The orientation and correction of mural images by registering them with laser scanning data is critical for the digital protection of ancient *** paper proposes a method for the non-rigid registration of mural images and laser scanning data based on the optimization of the edge of interest by using laser echo intensity information as an ***,the intensity image was generated from the laser echo intensity information,and registered with the mural image using a rigid transformation ***,the edges of interest in the mural image and the gradient field of the intensity images were processed as registration ***,every edge of interest was registered with the optimization base used in the rigid registration of the mural image and intensity ***,the registration was completed after a non-rigid transformation model between these two images was constructed using the control points on the optimized *** experimental results show that the proposed method can obtain high registration accuracy for different data sets.

Image recognition technology is an important field of artificial *** with the development of machine learning technology in recent years,it has great researches value and commercial *** a matter of fact,a single recognition function can no longer meet people’s needs,and accurate image prediction is the trend that people *** paper is based on Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)and Deep Convolution Generative Adversarial Networks(DCGAN),studies and implements a prediction model by using radar image *** adopt a stack cascading strategy in designing network connection which can control of parameter convergence *** new method enables effective learning of image features and makes predictive models to have greater generalization *** demonstrate that our network model is more robust and efficient in terms of timing prediction than 3DCNN and traditional *** sequential image prediction model architecture proposed in this paper is theoretically applicable to all sequential images.

Single nanoparticle collisions have become popular for studying the electro- chemical activity of single nanoparticles by determining the transient current during stochastic collisions with the electrode surface. However, if only the electrochemical current is measured, it remains challenging to identify and characterize the individual particle that is responsible for a specific current peak in a collision event; this hampers the understanding of the structure-activity relationship. Herein, we report simultaneous optical and electrochemical recording of a single nanoparticle collision; the electrochemical signal corresponds with the activity of a single nanoparticle, and the optical signal reveals the size and location of the same nanoparticle. Consequently, the structure （optical signal）- activity （electrochemical signal） relationship can be elucidated at the single nanoparticle level; this has implications for various applications including batteries, electrocatalysts, and electrochemical sensors. In addition, our previous studies have suggested an optical-to-electrochemical conversion model to independently calculate the electron transfer rate of single nanopartides from the optical signal. The simultaneous optical and electrochemical recording achieved in the present work enables direct and quantitative validation of the optical-to-electrochemical conversion model.

Previous studies showed that signifi cant increases in elongation in Mg–Ce alloys due to the Ce addition and the solute drag eff ect by Ce addition were ascribed to the non-basal dislocation slip activating and the texture altering. The microstructure evolution and deformation models of extruded Mg-0.5 wt%Ce alloy rods under uniaxial tension have been studied using in situ electron backscatter diff raction. The basal and non-basal slips were characterized by using slip line trace analysis. The results provide evidence for that pyramidal slip activated during deformation, besides basal slip and extension twinning, which contributes to the texture weakening and ductility increasing in Mg-0.5 wt%Ce alloy.

Influence of grain segregation on the behavior of sand in triaxial tests

As a common phenomenon in granular flow, grain segregation plays a great role in affecting the behavior of granular soil by causing a great change of grain-void distribution in granular soil. This paper presents an experimental study on the influence of grain segregation on the behavior of sand, by a number of triaxial tests to interpret the characteristic behavior, friction and dilatancy behavior, excess pore water pressure behavior and critical state behavior of sand incorporating grain segregation. An index-grain segregation index was proposed to quantify grain segregation. Grain segregation affected greatly the characteristic behavior of sand, causing the movement of void ratio-dilatancy relation of sand towards the increase of void ratio and dilatancy of sand. In the drained tests, the mobilized friction angle of sand showed a decrease followed by an increase but the mobilized dilatancy angle of sand increased, with increasing grain segregation index. An increase in grain segregation index impaired the basic friction of sand. In the undrained tests, the mobilized friction angle of sand showed an increase followed by a decrease with increasing grain segregation index. However, grain segregation caused an increase of the mobilized dilatancy of sand followed by a different development. An increase in grain segregation resulted in a higher summit of the dilatancy of sand but with a faster decrease along axial strain. In the q-p′ plane, grain segregation caused a reciprocating rotation of the dilatancy line and failure line of sand. Grain segregation resulted in enhancement of the peak-state dilatancy of sand, affecting greatly peakstate friction angle and peak-state basic friction angle of sand as well as the normalized excess pore water pressure. The excess friction angle of sand showed an increase followed by a decrease in the drained tests but increased linearly in the undrained tests, with increasing grain segregation index. A laccase gene from Trametes sp. 420 was recombinantly expressed in Pichia pastoris, producing the enzyme rLacD. Six mutant enzymes were produced by site-directed mutation at six potential glycosylation sites in the enzyme rLacD respectively. To probe the mutants with lower activities sensitively and specifically, the antiserum containing specific polyclonal antibodies were prepared by immunizing healthy male rabbits, about 4-month-old and 2 kilogram weight, using pure rLacD as an immunogen. Antibodies were collected after the fifth immunization injection. The antiserum had titres of 1：32 in double immunodiffusion test and of 1：128,000 in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. The results obtained by Western blot analysis showed that the antiserum could react with rLacD and its mutants with highly specific and sensitive affinities.

Relationship between Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning and Damages Induced by Free Radicals

To study the relationship between abnormal reactions of free radicals in bodies of patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP) and damages induced by free *** 58 AOPP patients and 58 healthy adult volunteers(HAV)were enrolled in an independent samples control design,in which spectrophotometric methods were used to determine the concentrations of nitric oxide(NO)and lipoperoxides(LPO)in plasma,and LPO in erythrocytes,vitamin C (VC),vitamin E(VE)and β-carotene (β-CAR)in plasma as well as activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and acetylcholiesterase(AChE) in ***:Compared with the average values of every biochemical parameter in the HAV group,the average values of LPO in plasma and in erythrocytes,and NO in plasma in the AOPP group were significantly increased(P=0.00001),while the average values of VC,VE,β-CAR in plasma as well as SOD,CAT,GSH-PX and AChE in erythrocytes in the AOPP group were significantly decreased(P=0.000001).The finding of Pearoson product-moment correlation analysis between the value of AChE in erythrocytes and the values of above biochemical parameters for 58 AOPP patients showed that there was a significant linear negative correlation between AChE in erythrocytes and LPO,NO in plasma,and LPO in erythrocytes(P=0.00001-0.001319),while there was a significant linear positve correlation between AChE in erythrocytes and VC,VE,β-CAR in plasma as well as SOD,CAT,GSH-Px in erythrocytes(P=0.000013-0.000824),The results of discriminant analysis of above chemical parameters for 58 AOPP patients and 58 HAV suggested that the correct rates of discriminant analysis were increased to 100 3.395193e-313n the values of AChE and LPO in plasma and in erythrocytes,or AChE and others,were jointly used for the discriminant analysis ,Conclusion:The findings of the present study suggest that a series of free radical reactions in AOPP patients’ bodies are pathologically aggravat
