability,low adaptability,and un-washability of two-dimensional membrane materials have largely hindered their application in wearable *** this study,we propose a sheath-core polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)/graphene(G)-carbon fiber(CF)yarn fabricated via conjugate electrospinning,comprising a commercial CF core and an electrospun graphene-doped PVDF sheath,which improves the fatigue resistance of electrospun nanofiber films under prolonged friction and keeps a high degree of *** resulting electronic textile,woven with the large-scale electrospun PVDF/G-CF yarn,demonstrates a remarkable power density of 25.5 mW·m^(-2).The tight distribution of PVDF/G nanofibers on the textile surface ensures excellent softness,washability,and ***,the electrospun PVDF/G-CF textile exhibits significant potential in pressure sensing,self-powered operation,and motion detection,making it highly suitable for wearable electronics applications.

BACKGROUND Cesarean hemorrhage is one of the serious complications,and short-term massive blood transfusion can easily cause postoperative infection and physical stress ***,predictive nursing intervention has important clinical significance for *** To explore the effect of predictive nursing intervention on the stress response and complications of women undergoing short-term mass blood transfusion during cesarean section(CS).METHODS A clinical medical record of 100 pregnant women undergoing rapid mass blood transfusion during sections from June 2019 to June *** to the different nursing methods,patients divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).Among them,the control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented predictive nursing intervention based on the control ***,compared the differences in stress res-ponse,complications,and pain scores before and after the nursing of pregnant women undergoing rapid mass blood transfusion during *** The anxiety and depression scores of pregnant women in the two groups were significantly improved after nursing,and the psychological stress response of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate and mean arterial pressure(MAP)of the observation group during delivery were lower than those of the control group,and the MAP at the end of delivery was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,different pain scores improved significantly in both groups,with the observation group considerably less than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,complications such as skin rash,urinary retention,chills,diarrhea,and anaphylactic shock in the observation group were 18%,which significantly higher than in the control group(4%)(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Predictive nursing intervention can effectively relieve the pain,reduce the incidence of complications,improve mood and stress response,and serve as a

Lariat RNA is concomitantly produced by excised intron during RNA splicing,which is usually debranched by DBR1,an RNA debranching ***,increasing evidence showed that some lariat RNA could escape *** is known about how and why these lariat RNAs could be *** comparing the atlas of lariat RNAs between the non-dividing cell(mature pollen)and three actively dividing tissues(young shoot apex,young seeds,and young roots),we identified hundreds to thousands of lariat RNA naturally retained in each tissue,and the incidence of lariat RNA retention is much less in shoot apex while much more in *** lariat RNAs derived from the same intron or different lariat RNAs from the same pre-m RNA could be retained in one tissue while degraded in the other *** deciphering lariat RNA sequences,we identified an AG-rich(RAAAAVAAAR)motif and a UC-rich(UCUCUYUCUC)motif for pollen-specific and the other three tissues-retained lariat RNAs,*** of the pollen-specific AG-rich motif indeed enhanced lariat RNA retention in ***,hundreds of lariat RNAs harbored mi RNA binding sites,and dual-luciferase reporter assay showed that these natural lariat RNAs had the potential to protect expression of mi RNA target ***,our results uncover that selective retention of lariat RNA is an actively regulatory process,and provide new insights into understanding how lariat RNA metabolism may impact mi RNA activity.

Microsatellite was carded out in Thatcher, six near-isogenic lines and F2 progeny of TcLr19xThatcher to develop molecular markers for leaf rust resistance gene Lr19. Thirteen primer pairs were screened, of which one primer pair Xgwm44 displayed polymorphsim in the population of TcLr 19, Thatcher, and their F2 generations. One marker closed linked to Lr19 resistance trait was obtained, and was named Xgwm44139bp with the genetic distance 0.9 cM. The research shows that Lr19 has more potential in marker-assisted breeding programs in wheat and provides a step stone for mapping genetic map, physical map and the eventual cloning.

AFLP analyses were carried out on Thatcher, 23 near-isogenic lines and F2 generation of TcLr19 × Thatcher, to develop molecular markers for gene Lr19 resistance to wheat leaf rust. Seven markers linked to Lr19 resistance trait were obtained, which were P-AGT/M-GAG289 bp （3.3 cM）, P-ACA/M-GGT102 bp （4.1 cM）, P-ACA/M-GGT106 bp （4.1 cM）, P-AAC/M-CAG123 bp （4.9 cM）, P-AAC/M-GGT203bp （5.0 cM）, P-ACA/M-GGT290bp （5.7 cM）, and P-ATC/M-GAG293bp （9.6 cM）. All of these specific fragments were isolated from the polyacrylamide gels, reamplified, cloned, and sequenced. The research may facilitate genetic mapping, physical mapping, and the eventual cloning of Lr19.
