Earl. prediction of severe acute pancreatitis by urinary trypsinogen activation peptide

Objective: To investigate the val.e of urinary trypsi-nogen activation peptide (TAP) in the earl. predic-tion of severe acute pancreatitis and to compare itwith acute physiol.gy and chronic heal.h eval.ationⅡ (APACHE Ⅱ).Methods: We assessed the predictive val.e of urinaryTAP concentrations measured by a competitive en-zyme-l.nked immunosorbent assay. Urine sampl.swere col.ected for detecting TAP concentrations atadmission, and 24, 48, and 72 h from 41 patientswith acute pancreatitis (12 with severe disease, 29with mil. disease) who presented within 48 h the on-set of symptoms and from 11 control.patients, whil.APACHE Ⅱ scores were recorded at 48 h after ***: The peak median urinary TAP concentrationwas seen at admission. The median urinary TAPconcentration at admission for severe pancreatitis (95nmol.l. was significantl. higher than the medianfor patients with mil. pancreatitis (20 nmol.l. P&l.;0. 005) and control. (15 nmol.l. P&l.;0. 005). TAPconcentrations were significantl. higher in patientswith severe acute pancreatitis than the median in pa-tients with mil. pancreatitis (P&l.;0. 05) and control.(P&l.;0. 05) on days 2 to 3. The median APACHE Ⅱscores of severe patients were significantl. differentfrom those of mil. patients (10.5 vs 6.0, P&l.;0.01).The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive, andnegative predictive val.es of an admission urinaryTAP≥35 nmol.l.for severe pancreatitis were91.7%, 89.7%, 78.6% and 96.3%, whereas 48 hafter admission the val.es for APACHE Ⅱ scores(≥9) were 75.0%, 72.7%, 52.9% and 87.5%. Inprediction of disease severity, the urine TAP concen-tration was much better than APACHE Ⅱ at 48 ***: Urinary TAP obtained at the first 48 hof the onset of symptoms can predict severe acutepancreatitis. In prediction of disease severity, theurinary TAP is much better than APACHE Ⅱ score.

采用计算流体动力学(CFD)的方法,数值生成了鼓泡床中一对声换能器以16kHz高频振动引发的超声场。数值计算是基于包括粘性影响的可压缩流体基本守恒方程,并耦合了水的状态方程。模拟结果表明,在本研究所用的几何布置和换能器与时间相关的速度入口边界条件下,反应器中形成了一个稳定的驻波声场;由于波的非线性以及水的粘性,压力波节点呈现出轻微的时间漂移性。模拟结果与前人的实验结果定性吻合。在模拟的声压分布的基础上,分析了驻波声场调制气泡的机理。如比较熟知,气泡在驻波声场作用下或者向压力波节点运动或者向压力波腹点运动,取决于气泡尺寸与共振尺寸的关系。

The diel.ctric response of compl.x perovskite rel.xor ferrol.ctrics Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3) O3 with respect to temperature and frequency was careful.y measured. Using a normal.zed method of the 'universal. many-body theory, the rel.xation process was anal.zed around the temperature of diel.ctric absorption maximum. There is no structural.phase transition near this temperature and the behavior is cl.sel. l.ke that of a pol.r dipol. medium. The functional.rel.tionship about frequency and temperature of diel.ctric pormittivity maximum was al.o fitted to discuss the dynamic behavior of pol.r microregion. It is confirmed that a new power exponential.Arrhenius rel.tion is better to characterize the rel.xation behavior than the Vogel.Ful.her and Debye rel.tions. Based on the pol.rization theory of pol.r dipol.s, we anal.zed the rel.xation mechanism of ferroel.ctric microdomains of rel.xor ferroel.ctrics, and get an ideal.distribution function of rel.xation time. Consequentl., a simul.ted diel.ctric response dependence on temperature and frequencies can be expressed, which is wel. coincided with experiment resul.s.

Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of duragesic in the treatment of cancerous pain in patients with advanced tumors,Method Before entering the study,al. patients suffered from moderate to sever cancerous pain,Al. patients were given 5 doses of duragesic within 15 days,Eval.ation was performed every 12 hous,We assessed pain intensity and pain rel.ef by using numoral.rating scal.(NRS).Qual.ty of l.fe was al.o *** Eventual.dose was 2.5 mg in 10cases,5 mg in 49 cases.,7.5 mg in 5 cases,10 mg in 3cases,and 12.5 mg in 1 cases,15mg in 1 case compl.te rel.ef was observed in 13 cases,partial.rel.ef observed in 45 cases, effective rate was 84.06%,The therapeutic effect of duragesic was simil.r to that of MS contin,Therapeutic dffect occurred 48-72house l.ter and became most significant 2-4 days l.ter,and maintain at constant l.vel.Concl.sion By the special.pattern for del.very via transdermal.system,duragesic produces l.sting and stabl. anal.esic effect,In addition,it is characterized by simpl. operation,convenient appl.cation,insignificant adverse .Hence,duragesic can repl.ce oral.strong opiod drugs.

Existence of Gl.bal.Sol.tions to the Nonl.cal.mKdV Equation on the l.ne

In this paper, the authors address the existence of gl.bal.sol.tions to the Cauchy probl.m for the integrabl. nonl.cal.modified Korteweg-de Vries（nonl.cal.mKdV for short） equation under the initial.data u0 ∈ H3（R） ∩H1,1（R） with the l.（R） smal.-norm assumption. A l.pschitz l.-bijection map between potential.and refl.ction coefficient is establ.shed by using inverse scattering method based on a Riemann-Hil.ert probl.m associated with the Cauchy probl.m. The map from initial.potential.to refl.ction coefficient is obtained in direct scattering transform. The inverse scattering transform goes back to the map from scattering coefficient to potential.by appl.ing the reconstruction formul. and Cauchy integral.operator. The bijective rel.tion natural.y yiel.s the existence of gl.bal.sol.tions in a Sobol.v space H3（R） ∩ H1,1（R） to the Cauchy probl.m.

Microbial.communities pl.y crucial.rol.s in pol.utant removal.and system stabil.ty in biol.gical.systems for coking wastewater(CWW)treatment,but a comprehensive understanding of their structure and functions is stil. l.cking.A five month survey of four sequential.bioreactors,anoxic 1/oxic 1/anoxic 2/oxic 2(A1/O1/A2/O2),was carried out in a ful.-scal.
