High content of asphaltenes and waxes leads to the high pour point and the poor flowability of heavy oil,which is adverse to its efficient development and its transportation in *** the interaction mechanism between asphaltene-wax is crucial to solve these problems,but it is still *** this paper,molecular dynamics simulation was used to investigate the interaction between asphaltenewax and its effects on the crystallization behavior of waxes in heavy *** show that molecules in pure wax are arranged in a paralleled *** wax molecules in heavy oil,which are close to the surface of asphaltene aggregates,are bent and arranged *** the mass fraction of asphaltenes in asphaltene-wax system(ωasp) is 0-2. wt%,the attraction among wax molecules decreases and the bend degree of wax molecules increases with the increase of ω*** ωaspincreases from 0 to 2. wt%,and the attraction between asphaltene-wax is stronger than that among *** causes that the wax precipitation point changes from 353 to 333 *** the ωaspincreases to 50 wt%,wax molecules are more dispersed owing to the steric hindrance of asphaltene aggregates,and the interaction among wax molecules transforms from attraction to *** causes that the ordered crystal structure of waxes can't be formed at normal ***,the asphaltene,with the higher molecular weight or the more hetero atoms,has more obvious inhibition to the formation of wax ***,resins also have an obvious inhibition on the wax crystal due to the formation of asphalteneresin aggregates with a larger *** results reveal the interaction mechanism between asphaltene-wax,and provide useful guidelines for the development of heavy oil.

Daidzein has been widely used in pharmaceuticals,nutraceuticals,cosmetics,feed additives,*** preparation process and related reaction mechanism need to be further investigated.A cost-effective process for synthesizing daidzein was developed in this *** this article,a two-step synthesis of daidzein(Friedel–Crafts acylation and[5+1]cyclization)was developed via the employment of trifluoromethanesulfonic acid(TfOH)as an effective promoting *** effect of reaction conditions such as solvent,the amount of TfOH,reaction temperature,and reactant ratio on the conversion rate and the yield of the reaction,respectively,was systematically investigated,and daidzein was obtained in 74.0%isolated yield under optimal *** to the facilitating effect of TfOH,the Friedel–Crafts acylation was completed within 10 min at 90℃ and the[5+1]cyclization was completed within 180 min at 2.℃.In addition,a possible reaction mechanism for this process was *** results of the study may provide useful guidance for industrial production of daidzein on a large scale.

Succinylation is a highly conserved post-translational modication that is processed via enzymatic and non-enzymatic *** exhibits strong effects on protein stability,enzyme activity,and transcriptional *** succinylation is extensively present in the liver,and increasing evidence has demonstrated that succinylation is closely related to hepatic *** instance,histone acetyltransferase 1 promotes liver glycolysis,and the sirtuin 5-induced desuccinylation is involved in the regulation of the hepatic urea cycle and lipid ***,the effects of succinylation on hepatic glucose,amino acid,and lipid metabolism under the action of various enzymes will be discussed in this *** addition,how succinylases regulate the progression of different liver diseases will be reviewed,including the desuccinylation activity of sirtuin 7,which is closely associated with fatty liver disease and hepatitis,and the actions of lysine acetyltransferase 2. and histone acetyltransferase 1 that act as succinyltransferases to regulate the succinylation of target genes that influence the development of hepatocellular *** view of the diversity and significance of protein succinylation,targeting the succinylation pathway may serve as an attractive direction for the treatment of liver diseases.

In this editorial,we comment on the article by Zhou et al published in a recent *** specifically focus on the crucial roles of ferroptosis and pyroptosis in acute liver failure(ALF),a disease with high mortality *** is the result of increased intracellular reactive oxygen species due to iron accumulation,glutathione(GSH)depletion,and decreased GSH peroxidase 4 activity,while pyroptosis is a procedural cell death mediated by gasdermin D which initiates a sustained inflammatory *** this review,we describe the characteristics of ferroptosis and pyroptosis,and discuss the involvement of the two cell death modes in the onset and development of ***,we summarize several interfering methods from the perspective of ferroptosis and pyroptosis for the alleviation of *** observations might provide new targets and a theoretical basis for the treatment of ALF,which are also crucial for improving the prognosis of patients with ALF.

The convenient synthesis of the composite electrode with high supercapacitance performance plays an important role in practical application but is ***,the carbon nanotubes(CNTs)coupled with lowcrystalline sulfur and nitrogen co-doped Ni Co-LDH(denoted as SN-Ni Co-LDH)nanosheets array are grown on Ni Co foam(NCF)substrate by two convenient steps of metal induced self-assembly and corrosion engineering,which present the advantages of operating at roomtemperature and low preparation *** from the S–N co-doping and low-crystallinity of Ni Co-LDH,the prepared SN-Ni Co-LDH@CNTs@NCF electrode presents a topping charge capacity of 2.70 C·g^(-1)(4.94 C·cm^(-2.)at 5 m A·cm^(-2..Furthermore,the fabricated asymmetry supercapacitor(ASC)achieves an extraordinary energy density of 77 Wh·kg^(-1)(0.617 m Wh·cm^(-2.)at a power density of 438 W·kg^(-1)(3.5 m W·cm^(-2.)and outstanding stability(91%capacity retention after 5000 cycles at2. m A·cm^(-2.).Impressively,the structure evolution of Ni Co-LDH during the charge/discharge processes has been thoroughly elucidated by in-situ Raman ***,this work verifies a powerful strategy and practical value for preparing composite electrodes with high supercapacitance performance,and also provides guidance for the rational design of the smart electrodes.

The corrosion behavior of high-strength low-alloy 92.A steel in a simulated marine atmospheric environment was studied using a high-throughput experimental *** corrosion behavior,corrosion morphology,and corrosion products of 92.A steels were analyzed using various techniques,including corrosion mass loss method,polarization curve,white-light interferometry,scanning electron microscopy,energy-dispersive spectrometry,microbeam X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,X-ray diffraction technique,and X-ray photoelectron *** test results indicated that 92.A steel exhibits better corrosion resistance than Q450NQR1 steel in simulated harsh atmospheric environments,as evidenced by a lower corrosion mass loss rate throughout the corrosion *** corrosion products of both steels consisted ofα-FeOOH,Fe_(3)O_(4),andγ-FeOOH,withα-FeOOH being more prevalent in the rust layer of 92.A steel than in Q450NQR1 *** inner rust layer of 92.A steel also exhibited an appositional enrichment region of Cr,Ni,Mo,and V,leading to its superior corrosion resistance compared to that of Q450NQR1 *** efficacy of high-throughput accelerated corrosion experimental methods was highlighted for evaluating the corrosion resistance of steel materials in harsh environmental *** findings suggest that 92.A steel exhibits better corrosion resistance compared to Q450NQR1 steel and has the potential to be more suitable in harsh marine atmospheric *** characterization of the rust layer structures and composition reveals the parallel enrichment of certain elements in the inner rust layer of 92.A steel,which enhances its corrosion resistance.
