Three new indole alkaloids, flueindolines A–C(1–3., along with nine known alkaloids(4–12), were isolated from the fruits of Flueggea virosa(Roxb. ex Willd.) Voigt. Compounds 1 and 2 are two new fused tricyclic indole alkaloids possessing an unusual pyrido[1, 2-a]indole framework, and 3.presents a rare spiro(pyrrolizidinyl-oxindole) backbone. Their structures with absolute configurations were elucidated by means of comprehensive spectroscopic analysis, chemical calculation, as well as X-ray crystallography. Chiral resolution and absolute configuration determination of the known compounds 4, 10, and 11 were reported for the first time. The hypothetical biogenetical pathways of 1–3.were herein also proposed.

目的了解上海市松江区白纹伊蚊密度分布及时空聚集性特征,为伊蚊传播疾病的监测预警、风险研判和精准防控提供参考依据。方法收集2017-2022年6-10月上海市松江区17个街道(镇)的媒介伊蚊监测数据,对白纹伊蚊诱蚊诱卵指数(MOI)进行描述分析,分别利用ArcGIS 10.8软件和SaTScan 10.1.2软件,开展空间自相关分析和时空扫描分析。结果松江区白纹伊蚊密度每年先升后降,7-8月达到峰值;年均密度前3.的区域为方松街道、泗泾镇和车墩镇;平均密度最高的生境类型为居民区。2022年白纹伊蚊密度分布具有空间聚集性(Moran’s I=0.13.,P=0.047),2018年广富林、岳阳和中山街道,2021年广富林、岳阳街道和洞泾镇,2022年岳阳、中山和永丰街道,白纹伊蚊密度分布均存在局部聚集性;2018年存在白纹伊蚊密度聚集热点,热点为中山街道和车墩镇,2022年存在聚集热点,热点为中山街道、岳阳街道和车墩镇,时空扫描分析得出1个涉及方松、岳阳、永丰、中山街道和车墩镇的一类聚集区(对数似然比值为68.61,相对危险度为2.66,P<0.001)。结论松江区2017-2022年白纹伊蚊密度分布逐渐呈现向中心城区空间聚集的趋势,其中方松、岳阳、永丰、中山街道和车墩镇是白纹伊蚊局部聚集的主要热点区域。

Micro RNAs（mi RNAs） are known to regulate post-transcriptional gene *** are involved in carcinogenesis and tumor *** aim of this study was to explore the micro RNA-m RNA regulatory network in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ESCC） using comprehensive computational *** this study we have selected a total of 11 mi RNAs from one previously reported study in *** m RNA targets of these mi RNAs were predicted using various *** expression profiles of these m RNA targets were identified on DNA microarray experiment dataset across ESCC tissue *** on the mi RNA-m RNA regulatory relationships,the network was inferred.A total of 23.mi RNA-m RNA regulatory interactions,with 11 mi RNAs and 13.m RNA targets,were inferred in *** mi RNA-m RNA regulatory network with increased confidence provides insights into the progression of ESCC and may serve as a biomarker for prognosis or the aggressiveness of ***,the results should be examined with further experimental validation.

采用吸虫器法采样 ,对稻田生态系统中杂草地捕食性节肢动物天敌群落物种多样性、结构动态等进行了系统的研究。在杂草地生境中采集到 73.捕食性节肢动物 ,其中 5 5种为捕食性蜘蛛 ,18种为捕食性昆虫。在冬春闲期 ,杂草地生境的捕食性节肢动物物种多样性和单位面积内的个体数量较高。水稻移栽后 ,杂草地中的捕食性节肢动物种群迁进稻田 ,为稻田提供天敌移居者 ,杂草地生境中的捕食性天敌物种数减少 ,单位面积内的个体数量降低 ;水稻成熟后、夏闲期始及冬闲期始 ,杂草地接纳从稻田中迁出的天敌种群 ,捕食性天敌物种数和单位面积内的个体数量呈上升趋势。杂草地为保护稻田捕食性天敌 ,提供了一个良好的庇难所。

Background Pediatric antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis(AAV)is a life-threatening systemic vasculitis featured by liability to renal ***,there are few studies on the risk factors and predictive models for renal outcomes of AAV in *** Data from 179 AAV children in multiple centers between January 2012 and March 2020 were collected *** risk factors and predictive model of end-stage renal disease(ESRD)in AAV were *** Renal involvement was the most typical manifestation(95.5%),and the crescent was the predominant pathological lesion(84.9%).The estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)was evaluated in 114 patients,of whom 59.6%developed ESRD,and the median time to ESRD was 3.20 *** eGFR[P=0.006,odds ratio(OR)=0.955,95%confidence interval(CI)=0.924–0.987]and the percentages of global glomerulosclerosis(pGGS;P=0.018,OR=1.060,95%CI=1.010–1.112)were independent risk factors for ESRD of renal *** on the pGGS and eGFR at renal biopsy,we developed three risk grades of ESRD and one predictive *** Kaplan‒Meier curve indicated that renal outcomes were significantly different in different risk grades(Pchina,of which more than half deteriorates into *** predictive model based on eGFR at renal biopsy and the pGGS may be stable and accurate in speculating the risk of ESRD in AAV children.

目的了解慢性肾脏病非透析患者的体重指数(body mass index,BMI)分布情况,并探究其可能的影响因素。方法纳入参与本中心队列研究6个月以上的患者,观察患者BMI分布情况,收集患者饮食、运动相关数据,分别从食物性质、食物种类和运动频率方面对不同组患者进行单因素和多因素比较。结果共纳入3.9例患者,其中84例(22.76%)BMI超标,263.(71.27%)BMI正常,22例(5.96%)BMI过低。比较3.的食物性质及食物种类,组间差异均无统计学意义;运动频率组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.008);结合上述影响因素以及研究者认为可能有影响的因素构建回归模型发现运动频率(β=-0.201,P3.)是BMI的独立影响因素。结论本中心CKD非透析患者的BMI以正常为主,BMI超标人数大于过低人数,而运动频率和饮料摄入量可能是BMI的独立影响因素。

Kai Xin San(KXS, containing ginseng, hoelen, polygala, and acorus), a traditional Chinese herbal compound, has been found to regulate cognitive dysfunction; however, its mechanism of action is still unclear. In this study, 72 specific-pathogen-free male Kunming mice aged 8 weeks were randomly divided into a vehicle control group, scopolamine group, low-dose KXS group, moderate-dose KXS group, high-dose KXS group, and positive control group. Except for the vehicle control group and scopolamine groups(which received physiological saline), the doses of KXS(0.7, 1.4 and 2.8 g/kg per day) and donepezil(3.mg/kg per day) were gastrointestinally administered once daily for 2 weeks. On day 8 after intragastric treatment, the behavioral tests were carried out. Scopolamine group and intervention groups received scopolamine 3.mg/kg per day through intraperitoneal injection. The effects of KXS on spatial learning and memory, pathological changes of brain tissue, expression of apoptosis factors, oxidative stress injury factors, synapse-associated protein, and cholinergic neurotransmitter were measured. The results confirmed the following.(1) KXS shortened the escape latency and increased residence time in the target quadrant and the number of platform crossings in the Morris water maze.(2) KXS increased the percentage of alternations between the labyrinth arms in the mice of KXS groups in the Y-maze.(3. Nissl and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling staining revealed that KXS promoted the production of Nissl bodies and inhibited the formation of apoptotic bodies.(4) Western blot assay showed that KXS up-regulated the expression of anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 and inhibited the expression of pro-apoptotic protein Bax. KXS up-regulated the expression of postsynaptic density 95, synaptophysin, and brain-derived neurotrophic factor in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus.(5) KXS increased the level and activity of choline acetyltransferase, acetylcholi
