在新的历史发展阶段,经济发展迫切需要低碳转型,节能减排和绿色低碳已成为我国经济发展的重中之重,提高碳排放效率是实现“双碳”目标的同时保持经济高质量发展的关键。以长江经济带108个城市为研究对象,采用考虑非期望产出的超效率SBM模型及Malmquist指数法测算碳排放效率,利用ArcGIS10.7的自然分断法和泰尔指数分析其时空演变特征和区域差异,然后构建空间杜宾模型,进一步探讨碳排放效率的影响因素。结果表明:(1)2005~2020年碳排放效率呈波动趋势,长江经济带碳排放效率整体不足,效率水平受技术和规模的影响大。(2)Malmquist指数显示,各区域全要素碳排放效率差距较大的关键原因在于各项效率指数相辅相成、相互推动以及减排技术发展的不平衡。(3)高碳排放效率区和较高碳排放效率区的城市数量增加,长江经济带集聚状态逐渐明显。(4)除经济发展水平外,其他各影响因素对碳排放效率都有显著正向或负向直接效应,并且经济发展水平、产业结构、绿色技术创新以及政府干预对效率的空间溢出效应明显。

以4-甲氧基苯硫酚和草酰氯为原料,合成了一种两亲性光引发剂草酸4-甲氧基苯硫单酯(MO-TEA),并利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、电子顺磁共振波谱、热重分析及实时红外光谱等手段探究了MO-TEA的光吸收性能、光降解机理、水中溶解性、热稳定性以及引发光聚合的能力。结果表明,MO-TEA在300nm以上波长的摩尔消光系数虽然较低,但在405nm LED光源照射下能够发生硫酯键的断裂,生成硫自由基和酰基自由基引发单体聚合。除此之外,MO-TEA具有良好的水溶性和热稳定性,可高效地引发油性单体三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TPGDA)与水性单体聚乙二醇400二丙烯酸酯(PEG(400)DA)聚合,最终双键转化率可达80%以上,在LED光聚合领域表现出巨大的应用潜力。

哈萨克斯坦自独立后经历了30多年的发展历程,教育领域也逐渐从被动延续苏联传统过渡到自主探索发展道路的阶段。尤其是托卡耶夫任总统以来,针对教育领域的改革日益深入,伴随建设“新哈萨克斯坦”和“倾听型国家”的理念,哈萨克斯坦从中央到地方的教育行政机构设置均得以完善。在推行每五年一次的国家教育发展规划过程中,各教育阶段的发展状况均受到不同层面的重视。目前,得益于政府和教育主管部门的各项举措,学前教育、基础教育、职业技术教育、高等教育和研究生教育等各领域的发展困境均得到了不同程度的解决。尽管如此,国家的整体教育水平仍存在较大的提升空间,未来面临的各种挑战对哈萨克斯坦的教育行政制度将是巨大考验。
