A series of bioactive quinazolinones were effectively synthesized by the condensation of halide benzamide with amino acid using magnetically recyclable GO/Fe3O4–CuI as catalyst. Magnetic GO/Fe3O4–CuI was prepared via a simple chemical method and characterized by FTIR, powder XRD, and *** heterogeneous copper catalyst can be easily separated from reaction mixtures by an external permanent magnet and reused without any obvious loss in activity which shows its applicability as a reusable and promising catalyst for quinazolinones synthesis.

Hydropower development in Xizang(Tibet) Autonomous Region plays a vital role in co-control of local air pollutants and greenhouse gas(GHG) in China. According to emission factors of local air pollutants and GHG of coal-fired power industry in different hydropower service regions, we estimate the effect and synergy of local air pollutants and GHG reduction achieved by hydropower development in Tibet, examine the main factors constraining the effect and synergy, using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results show that: 1) During the period from 2006 to 2012, the effect of local air pollutants and GHG reduction achieved by hydropower development in Tibet decreased as a whole, while the synergy increased first and decreased afterwards. 2) The effect and synergy of local air pollutants and GHG reduction achieved by hydropower development in Tibet vary significantly across different hydropower service regions. The effect based on emission levels of Central China power grid(CCPG) and Northwest China power grid(NCPG) was more significant than that based on emission level of national power grid(NPG) from 2006 to 2012, and the synergy based on emission levels of CCPG and NCPG was also more significant than that based on emission level of NPG from 2010 to 2012. 3) The main factors constraining the effect and synergy based on emission levels of NCPG and CCPG included SO2 removal rate and NOx removal rate, the effect and synergy based on emission level of NPG was mainly influenced by net coal consumption rate. 4) Transferring hydropower from Tibet to NCPG and CCPG, and substituting local coal-fired power with hydropower can greatly help to co-control local air pollutants and GHG, transform the emission reduction pattern of the power industry and optimize energy structure.

A novel particle solar receiver(PSR)with gas-solids countercurrent fluidized bed(CCFB)was *** cold-mold prototype was set up to investigate the gas-solids flow structure by using optical fiber *** local solids holdup distribution,its evolution with various operating conditions and the fluctuations of the local flow structures were investigated *** results show that the novel CCFB can achieve much higher solids holdup(~9%)compared to the traditional downer ones(~l%).The solid particles are mainly distributed in the near-wall region and the particles are more difficult to get a fully developed state in the near-wall *** excellent gas-solids mixing and contacting demonstrated by the standard deviation and intermittency index means a better wall-to-bed heat transfer *** distribution of the solid particles in the CCFB transport tube is revealed,which can provide a significant reference for the structure design of the hot-mold ***,the research can fill in the research gap in the gas-solids counterflow field.

The applications of 3D building models are limited as producing them requires massive labor and time costs as well as expensive *** this paper,we aim to propose a novel and web-based interactive platform,VGI3D,to overcome these *** platform is designed to reconstruct 3D building models by using free images from internet users or volunteered geographic informa-tion(VGI)platform,even though not all these images are of high *** interactive platform can effectively obtain each 3D building model from images in 30 seconds,with the help of user interaction module and convolutional neural network(CNN).The user interaction module provides the boundary of building facades for 3D building *** this CNN can detect facade elements even though multiple architectural styles and complex scenes are within the ***,user interaction module is designed as simple as possible to make it easier to use for both of expert and non-expert ***,we conducted a usability testing and collected feedback from participants to better optimize platform and user *** general,the usage of VGI data reduces labor and device costs,and CNN simplifies the process of elements extraction in 3D building ***,our proposed platform offers a promising solution to the 3D modeling community.

Experimental Investigation on the Hydrodynamic Characteristics of Fluidized Bed Particle Solar Receiver with Gas-Solid Countercurrent Flow Pattern

To design a particle solar receiver(PSR),a vital energy conversion system,is still a bottleneck for *** study presents a novel PSR based on countercurrent fluidized bed(CCFB)technology,named CCFB *** this design,downward-moving particles are subjected to the action of an up-flow gas to reduce the falling speed and enhance the radial disturbance,and hence increase the residence time of particles and improve the heat transfer.A cold-mold visual experimental setup is *** influence factors are investigated experimentally,including the superficial gas velocity,solid flux,aeration gas,particle size and transport tube *** results indicate that the maximum solid holdup can exceed 9%or so with fine particles of diameter d_(p)=113.5 μm and a tube diameter of 40 *** is proved that the CCFB can operate stably and adjust the solid flux *** results of this study provide a new structure for PSRs in the concentrated solar power field and could fill the research insufficiency in the gas-solid counterflow field.

《商标法》第30条规定了禁止商标共存原则,司法裁判则以不同理由准许特殊情况下的商标共存,但对于是否允许共存及允许共存的判断标准等仍然众说不一,司法态度时松时紧和时有摇摆。一概否定商标共存有悖经济生活的特殊和合理需求,也无助于构建健全的禁止商标共存制度。准予共存的司法裁判通常基于共存商标能够相互区分及不产生混淆,如此认定更多是与真实事实不符的司法拟制,据此构建商标共存是对商标共存制度的误读。商标共存只能是禁止商标共存原则的例外,且并非以共存协议能够有效区分共存商标或者能够排除市场混淆为依据,而是基于商标的权利取向,在例外情况下对混淆性共存的允许。《商标法》第30条未规定商标共存的例外,解决商标共存问题的路径有两种:一是在重构共存关系的底层逻辑基础上,通过灵活适用第30条允许商标共存,消除司法的认识误区;二是修订第30条,增设商标共存制度。基于商标共存的现实需求,无论采取哪种路径,承认商标共存应当是方向。
