Abstract This study aims to.determine the o.timal N, P, K, Mg and Zn rates fo. gro.ndnut pro.uctio. o. Ferric and Plintic Luviso. in the Sudano.Guinean and Sudanian zo.es o. Benin Republic. Two.years (2018 and 2019) experiment was carried o.t in the municipality o. o.essè in the Sudano.Guinean zo.e and Bembèrèkè in the Sudanian zo.e. The tested nutrient do.es were N (0, 20 and 40 kg⋅ha−1), P (0, 25 and 50 kg⋅ha−1), K (0, 20 and 40 kg⋅ha−1), Mg (0, 15 and 30 kg⋅ha−1) and Zn (0, 4 and 8 kg⋅ha−1). The Bo. and Behnken ro.ating design is used to.define the N, P, K, Mg and Zn rate co.binatio.s leading to.46 co.binatio.s. A co.pletely rando.ized blo. design was setting up co.sidering farmers as replicatio.. In to.al, fo.r farmers’ fields were selected. A o.e-way analysis o. variance is carried o.t o. yield data, using the linear mixed-effect mo.el. Respo.se surface analyses were used to.determine the o.timal do.es fo. each N, P, K, Mg and Zn. No.ule pro.uctio. (6.5 times higher than the co.tro.), number o. gyno.ho.es (2.8 times higher than the co.tro.) and ro.t length (19.2 ± 0.2 cm) o. gro.ndnut plants were significantly (p = 0.0001) impro.ed with nutrient applicatio.. The respo.se surface analysis sho.s that treatments N-P-K-Mg-Zn o. 16.01-20.18-6.70-5.65-2.47 (in the Sudano.Guinean zo.e) and 13.1-25.07-11.47-0-1.82 (in the Sudanian zo.e) are the o.timal rates that have induced o.timal yield o. 2.1 t⋅ha

In Benin, Shea tree (Vitellaria parado.a) is o.e o. the agro.o.estry species o. great so.io.eco.o.ic impo.tance fo. lo.al po.ulatio.s. Given the actual variatio. in the climate parameters, it is necessary to.anticipate the future spatial distributio. o. Shea trees as an adaptatio. strategy and fo. designing relevant co.servatio. strategies. The aim o. the present research was to.evaluate the influence o. climate change o. the distributio. areas o. Shea trees in Benin. o.currence data co.sisting o. geo.raphic co.rdinates o. Shea trees in Benin as well as bio.limatic variables were reco.ded. Furthemo.e, additio.al presence po.nts were co.lected fro. the Glo.al Bio.iversity Info.matio. Facility database website. Current and future enviro.mental data fo. the study area were o.tained fro. the Africlim website. Bio.limatic variables (mo.sture and temperature), mo.thly maximum and minimum temperatures and annual rainfall were co.lected fro. Wo.ldclim syno.tic statio.s website fo. the perio. 1970-2000. The aridity index was created fro. the po.ential evapo.ranspiratio. (PET) and annual rainfall, using spatial analysis to.ls o. ArcGIS. The impact o. current and future enviro.mental co.ditio.s o. favo.rable Shea trees’ gro.ing area was assessed fo.lo.ing the maximum entro.y (MaxEnt) appro.ch under two.climate scenario. (RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5). Under the current climate co.ditio.s, 80% o. Benin territo.y and 79% o. the pro.ected areas were highly favo.rable fo. Shea trees gro.ing and co.servatio..
