This editorial,inspired by a recent study published in the World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology,covers the research findings on microbiota changes in various *** recurrent colorectal polyps,the abundances of Klebsiella,Parvimonas,and Clostridium increase,while those of Bifidobacterium and Lactoba-cillus *** dysbiosis may promote the formation and recurrence of *** microbial changes have also been observed in colorectal cancer,inflammatory bowel disease,autism spectrum disorder,and metabolic syndrome,indicating the role of increased pathogens and decreased probiotics in these *** the gut microbiota,particularly by increasing probiotic levels,may help prevent polyp recurrence and promote gut *** microbial intervention strategy holds promise as an adjunctive treatment for patients with colorectal polyps.

高质量发展要求地方政府追求经济、政治、社会、文化和生态环境的均衡与可持续发展,但当同时面临多个任务目标时,地方政府可能会采取策略性选择。根据经典的多任务委托代理理论,可从“边际回报率差异”和“任务间关系”两个维度构建地方政府激励的三种类型:激励扭曲、激励弱化和激励合一。2005年环保项目纳入地方政府绩效考核后,中央政府政策调整与地方政府行为变化的互动过程表明,仅靠加大对被忽视任务的考核强度,难以达到预期效果。只有转变任务间关系,使地方政府在两项任务上“激励合一”时,才能有效促进地方高质量发展。

目的探讨子宫内膜形态、血流参数联合临床指标对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者辅助生殖妊娠结局的预测价值。方法回顾性分析行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的106例PCOS患者的临床资料。依据胚胎移植后28 d超声检查结果分为临床妊娠组、未妊娠组。比较两组临床资料，胚胎移植日应用经阴道超声测定子宫内膜形态、子宫内膜螺旋动脉血流指标[收缩期最大血流速度/舒张末期血流速度(S/D)、阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)]值。比较两组临床指标与子宫内膜形态、血流参数差异，分析PCOS患者IVF-ET后临床妊娠失败的影响因素，观察临床指标与子宫内膜形态、血流参数对PCOS患者IVF-ET后临床妊娠失败的预测价值。结果 Logistic回归分析显示，体重指数、子宫内膜形态C型、S/D、RI、PI为PCOS患者IVF-ET后临床妊娠失败的危险因素，既往妊娠史、取卵日抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平为保护因素(P<0.05)。绘制ROC曲线显示，上述指标对临床妊娠失败均有一定预测价值，包含子宫内膜形态、血流参数的模型对PCOS患者IVF-ET后临床妊娠失败的预测价值更高(Z=4.876,P<0.001)。结论子宫内膜形态、血流参数联合临床指标可提高对PCOS患者辅助生殖妊娠结局的预测效能，为临床个性化干预提供指导。

BACKGROUND The gut microbiome is associated with hepatic encephalopathy(HE),but research results on the gut microbiome characteristics of patients with liver cirrhosis with and without HE are *** To study the gut microbiota characteristics of patients with liver cirrhosis with and without *** We searched the PubMed,Web of Science,EMBASE,and Cochrane databases using two keywords,HE,and gut *** to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,suitable literature was screened to extract data on the diversity and composition of the fecal microbiota in patients with liver cirrhosis with and without *** data were analyzed using RevMan and *** Seventeen studies were included:(1)A meta-analysis of 7 studies revealed that the Shannon index in liver cirrhosis patients with HE was significantly lower than that in patients without HE[-0.20,95%confidence interval(CI):-0.28 to-0.13,I2=20%];(2)The relative abundances of Lachnospiraceae(-2.73,95%CI:-4.58 to-0.87,I2=38%)and Ruminococcaceae(-2.93,95%CI:-4.29 to-1.56,I2=0%)in liver cirrhosis patients with HE was significantly lower than those in patients without HE;(3)In patients with HE,Enterococcus,Proteobacteria,Enterococcaceae,and Enterobacteriaceae proportions increased,but Ruminococcaceae,Lachnospiraceae,Prevotellaceae,and Bacteroidetes proportions decreased;(4)Differences in the fecal metabolome between liver cirrhosis patients with and without HE were detected;and(5)Differential gut microbiomes may serve as diagnostic and prognostic *** The gut microbiomes of patients with liver cirrhosis with and without HE *** gut microbiomes may distinguish liver cirrhosis patients with or without HE and determine patient prognosis.

为了探究荷叶提取物在3.5 wt.%NaCl溶液中对Q235钢缓蚀性能的影响,本实验通过采用控制单一变量得出最佳工艺参数,并采用润湿角测试仪、金相显微镜和激光共聚焦显微镜对所形成的膜层进行了表征,利用失重法、电化学等分析测定荷叶提取物的缓蚀效率。结果表明:荷叶提取物可以在Q235钢表面吸附成膜,并且随着缓蚀剂浓度、浸泡时间、处理温度的增大,缓蚀效率呈现先增大后减小的趋势,且在最佳工艺参数(0.6 g/L、6 h、30℃)下,腐蚀电流密度最小为8.36×10^(–6)A·cm^(–2),电荷转移电阻最大为708Ω·cm^(2),此时缓蚀效率高达98.25%。因此荷叶提取物可以有效抑制Q235钢在3.5 wt.%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为,有望成为一种环境友好的缓蚀剂。

The vortex-induced vibration of a flexible circular cylinder is investigated at a constant Reynolds number of 1000. The finite-volume method on moving meshes is applied for the fluid flow, and the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory is used to model the dynamic response of a flexible cylinder. The relationship between the reduced velocity and the amplitude response agrees well with the experimental results. Moreover, five different vibrating modes appear in the simulation. From the comparisons of their vortex structures, the strength of the wake flow is related to the exciting vibrating mode and different vortex patterns arise for different vibrating modes. Only 2P pattern appears in the first vibrating mode while 2S-2P patterns occur in the other vibrating modes if monitoring at different sections along the length of the cylinder. The vibration of the flexible cylinder can also greatly alter the three-dimensionality in the wake, which needs further studies in our future work, especially in the transition region for the Reynolds number from 170 to 300.

Controlled Self-assembly of Thermo-responsive Amphiphilic H-shaped Polymer for Adjustable Drug Release

Despite the fact that some progress has been made in the self-assembly of H-shaped polymers, the corresponding self-assemblies that respond to external stimulus and are further utilized to adjust the release of drugs are still deficient. The stimuli-responsive segments with amphiphilic H-shaped structure are generally expected to enhance the controllability of self-assembly process. The synthesis and self-assembly behavior of thermo-responsive amphiphilic H-shaped polymers with poly（ethylene glycol）（PEG）, polytetrahydrofuran （PTHF） and poly（N-isopropyl acrylamide）（PNIPAM） as building blocks are reported in this paper. The inner architecture structure and size of complex micelles formed by H-shaped self-assemblies were effectively adjusted when the solution temperature was increased above the lower critical solution temperature of PNIPAM segments. Furthermore, it was found that the architecture of self-assemblies underwent a transition from the complex micelles based on primary micelles with hybrid PEG/PNIPAM shells to large complex micelles based on primary micelles with hybrid PTHF/PNIPAM cores and PEG shells during the thermal-induced self-assembly process. The adjustable release rate ofdoxorubicin （DOX） from the DOX-loaded complex micelles and basic cell experiments further proved the feasibility of these self-assemblies as the thermal-responsive drug delivery system.

In this study,the thickness-dependent microstructural characteristics of duplex stainless steel 2205 multi-pass welded joints were first investigated by the combination of optical microscope and electron back-scattered diffraction ***,a series of tensile tests of miniature samples cut from different passes and directions were performed to analyze the thickness-dependent and anisotropic mechanical *** results demonstrate that the microstructure changed with the welded passes,i.e.,a large number of grain boundary austenite,Widmanstätten austenite and a small number of tiny intragranular austenite existed at the surface passes,while a mass of intragranular austenite were found at the middle ***,the Kurdjumov–Sachs orientation relationship was widespread at the welded *** addition,the yield and tensile strengths of the middle passes were greater than that of the surface passes due to the grain-boundary strengthening by tiny intragranular ***,due to the existence of Kurdjumov–Sachs orientation relationship,the longitudinal yield and tensile strength were greater than transverse values,particularly for the middle passes.
