This paper investigates adaptive state feedback stabilization for a class of feedforward nonlinear systems with zero-dynamics, unknown linear growth rate and control coefficient. For design convenience, the state transformation is first introduced and the new system is obtained. Then, the estimation law is constructed for the unknown control coefficient, and the state feedback controller is proposed with a gain updated on-line. By appropriate choice of the estimation law for the control coefficient and the dynamic gain, the states of the closed-loop system are globally bounded, and the state of the original system converges to zero. Finally, a simulation example is given to illustrate the correctness of the theoretical results.

We consider the problem of measurement feedback controller design for a class of feedforward nonlinear systems with zero-dynamics and uncertain control coefficient. The sensor noise can be any bounded signal whose bound is finite. For design convenience, a state transformation is first introduced and the new system is obtained. Then, a measurement feedback controller is proposed with a suitable gain. By appropriate choice of the gain, the state of the closed-loop system is bounded whose Ultimate Bound（UB） depends on the bound of the sensor noise and the constructed gain. Finally, a simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

Histopathological examination is still the gold standard for diagnoses of oral-maxillofacial lesions,but it is invasive and *** coherence tomography(OCT)provides a kind of noninvasive,label-free,real-time and high-resolution imaging *** this study,in order to assess the feasibility of OCT in oral clinical application,fresh excised tissue specimens from 59 patients undergoing oral-maxillofacial surgery were imaged in detail by using a benchtop sweptsource OCT *** is shown that different lesions or tissues can be obviously distinguished based on their different microstructural features in OCT images,and the features are similar to those of their corresponding histopathological *** is proven that OCT has great feasibility and potential as a diagnostic aid for surgeons in oral medicine.

Sesquiterpene lactones are considered as the major active compounds in Kudiezi injection in virtue of their special structures and activities. Herein, an analytical method was developed for rapid screening and identification of sesquiterpene lactones in Kudiezi injection using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with linear ion trap-orbitrap mass spectrometry(HPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap) in negative ion mode. First, two sesquiterpene lactone reference standards were analyzed to obtain their characteristic ESI-MS/MS fragmentation patterns. Second, based on extracted ion chromatography(EIC) data-mining method and characteristic fragmentation pathways analysis, sesquiterpene lactones in Kudiezi injection were rapidly screened and identified. Finally, an important parameter Clog P was adopted to discriminate the isomers of sesquiterpene lactones. As a result, 50 sesquiterpene lactones were characterized, including 9 sesquiterpene lactone aglycones, 39 sesquiterpene lactone glycosides, and 2 amino acid-sesquiterpene lactone conjugates. Among them, 13 compounds were tentatively identified as new compounds. The results demonstrated that the established method would be a rapid, effective analytical tool for screening and identification of sesquiterpene lactones in the complex system of natural medicines.

Inorganic NiO_(x) based inverted structure perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is reported to be more stable than that with the organic hole transport *** this work,NiO_(x)/MAPbI_(3) interface chemical reaction induced instability of perovskite is unveiled:Ni^(3+) and I^(-) exhibit redox reactions and deprotonation of MA^(+) happens,which result in interface defects and perovskite lattice *** the defective interface accelerates the degradation of perovskite by defect pathways from the bottom interface to the perovskite surface contacting H_(2)O/O_(2).Self-assembled interlayer of NH_(2)^(-)end silane on NiO_(x)separates the reactive NiO_(x)and MAPbI_(3),tunes the interface energy states by–NH_(2) end *** a result,the PSC based on the silane treated NiO_(x)achieves enhanced PCE of 20.1%with decent stability under environmental and extreme conditions (high temperature,high humidity,light infiltration).Our work highlights the interface chemical problem induced PSC instability and a simple interface modification to achieve the stable PSCs.

Estimation for ammonia emissions at county level in China from 2013 to 2018

Ammonia (NH_(3)) can interact with other trace chemicals in the atmosphere,significantly impacting atmospheric chemistry and global climate *** is a largely agricultural country with high consumption of nitrogen fertilizer and large livestock herds,resulting in high NH_(3) *** this study,a comprehensive county-level inventory of Chinese NH_(3) emissions from 2013 to 2018 was *** on previous research,an estimate of NH_(3) emissions from household coal combustion was added to the *** estimation of emissions from open biomass burning was improved by using a method based on fire radiative energy (FRE).The total NH_(3) emissions in China increased from 2013 (9.64 Tg) to 2015 (9.75 Tg),and then decreased to 9.12 Tg in *** from fossil fuels reached a peak value in 2018,accounting for 8.4%of total emissions,while fertilizer application and livestock waste were responsible for fewer emissions than in previous years,accounting for 27.7%and 49.9%of the total from non-fossil fuel sources,*** highest emission rates were in central and southwestern ***,NH_(3) emissions peaked in spring and *** inventory had a 1-km spatial resolution and a monthly temporal resolution,which confirmed its suitability for global and regional air quality simulations.
