In this study,a composite powder capillary wick is prepared,manufactured by sintering copper powder and surface treated by low-temperature thermal *** is used to improve the performance of the capillary *** forced flow method and infrared imaging method are used to test the permeability and capillary performance of the *** effects of different oxidation temperatures on the performance of capillary wick are *** experimental results show that the wetting performance of the oxidized samples is significantly *** the increase of oxidation temperature,the permeability *** capillary height and velocity of the thermally oxidized samples are significantly higher than those of the untreated capillary ***,the oxidation temperature needs to be adjusted to obtain the best capillary *** highest capillary performance is found at oxidation temperature of 300℃,with an increase of 46% compared to the untreated *** with other composite wicks show that the sample with an oxidation temperature of 300℃ has competitive capillary performance,making it a favorable alternative to two-phase heat transfer *** study shows that combining low-temperature thermal oxidation technology with powder sintering is a convenient and effective method to improve the capillary performance of powder wicks.

In this research,a method employing micro-extrusion was designed to produce the micro-scaled barrel-shaped parts with complex geometrical features to study the feasibility of the proposed microforming method and its grain size effect on the formability of the complicated internal features in terms of deformation behavior,material evolution,accuracy of dimensions and final components *** results reveal that the deformation behavior is highly affected by grain size and becomes unpredictable with increased grain *** addition,assembly parameters including feature dimension,tolerance and coaxiality also vary with grain size,and the variation of grain size needs to be accommodated by different assembly types,viz.,clearance fit or transition *** the microstructural evolution aspect,it was identified there were two dead zones and four shear bands,and the formation of these deformation zones was barely affected by the variation in grain *** bulges,cracks,and fracture induced voids were observed on the surface of the final components,tailoring the microstructure of the working material with finer grains could significantly avoid these *** study advances the understanding of forming microparts by extrusion processes and provides guidance for microforming of similar microparts.

The crossmodal interaction of different senses,which is an important basis for learning and memory in the human brain,is highly desired to be mimicked at the device level for developing neuromorphic crossmodal perception,but related researches are ***,we demonstrate an optoelectronic synapse for vision-olfactory crossmodal perception based on MXene/violet phosphorus(VP)van der Waals *** from the efficient separation and transport of photogenerated carriers facilitated by conductive MXene,the photoelectric responsivity of VP is dramatically enhanced by 7 orders of magnitude,reaching up to 7.7 A W^(−1).Excited by ultraviolet light,multiple synaptic functions,including excitatory postsynaptic currents,pairedpulse facilitation,short/long-term plasticity and“learning-experience”behavior,were demonstrated with a low power ***,the proposed optoelectronic synapse exhibits distinct synaptic behaviors in different gas environments,enabling it to simulate the interaction of visual and olfactory information for crossmodal *** work demonstrates the great potential of VP in optoelectronics and provides a promising platform for applications such as virtual reality and neurorobotics.

Explainable-AI-based two-stage solution for WSN object localization using zero-touch mobile transceivers

Artificial intelligence technology is widely used in the field of wireless sensor networks(WSN).Due to its inexplicability, the interference factors in the process of WSN object localization cannot be effectively eliminated. In this paper, an explainable-AI-based two-stage solution is proposed for WSN object localization. In this solution, mobile transceivers are used to enlarge the positioning range and eliminate the blind area for object localization. The motion parameters of transceivers are considered to be unavailable,and the localization problem is highly nonlinear with respect to the unknown parameters. To address this,an explainable AI model is proposed to solve the localization problem. Since the relationship among the variables is difficult to fully include in the first-stage traditional model, we develop a two-stage explainable AI solution for this localization problem. The two-stage solution is actually a comprehensive consideration of the relationship between variables. The solution can continue to use the constraints unused in the firststage during the second-stage, thereby improving the performance of the solution. Therefore, the two-stage solution has stronger robustness compared to the closed-form solution. Experimental results show that the performance of both the two-stage solution and the traditional solution will be affected by numerical changes in unknown parameters. However, the two-stage solution performs better than the traditional solution, especially with a small number of mobile transceivers and sensors or in the presence of high noise. Furthermore,we have also verified the feasibility of the proposed explainable-AI-based two-stage solution.

为进一步推动点击化学技术在纺织品领域的应用进程,就近年来国内外在点击化学制备功能纺织品方面的相关研究和发展现状进行了综述。简要介绍了点击化学的基本概念及其在纺织品表面功能修饰方面的优势;阐述了利用点击化学技术制备功能纺织品的方法及分类,包括巯基-烯、巯基-环氧、巯基-卤素、巯基-异氰酸酯、巯基-马来酰亚胺以及叠氮-炔等;重点围绕点击化学在制备疏水、抗菌、电磁屏蔽、环境响应以及防毡缩等不同类型功能纺织品中的作用机制和优缺点进行了探讨。分析了通过点击化学手段制备功能纺织品的发展潜力和局限性;并针对当前点击化学在制备功能纺织品方面所面临的问题,提出了可能的解决方案,以期为点击化学在纺织品领域的广泛应用提供理论支持和技术参考。

AIM:To assess and compare the variations and agreements across different ocular biometric parameters using swept-source optical coherence tomography(SS-OCT)and Scheimpflug tomography in patients diagnosed with ***:This prospective case series was conducted at tianjin Medical university Eye *** total,212 eyes from 212 patients scheduled for phacoemulsification were *** were evaluated preoperatively using two SSOCT devices(IOLMaster700 and CASIA2)and Scheimpflug tomography(Pentacam).Central corneal thickness(CCT),anterior chamber depth(ACD),aqueous depth(AQD),white-to-white distance(WTW),flat simulated keratometry(Kf),steep simulated keratometry(Ks),mean keratometry(Km),and total corneal keratometry(TKm)were *** correlation coefficient(ICC),95%confidence intervals(CI)and limits of agreement(LoA)widths were conducted to assess differences and correlations between ***:All parameters,except for Ks,were significantly *** comparison revealed no significant differences between keratometry obtained by IOLMaster 700 and *** widths of all paired comparisons for Ks were>0.80 *** for WTW between IOLMaster 700 and CASIA2 and between CASIA2 and Pentacam,other Pearson’s coefficients between devices showed a strong correlation(all r>0.95).The ICC of WTW(ICC=0.438,95%CI 0.167-0.625)showed poor *** reliability of CCT,ACD,and AQD was excellent(all ICC>0.95),whereas that of TKm was good(ICC=0.827,95%CI 0.221-0.939).A significant linear correlation was also observed among ***:The ocular parameters derived from the use of IOLMaster700,CASIA2,and Pentacam exhibit significant discrepancies;as such,measurements from these devices should not be deemed as interchangeable.
