Developing sustainable and clean energy sources(e.g.,solar,wind,and tide energy)is essential to achieve the goal of carbon *** to the discontinuous and inco nsistent nature of common clean energy sources,high-performance energy storage technologies are a critical part of achieving this *** zinc metal batteries(AZMBs)with inherent safety,low cost,and competitive performance are regarded as one of the promising candidates for grid-scale energy ***,zinc metal anodes(ZMAs)with irreversible problems of dendrite growth,hydrogen evolution reaction,self-corrosio n,and other side reactions have seriously hindered the development and commercialization of *** increasing number of researchers are focusing on the stability of ZMAs,so assessing the effectiveness of existing research strategies is critical to the development of *** review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the fundamentals and challenges of *** rch strategies for interfacial modification of ZMAs are systematically *** features of artificial interfacial coating and in-situ interfacial coating of ZMAs are compared and discussed in detail,as well as the effect of modified interfacial ZMA on the full-battery ***,perspectives are provided on the problems and challenges of *** review is expected to offer a constructive reference for the further development and commercialization of AZMBs.

Organic compounds have the advantages of green sustainability and high designability,but their high solubility leads to poor durability of zinc-organic ***,a high-performance quinone-based polymer(H-PNADBQ)material is designed by introducing an intramolecular hydrogen bonding(HB)*** intramolecular HB(C=O⋯N-H)is formed in the reaction of 1,4-benzoquinone and 1,5-naphthalene diamine,which efficiently reduces the H-PNADBQ solubility and enhances its charge transfer in *** situ ultraviolet-visible analysis further reveals the insolubility of H-PNADBQ during the electrochemical cycles,enabling high durability at different current ***,the H-PNADBQ electrode with high loading(10 mg cm^(-2))performs a long cycling life at 125 mA g^(-1)(>290 cycles).The H-PNADBQ also shows high rate capability(137.1 mAh g^(−1)at 25 A g^(−1))due to significantly improved kinetics inducted by intramolecular *** work provides an efficient approach toward insoluble organic electrode materials.

目的探讨广东省耳鼻咽喉科护士外耳道冲洗技术的管理现状,为拟定和推广标准规范操作流程提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,2022年1月—2月,选取广东省21个地级市共48家医院耳鼻咽喉科护士长或护理骨干共48名,运用广东省护理学会耳鼻咽喉科专业委员会自制外耳道冲洗现状调查问卷,对外耳道冲洗知识掌握、外耳道冲洗操作过程管理、培训管理进行调查。结果共回收有效问卷48份。(1)护士外耳道冲洗知识掌握状况:34名护士(70.8%)掌握外耳道冲洗操作适应证,38名护士(79.2%)掌握外耳道冲洗禁忌症;(2)外耳道冲洗操作过程管理状况:43家医院(89.6%)采用注射器作为冲洗器,24家医院(50.0%)采用一次性冲洗针作为冲洗接头,24家医院(50.0%)采用操作者或患者体表试温,37家医院(77.1%)根据患者反馈调控冲洗压力;(3)外耳道冲洗培训管理状况:35家医院(72.9%)未在冲洗前与患者签署知情同意书,29家医院(60.4%)有外耳道冲洗操作人员准入资质要求,45家医院(93.7%)有外耳道冲洗操作技术培训。结论广东省耳鼻咽喉科护士外耳道冲洗知识有待提高,外耳道冲洗操作过程管理及培训管理有待规范统一。建议行业拟定外耳道冲洗规范,各医院加强操作人员的管理与培训,促进专科护理规范化发展。

Unraveling the trans-epithelial absorption of novel dark blue pigment from Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb. leaves on the Caco-2 intestinal cell

The dark blue pigment (DBP) is a health ingredient from Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb. leaves used as a functional food supplement. However， the details of transepithelial absorption on the intestinal epithelial cells are barely understood. This study aimed to clarify the absorption properties of DBP in the Caco-2 cell monolayer model and evaluate the effect on the endo-metabolism and barrier function of Caco-2 cells. The results showed that the DBP did not show the dose-dependent toxic effect to Caco-2 cells between 0.25 and 1.5 mg/mL， which did not cause disorder in the normal cell metabolism and absorption activity. The Caco-2 cells monolayer model could absorb DBP by passive and active transport， and the absorptive pattern was dose-dependent when the concentration was more than 0.25 mg/mL. During DBP absorption， an increase in mRNA and protein expressions of glucose transporters demonstrated that the glucose transporters were the potential transporter of DBP. But the glucose transport amounts were significantly lowered after 30 min of DBP treatment， indicating that DBP owned the inhibitory effect on glucose transportation. Furthermore， DBP also owned protective effects on the barrier function of intestinal epithelial cells.

Impact of non-ideal UE hardware on cell-free massive MIMO network with centralized operation

This paper investigates the impact of non-ideal user equipment(UE) hardware on a cell-free(CF) massive MIMO(mMIMO) network with centralized operation under spatially correlated channels. The minimum mean-squared error(MMSE) estimator can be derived with the help of the generic non-ideal UE hardware model. It is demonstrated that even if the effective signal-to-noise ratio approaches infinity, pilot contamination and imperfect hardware can cause a non-zero estimation error floor. After that, a lower bound is determined for the ergodic uplink capacity of the centralized CF mMIMO network under non-ideal UE hardware. Moreover, the optimal receive combining vector is obtained to maximize the uplink spectral efficiency(SE). The maximum ratio(MR) and regularized zero-forcing(RZF) combining schemes are offered as alternatives in light of the computational complexity of the MMSE receiver. Comparing the RZF to the MMSE scheme under different levels of hardware impairments, our findings indicate that the RZF receiver suffers a negligible loss in total SE. For MR combining, a novel closed-form uplink achievable SE expression is obtained based on the MMSE estimator and the use-and-then-forget bounding technique. This expression gives vital insights into the achievable uplink performance with UE hardware impairments. Besides, for various hardware impairment factors, the impact of pilot sequence length on average sum SE is disclosed for different receive combining schemes. To increase the overall SE of the max-min fairness scheme, a heuristic fractional power control scheme with UE hardware impairments is developed, which can essentially avoid sacrificing the SE of other UEs while maximizing the SE of the unluckiest UE in the whole network. Finally,our theoretical performance analysis and power control algorithm are validated by simulation results, and fundamental design guidelines are provided for selecting hardware satisfying the practical UE requirements.
