Objective:To evaluate the effect and safety of foot baths with Tangbi Waixi Decoction(TW)in treating patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:It is a multicenter double-blinded randomized controlled *** with DPN were recruited between November 1.,{2. and May 30,{2. from 8 hospitals in *** patients received basic treatments for glycemic *** received foot baths with TW herbal granules either 66.9 g(intervention group)or 6.69 g(control group)for 30 min once a day for 2.weeks and followed by a 2.week rest,as a therapeutic *** the Toronto Clinical Scoring System total score(TCSS-TS)6 points,the patients received a total of 3 therapeutic courses(for 1. weeks)and were followed up for 1. *** primary outcome was change in TCSS-TS score at 1. and 2. *** outcomes included changes in bilateral motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)of the median and common peroneal *** was also ***:Totally 632.patients were enrolled,and 31. and 31. were randomized to the intervention and control groups,*** the 1.-week intervention,patients in both groups showed significant declines in TCSSTS scores,and significant increases in MNCV and SNCV of the median and common peroneal nerves compared with pre-treatment(P1. weeks and the increase of SNCV of median nerve at 2. weeks in the control group were greater than those in the intervention group(P0.05),and no serious adverse event was related with ***:Treatment of TW foot baths was safe and significantly benefitted patients with DPN.A low dose of TW appeared to be more effective than a high dose.(Registry *** CTR-IOR-1.009331.

Generalized S-KKM Theorems and Minimax Inequalities in FC-Spaces

The concept of FC-closed subset in FC-space without any linear structure was introduced. Then, the generalized KKM theorem is proved for FC-closed value mappings under some conditions. The FC-space in the theorem is the generalization of L-convex space and the condition of the mapping with finitely FC-closed value is weaker than that with finitely L-closed value.

Sensors with a small footprint and real-time detection capabilities are crucial in robotic surgery and smart wearable *** device footprint while maintaining its high performance is a major challenge and a significant limitation to their ***,we proposed a monolithic integrated micro-scale sensor,which can be used for vector force *** sensor combines an optical source,four photodetectors,and a hemispherical silicone elastomer component on the same sapphire-based AlGaInP *** chip-scale optical coupling is achieved by employing the laser lift-off techniques and the flip-chip bonding to a processed sapphire *** hemispherical structure device can detect normal and shear forces as low as 1.N within a measurement range of 0–2.0 mN for normal force and 0–1. mN for shear *** packaging,the sensor is capable of detecting forces over a broader range,with measurement capabilities extending up to 1. N for normal forces and 0.2.N for shear *** has an accuracy of detecting a minimum normal force of 2. mN and a minimum shear force of 2. ***,this sensor has been validated to have a compact footprint of approximately 1.5 mm^(2.,while maintaining high real-time *** also demonstrate its promising potential by combining this sensor with fine surface texture perception in the fields of compact medical robot interaction and wearable devices.

We used the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST)to search for the molecular emissions in the L-band between 1.0 and 1.5 GHz toward four comets,C/2.2. F3(NEOWISE),C/2.2. R4(ATLAS),C/2.2.0}A1.Leonard),and 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko during or after their perihelion *** of molecular transition lines fall in this low-frequency range,many attributed to complex organic or prebiotic *** conducted a blind search for the possible molecular lines in this frequency range in those comets and could not identify clear signals of molecular emissions in the *** several molecules have been detected at high frequencies of greater than1.0 GHz in comets,our results confirm that it is challenging to detect molecular transitions in the L-band frequency *** non-detection of L-band molecular lines in the cometary environment could rule out the possibility of unusually strong lines,which could be caused by the masers or non-LTE *** the line strengths are predicted to be weak,for FAST,using the ultra-wide bandwidth receiver and improving the radio frequency interference environments would enhance the detectability of those molecular transitions at low frequencies in the future.

The Moon provides a unique environment for investigating nearby astrophysical events such as *** samples retain valuable information from these events,via detectable long-lived“fingerprint”radionuclides such as^(60)*** this work,we stepped up the development of an accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS)method for detecting^(60)Fe using the HI-{2.tandem accelerator at the china Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE).Since interferences could not be sufficiently removed solely with the existing magnetic systems of the tandem accelerator and the following Q3D magnetic spectrograph,a Wien filter with a maximum voltage of±60 kV and a maximum magnetic field of 0.3 T was installed after the accelerator magnetic systems to lower the detection background for the low abundance nuclide^(60)Fe.A {2.m thick Si_(3)N_(4) foil was installed in front of the Q3D as an energy *** particle detection,a multi-anode gas ionization chamber was mounted at the center of the focal plane of the ***,an^(60)Fe sample with an abundance of {2.{2.5×{2.^(-{2.)was used to test the new AMS *** results indicate that^(60)Fe can be clearly distinguished from the isobar^(60)*** sensitivity was assessed to be better than 4.3×{2.^(-{2.)based on blank sample measurements lasting 5.8 h,and the sensitivity could,in principle,be expected to be approximately 2.5×{2.^(-{2.)when the data were accumulated for {2.0 h,which is feasible for future lunar sample measurements because the main contaminants were sufficiently separated.

It is essential to enhance the thickness of the absorber layer for perovskite solar cells(PSCs)to improve device performance and reduce industry ***,thick perovskite films(>1.m)are difficult to be fabricated by employing traditional solvents,such as N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF),dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO).Besides,it is a challenge to fabricate thick-film perovskite owing to the deteriorated surface morphology and serious defect ***,a simple method was reported to deposit uniform pinhole-free perovskite films with a thickness of more than 2.m utilizing the methylamine acetate(MAAc)ionic liquid as the *** with methylammonium chloride(MACl)as an additive,thick-film perovskite with~2.m in grain size and few grain boundaries(GBs)was prepared,which dramatically improved the perovskite crystal quality and enhanced carrier transport *** final PSCs exhibited a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 2..1.%.The device showed improved stability with 95%of its initial efficiency in a nitrogen environment over 5000 *** work provides an alternative strategy to produce extremely efficient and stable thick-film *** can be believed that this device has great potential in the application of large areas and laminated PSCs.

A novel immiscible high entropy alloy strengthened via L1.(2.-nanoprecipitate

蜂花粉多酚是一类能够有效降低血糖的天然物质。α-淀粉酶是高等生物体内血糖控制的关键酶,抑制其活性有助于控制餐后血糖。为探究蜂花粉多酚抑制α-淀粉酶发挥降糖活性的机制,本文以荞麦蜂花粉多酚(buckwheat bee pollen polyphenol,BBPP)为对象,采用比色法、荧光分光光度法研究BBPP对α-淀粉酶活性影响及其抑制机理。结果表明,BBPP能对α-淀粉酶产生较强的抑制作用,半抑制浓度(IC_(50))为2.00±0.06 mg/mL,抑制类型为可逆性混合型抑制。高温、强碱、光照以及高浓度氧化剂与还原剂等处理,均能降低BBPP对α-淀粉酶的抑制作用。在2.3~2.8 K和2.8~31. K时其结合过程分别为动态猝灭和静态猝灭。随着BBPP浓度增加,α-淀粉酶荧光最大发射波长产生蓝移,表明α-淀粉酶构象改变,疏水性增加。本研究发现荞麦蜂花粉多酚对α-淀粉酶具有较强抑制作用,对荞麦蜂花粉多酚的临床开发利用具有重要的理论参考价值。

目的了解近年我国骨科已发表的指南与共识的评级现状,帮助使用者遴选临床指南和共识,指导临床实践,并推动我国骨科指南和共识质量的针对性提升。方法计算机检索CNKI、Wanfang Data、SinoMed数据库,搜集相关的中国骨科临床实践指南与共识... 详细信息

目的了解近年我国骨科已发表的指南与共识的评级现状,帮助使用者遴选临床指南和共识,指导临床实践,并推动我国骨科指南和共识质量的针对性提升。方法计算机检索CNKI、Wanfang Data、SinoMed数据库,搜集相关的中国骨科临床实践指南与共识,检索时限为{1.年1.至2.2.年1.月。由2.评价员独立筛选文献、提取资料后,采用指南科学性、透明性和适用性的评级工具(scientific,transparent and applicable rankings,STAR)对{1.年后在中国医学期刊发表的中国骨科指南和共识进行了综合评级。若两位评价员存在争议,则由第三位评价员裁定。采用Kappa值评估两位评价员的结果一致性。结果共获得1.1.骨科相关指南和共识,其中指南74篇,共识1.7篇。纳入评价的指南平均得分为34.4分,共识平均得分为2.1}7分。纳入指南在注册、计划书、工作组、临床问题、证据、共识方法、推荐意见、可及性及其他领域得分均高于共识。Kappa值检验结果为0.684。结论近年来国内已发表的骨科临床实践指南与共识虽然方法学评分逐年增加,但是总体质量有待进步。未来的指南需要在资助透明、推荐意见形成、指南发布与传播方面进一步提高。

Different sperm sources and parameters can influence intracytoplasmic sperm injection outcomes before embryo implantation

To evaluate the effects of sperm with different parameters and sources on the outcomes of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), 1.72.ICSI cycles were analyzed retrospectively. Groups 1.to 5 were composed of cycles using ejaculated sperm and were grouped according to sperm quantity, qua{2.ty, and morphology into normal (2.8 cycles), or mild (32. cycles), moderate (52. cycles), severe (332.cycles), and extremely severe (1.1.cycles) o{2.gozoospermia and/or asthenozoospermia and/or teratozoospermia (OAT) groups. Group 6 was composed of 2.0 cycles using testicular or epididymal sperm, and Group 7 consisted of 80 cycles using frozen-thawed sperm. We found that ferti{2.zation rates were gradually reduced from Groups 1.to 6, and reached statistical difference in Groups 5 and 6 (P2.ty embryo rate was higher in Group 1.than in Groups 2. 3, 5, 6, and 7 (P2.nical pregnancy, miscarriage, {2.ve-birth, premature birth, low birth weight, weeks of premature birth, average birth weight, or sex ratio for all seven groups (P>0.05). A total of nine cases of malformation were observed, with a malformation rate of 1.2.% (9/71.). In conclusion, different sperm sources and parameters can affect ICSI outcomes before embryo implantation. A full assessment of offspring mal-formation will require further study using a larger sample size.
