The effect of Si addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Mg-Si-Zn aluminum alloys were *** show that the microstructure of Al-Mg-Si-Zn alloy with low Si contents is mainly composed of Mg2Si and Mg5Si6 *** the increasing of Si content,Si and Al3.21Si0.47 phases precipitate in the form of eutectic phases in the alloys,at the same time,the mean shape factor of the second phase firstly increases and then *** analysis results show that the Si content has the main influence and the mean shape factor has the least influence on tensile *** strength increases significantly with the addition of Si,however,there is a remarkable drop in the elongation of the *** elongation is related to the formation of monotonous Al(200)structure and the enlargement of interplanar spacing of(111)and(200)crystalline planes.

AIM: To investigate whether brain ischemia induces serine phosphorylation of neuronal nitric oxide synthase(nNOS) by Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CaMKII) and the interaction between CaMKIIa and nNOSin rat hippocampus. METHODS: Brain ischemia was induced by bilateral carotid artery occlusion *** and the interaction of proteins were studied by immunoprecipitation and immunoblotting. Weinvestigated during brain ischemia serine phosphorylation and amount of nNOS in crude membranes fraction (P)and cytosolic fraction (S), interaction between CaMKIIa and nNOS, and the effects of 1-[N,O-bis-(5-isoquinolinesulfonyl)-N-methyl-L-tyrosyl]-4-phenylpiperazine (KN-62, a selective inhibitor of CaMKII) on phos-phorylation and the interaction of proteins in P. RESULTS: Serine phosphorylation of nNOS in P increased persis-tently during brain ischemia, and 15 min ischemia-induced serine phosphorylation of nNOS was attenuated signifi-cantly by KN-62. But there was no serine phosphorylation of nNOS in S. The distributions of nNOS were notaffected by ischemia and KN-62. However, the binding levels of both CaMKIIa with nNOS and Thr286autophosphorylated CaMKIIa with nNOS increased after ischemia, and were diminished by KN-62. CONCLUSION:CaMKII interacted with nNOS and regulated serine phosphorylation of nNOS during brain ischemia.

The mechanical behavior of cemented gangue backfill materials(CGBMs)is closely related to particle size distribution(PSD)of aggregates and properties of cementitious ***,the true triaxial compression tests,CT scanning,SEM,and EDS tests were conducted on cemented gangue backfill samples(CGBSs)with various carbon nanotube concentrations(P_(CNT))that satisfied fractal theory for the PSD of *** mechanical properties,energy dissipations,and failure mechanisms of the CGBSs under true triaxial compression were systematically *** results indicate that appropriate carbon nanotubes(CNTs)effectively enhance the mechanical properties and energy dissipations of CGBSs through micropore filling and microcrack bridging,and the optimal effect appears at P_(CNT)of 0.08wt%.Taking PSD fractal dimension(D)of 2.500 as an example,compared to that of CGBS without CNT,the peak strength(σ_(p)),axial peak strain(ε_(1,p)),elastic strain energy(Ue),and dissipated energy(U_(d))increased by 12.76%,29.60%,19.05%,and90.39%,***,excessive CNTs can reduce the mechanical properties of CGBSs due to CNT agglomeration,manifesting a decrease inρ_(p),ε_(1,p),and the volumetric strain increment(Δε_(v))when P_(CNT)increases from 0.08wt%to 0.12wt%.Moreover,the addition of CNTs improved the integrity of CGBS after macroscopic failure,and crack extension in CGBSs appeared in two modes:detour and pass through the ***σ_(p)and U_(d)firstly increase and then decrease with increasing D,and porosity shows the opposite ***ε_(1,p)andΔε_(v)are negatively correlated with D,and CGBS with D=2.150 has the maximum deformation parameters(ε_(1,p)=0.05079,Δε_(v)=0.01990)due to the frictional slip effect caused by coarse *** increasing D,the failure modes of CGBSs are sequentially manifested as oblique shear failure,"Y-shaped"shear failure,and conjugate shear failure.

Segregation can seriously damage the mechanical properties of the aluminum alloys.6061 aluminum alloy wheel spokes were prepared by squeeze *** investigate the formation mechanism of segregation,the microstructure of the alloy was observed using scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometry,X-ray diffraction and electron microprobe analysis *** Gibbs energy of each phase during solidification was calculated by JMat *** show that the segregation phases in the R-joint of the wheel spokes are mainly composed of Mg_(2)Si,β-Al Fe Si and Al_(5)Cu_(2)Mg_(8)Si_(6)*** the solidification of the 6061 aluminum alloy wheels,Mg_(2)Si andα-Al Fe Si phases precipitate in the mushy zone at *** the decrease of temperature,α-Al Fe Si transforms intoβ-Al Fe Si,while Al_(5)Cu_(2)Mg_(8)Si_(6)precipitates from the solid-state aluminum alloy after *** at the R-joint of wheel spokes is mainly caused by insufficient cooling,so the cooling during alloy solidification should be enhanced to avoid segregation.

166.6-MHz quarter-waveβ=1 superconducting cavities have been adopted for the High Energy Photon Source,a 6-GeV diffraction-limited synchrotron light source currently under construction.A large helium jacket was required to accommodate the enlarged cavity beam pipe for the heavy damping of higher-order modes;the original electric-probe pickup thus becomes inevitably long with unfavorable mechanical *** to an existing high-pressure-rinsing port,a magnetic-loop pickup was designed,characterized by low radio-frequency and cryogenic losses and being multipacting-free and insensitive to manufacturing and assembly *** consequent removal of the original pickup port from the cavity largely simplified the helium jacket fabrication and may also reduce cavity *** paper presents a comprehensive design of a low-loss magnetic-coupling pickup for quarter-waveβ=1 superconducting *** design can also be applied to other non-elliptical structures.

γδT cells have been reported to exert immunosuppressive functions in multiple solid malignant diseases,but their immunosuppressive functional subpopulation in breast cancer(BC)is still ***,we collected 40 paired BC and normal tissue samples from Chinese patients for ***,we showed thatγδT1 cells comprise the majority of CD3+T cells in BC;next,we found that CD73+γδT1 cells were the predominant regulatory T-cell(Treg)population in BC,and that their prevalence in peripheral blood was also related to tumour *** addition,CD73+γδT1 cells exert an immunosuppressive effect via adenosine *** also found that BC could modulate CD73 expression onγδT cells in a non-contact *** microarray analysis and functional experiments indicated that breast tumour cell-derived exosomes(TDEs)could transmit lncRNA SNHG16,which upregulates CD73 expression,to Vδ1 T *** the mechanism,SNHG16 served as a ceRNA by sponging miR-16–5p,which led to the derepression of its target gene SMAD5 and resulted in potentiation of the TGF-β1/SMAD5 pathway to upregulate CD73 expression in Vδ1 T *** results showed that the BC-derived exosomal SNHG16/miR-16–5p/SMAD5-regulatory axis potentiates TGF-β1/SMAD5 pathway activation,thus inducing CD73 expression in Vδ1 T *** results first identify the significance of CD73+Vδ1 Tregs in BC,and therapy targeting this subpopulation or blocking TDEs might have potential for BC treatment in the future.

Relationship Between Developmental Intensity of Landslide and Malan Loess Cohesion at a Regional Horizontal Space Scale

Malan loess is highly water-sensitive， with its shear strength， particularly cohesive strength， significantly decreasing under the influence of water. The Western Shanxi Loess Plateau （WSLP） is especially prone to loess landslides， which are closely linked to rainfall infiltration. Understanding the regional variation of Malan loess cohesion (cm) and its distribution in relation to the developmental intensity of landslides in this area can provide essential scientific evidence for effective landslide prevention. Loess landslides and Malan loess were selected as the objects of study for the current research. The regional variation and distribution pattern of the cmwere revealed through undisturbed loess direct shear tests and Inverse Distance Weighting （IDW） interpolation. The relationship between the developmental intensity of landslide and the regional variation of the cmwas explored using the Cumulative Sum Variable Dimension Fractal （CSVDF）， Frequency Ratio （FR） model， and Certainty Factor （CF） model. The following conclusions were drawn: Results from the direct shear tests and IDW method indicate that the cmtends to decrease from south to north and exhibits a positively skewed spatial distribution pattern. The CSVDF results indicates a similarity between the regional variation of the cmand the development intensity of loess landslides. The FR and CF results reveal that loess landslides are more likely to occur when the cmis between 0 and 16.14 kPa.

Dear Editor,This letter proposes a deep synchronization control(DSC) method to synchronize grid-forming converters with power grids. The method involves constructing a novel controller for grid-forming converters based on the stable deep dynamics model. To enhance the performance of the controller, the dynamics model is optimized within the deep reinforcement learning(DRL) framework. Simulation results verify that the proposed method can reduce frequency deviation and improve active power responses.
