A reduction in adult neurogenesis is associated with behavioral abnorm.lities in patients with Alzheim.r's ***,enhancing adult neurogenesis represents a prom.sing therapeutic approach for m.tigating disease sym.tom. and ***,nonpharm.cological interventions aim.d at inducing adult neurogenesis are currently *** individual non-pharm.cological interventions,such as aerobic exercise,acousto-optic stim.lation,and olfactory stim.lation,have shown lim.ted capacity to im.rove neurogenesis and cognitive function in patients with Alzheim.r's disease,the therapeutic effect of a strategy that com.ines these interventions has not been fully *** this study,we observed an age-dependent decrease in adult neurogenesis and a concurrent increase in am.loid-beta accum.lation in the hippocam.us of am.loid precursor protein/presenilin 1 m.ce aged 2-8 *** deposition becam. evident at 4 m.nths,while neurogenesis declined by 6 m.nths,further deteriorating as the disease ***,following a 4-week m.ltifactor stim.lation protocol,which encom.assed treadm.ll running(46 m.n/d,10 m.m.n,6 days per week),40 Hz acousto-optic stim.lation(1 hour/day,6 days/week),and olfactory stim.lation(1 hour/day,6 days/week),we found a significant increase in the num.er of newborn cells(5'-brom.-2'-deoxyuridine-positive cells),im.ature neurons(doublecortin-positive cells),newborn im.ature neurons(5'-brom.-2'-deoxyuridine-positive/doublecortin-positive cells),and newborn astrocytes(5'-brom.-2'-deoxyuridine-positive/glial fibrillary acidic protein-positive cells).Additionally,the am.loid-beta load in the hippocam.us *** findings suggest that m.ltifactor stim.lation can enhance adult hippocam.al neurogenesis and m.tigate am.loid-beta neuropathology in am.loid precursor protein/presenilin 1 ***,cognitive abilities were im.roved,and depressive sym.tom. were alleviated in am.loid precursor protein/presenilin 1 m.ce

Aq.eous zinc-ion batteries （AZIBs） are fundam.ntally challenged by the instability of the electrode/electrolyte interface,predom.nantly due to irreversible zinc （Zn） deposition and hydrogen ***,the intricate m.chanism. behind the electrochem.cal discrepancies induced by interfacial Zn2+-solvation and deposition behavior dem.nd com.rehensive *** m.lecules endowed with special functional groups （such as hydroxyl,carboxyl,etc.） have the potential to significantly optim.ze the solvation structure of Zn2+and regulate the interfacial electric double layer （EDL）.By increasing nucleation overpotential and decreasing interfacial free energy,these functional groups facilitate a lower critical nucleation radius,thereby form.ng an asym.totic nucleation m.del to prom.te uniform.Zn ***,this study presents a pioneering approach by introducing trace am.unts of n-butanol as solvation regulators to engineer the hom.genized Zn （H-Zn） anode with a uniform.and dense *** interfacial reaction and structure evolution are explored by in/ex-situ experim.ntal techniq.es,indicating that the H-Zn anode exhibits dendrite-free growth,no by-products,and weak hydrogen evolution,in sharp contrast to the bare ***,the H-Zn anode achieves a rem.rkable Zn utilization rate of approxim.tely 20% and sim.ltaneously sustains a prolonged cycle life exceeding 500 ***,the H-Zn//NH4V4O10（NVO） full battery showcases exceptional cycle stability,retaining 95.04%capacity retention after 400 cycles at a large current density of 5 A *** study enlightens solvation-regulated additives to develop Zn anode with superior utilization efficiency and extended operational lifespan.

Vaccinations are essential for preventing and treating disease,especially cancer nanovaccines,which have gained considerable interest recently for their strong anti-tum.r im.une *** can prom.t the im.une system.to generate antibodies and activate various im.une cells,leading to a response against tum.r tissues and reducing the negative effects and recurrence risks of traditional chem.therapy and *** enhance the flexibility and targeting of vaccines,nanovaccines utilize nanotechnology to encapsulate or carry antigens at the nanoscale level,enabling m.re controlled and precise drug delivery to enhance im.une *** nanovaccines function by encapsulating tum.r-specific antigens or tum.r-associated antigens within *** sm.ll size of these nanom.terials allows for precise targeting of T cells,dendritic cells,or cancer cells,thereby eliciting a m.re potent anti-tum.r *** this paper,we focus on the classification of carriers for cancer nanovaccines,the roles of different target cells,and clinically tested cancer nanovaccines,discussing strategies for effectively inducing cytotoxic T lym.hocytes responses and optim.zing antigen presentation,while also looking ahead to the translational challenges of m.ving from.anim.l experim.nts to clinical trials.

Double carbohelicenes have attracted considerable attention due to their aesthetic structures, distinct π-conjugation extension, inherent chirality, and intriguing optical and electronic properties. Herein, the concise de novo synthesis of a new double[5]carbohelicene 1 together with its chiroptical properties, isom.rization process and lasing application is presented. 1 was synthesized by a sim.le protocol involving the form.tion of a 6,6′-bipentacene as the key interm.diate. It is worth noting that1 existed as two diastereom.rs 1-PP/m. and 1-Pm. which were successfully isolated and unam.iguously confirm.d by Xray crystallography. The optical resolution of the racem.c 1-PP/m. was successfully achieved by chiral-phase highperform.nce liq.id chrom.tography（HPLC）, and 1-PP and 1-m. were characterized by circular dichroism. Interestingly, it was found that 1-PP/m. could be com.letely isom.rized to 1-Pm.upon heating, and the detailed therm.dynam.cs and kinetics of the isom.rization process were system.tically investigated. 1-Pm.exhibited deep-red lum.nescence with em.ssion m.xim.m.at 723 nm.and fluorescence q.antum.yield as high as 32.95%. Conseq.ently, we can showcase the lasing application of 1-Pm.by doping with epoxy resin to assem.le a bottle m.crolaser spontaneously, which the lasing wavelength is 796.6 nm.at a threshold of 0.8 m.J cm.2. We believe that our studies, including the facile synthesis m.thodology, detailed isom.rization studies, and lasing application, will shed som. light on the design and synthesis of novel carbohelical system. with m.re functions.

The current single-atom.catalysts(SACs)for m.dicine still suffer from.the lim.ted active site ***,we develop a synthetic m.thod capable of increasing both the m.tal loading and m.ss-specific activity of SACs by exchanging zinc with *** constructed iron SACs(h^(3)-FNC)with a high m.tal loading of 6.27 wt%and an optim.zed adjacent Fe distance of~4 A exhibit excellent oxidase-like catalytic perform.nce without significant activity decay after being stored for six m.nths and prom.sing antibacterial ***,a“density effect”has been found at a high-enough m.tal doping am.unt,at which individual active sites becom. close enough to interact with each other and alter the electronic structure,resulting in significantly boosted intrinsic activity of single-atom.c iron sites in h^(3)-FNCs by 2.3 tim.s com.ared to low-and m.dium.loading ***,the overall catalytic activity of h^(3)-FNC is highly im.roved,with m.ss activity and m.tal m.ss-specific activity that are,respectively,66 and 315 tim.s higher than those of com.ercial Pt/*** addition,h^(3)-FNCs dem.nstrate efficiently enhanced capability in catalyzing oxygen reduction into superoxide anion(O_(2)·^(−))and glutathione(GSH)*** in vitro and in vivo assays dem.nstrate the superior antibacterial efficacy of h^(3)-FNCs in prom.ting wound *** work presents an intriguing activity-enhancem.nt effect in catalysts and exhibits im.ressive therapeutic efficacy in com.ating bacterial infections.

Polyaniline doped with rare earth chloride was synthesized in organic solvent and identified by elem.ntal analysis and infrared spectroscopy. The experim.ntal results show that there exists both doping and com.lexation at the sam. tim. in the resulting product. When pH4. m.reover, polyaniline doped with rare earth chloride exhibits better therm.l stability than that doped with hydrochloric acid.

Resistant starch(RS)encom.asses those form. of starch which are not accessible to hum.n digestive enzym.s and are ferm.nted in the colons producing short chain fatty *** plant m.terials containing RS are few in the *** this contribution,the culture ability of callus from.anthers of F1 plants from.landraces,‘Zhaxim.’(Oryza sativa ***,high-RS rice line with 7.705±0.142,g/100 g)×‘Nanjing 46’(Oryza sativa ***,rice variety with RS content(g/100 g)of 0.200±0.001 crosses were studied for obtaining high RS rice *** results showed that when m. basic induction m.dium.was added with 1.5 m./L 2,4-D、2 m./LNAA and 0.3 m./L KT,the inductivity of callus was high as 32.14%for 21 d after pretreatm.nt at 4°C for 3 d;When m. differentiation basic m.dium.was added with 2 m./LKT and 3 m./L ABA,the freq.ency of regeneration for callus was 50.3%with only a regeneration freq.ency of 4.55%grown into green *** RS content in the seeds was between those of the two parents and was partially norm.lly distributed,the highest RS contents of the regenerated plants was as high as 7.66±1.197%.This produced an efficient technology for regenerating stable rice lines with high RS and good eating q.ality using anthers culture.

High-resolution non-em.ssive displays based on electrochrom.c tungsten oxides (WOx) are crucial for future near-eye virtual/augm.nted reality interactions, given their im.ressive attributes such as high environm.ntal stability, ideal outdoor readability, and low energy consum.tion. However, the lim.ted intrinsic structure of inorganic m.terials has presented a significant challenge in achieving precise patterning/pixelation at the m.cron scale. Here, we successfully developed the direct photolithography for WOx nanoparticles based on in situ photo-induced ligand exchange. This strategy enabled us to achieve ultra-high resolution efficiently (line width m.>m. the best resolution for reported inorganic electrochrom.c m.terials). Additionally, the resulting device exhibited im.ressive electrochrom.c perform.nce, such as fast response (m.2) C-1), good optical m.dulation (55.9%), and durability (> 3600 cycles), as well as prom.sing applications in electronic logos, pixelated displays, flexible electronics, etc. The success and advancem.nts presented here are expected to inspire and accelerate research and developm.nt (R&D) in high-resolution non-em.ssive displays and other ultra-fine m.cro-electronics.
