Classification of human actions under video surveillance is gaining a lot of attention from computer vision *** this paper,we have presented methodology to recognize human behavior in thin crowd which may be very helpful in *** have mostly focused the problem of human detection in thin crowd,overall behavior of the crowd and actions of individuals in video *** based Human behavior modeling is a complex task as it involves human detection,tracking,classifying normal and abnormal *** proposed methodology takes input video and applies Gaussian based segmentation technique followed by post processing through presenting hole filling algorithm i.e.,fill hole inside objects *** detection is performed by presenting human detection algorithm and then geometrical features from human skeleton are extracted using feature extraction *** classification task is achieved using binary and multi class support vector *** proposed technique is validated through accuracy,precision,recall and F-measure metrics.

X-ray phase-contrast imaging is one of the novel techniques,and has potential to enhance image quality and provide the details of inner structures *** this work,we investigate quantitatively signal-to-noise ratio（SNR） of grating-based x-ray phase contrast imaging（GBPCI） system by employing angular signal radiography（ASR）.Moreover,photon statistics and mechanical error that is a major source of noise are investigated in *** show the dependence of SNR on the system parameters and the effects on the extracted absorption,refraction and scattering *** conclusions can be used to optimize the system design for upcoming practical applications in the areas such as material science and biomedical imaging.

Electrifying the transport sector requires new possibilities for power electronics converters to attain reliable and efficient charging solutions for electric vehicles(EVs).With the continuous development in power electronics converters,the desire to reduce gasoline consumption and to increase the battery capacity for more electric range is achievable for EVs in the near *** main interface between the power network and EV battery system is a power electronics converter,therefore,there is a considerable need of new power converters with low cost and high reliability for the advance charging mechanism of *** rapid growth in power converter topologies brings substantial opportunities in EV charging *** view of this fact,this paper investigates the significant aspects,current progress,and challenges associated with several power converters to suggest further improvements in charging systems of *** particular,an extensive analysis of front-end as well as back-end converter configurations is ***,the comparative properties of resonant converter topologies along with other DCDC converters are discussed in ***,isolated,and non-isolated topologies with soft switching techniques are classified and rigorously analyzed with a view to their respective issues and *** is foreseen that this paper would be a valuable addition and a worthy source of information for researchers exploring the area of power converter topologies for charging solutions of EVs.

Fruit diseases seriously affect the production of the agricultural sector,which builds financial pressure on the country’s *** manual inspection of fruit diseases is a chaotic process that is both time and cost-consuming since it involves an accurate manual inspection by an ***,it is essential that an automated computerised approach is developed to recognise fruit diseases based on leaf *** to the literature,many automated methods have been developed for the recognition of fruit diseases at the early ***,these techniques still face some challenges,such as the similar symptoms of different fruit diseases and the selection of irrelevant *** processing and deep learning techniques have been extremely successful in the last decade,but there is still room for improvement due to these ***,we propose a novel computerised approach in this work using deep learning and featuring an ant colony optimisation(ACO)based *** proposed method consists of four fundamental steps:data augmentation to solve the imbalanced dataset,fine-tuned pretrained deep learning models(NasNetMobile andMobileNet-V2),the fusion of extracted deep features using matrix length,and finally,a selection of the best features using a hybrid ACO and a Neighbourhood Component Analysis(NCA).The best-selected features were eventually passed to many classifiers for final *** experimental process involved an augmented dataset and achieved an average accuracy of 99.7%.Comparison with existing techniques showed that the proposed method was effective.

Breast cancer is a major health problem that affects more than 24% of women in Bangladesh. Furthermore, among low-income countries including Bangladesh, individuals have a high risk for developing breast cancer. This study aimed to identify candidate mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) biomarkers for breast cancer diagnosis in Bangladeshi women to be used as a preventive approach. We screened the blood samples from 24 breast cancer patients and 20 healthy controls to detect polymorphisms in the D-loop and the ND3-and ND4-coding regions of mtDNA by direct sequencing. Among 14 distinct mutations, 10 polymorphisms were found in the D-loop, 3 were found in the ND3-coding region, and 1 was found in the ND4-coding region. The frequency of two novel polymorphisms in the D-loop, one at position 16290 (Tins) and the other at position 16293 (A-del), was higher in breast cancer patients than in control subjects (position 16290: odds ratio = 6.011, 95% confidence interval = 1.2482 to 28.8411, P = 0.002; position 16293: odds ratio = 5.6028, 95% confidence interval = 1.4357 to 21.8925, P = 0.010). We also observed one novel mutation in the ND3-coding region at position 10316 (A > G) in 69% of breast cancer patients but not in control subjects. Isolation and Expression Analysis of FTZ-F1 Encoding Gene of Black Rock Fish (Sebastes schlegelii)

Sex related FTZ-F1 is a transcriptional factor regulating the expression of fushi tarazu (a member of the orphan nuclear receptors) gene. In this study, FTZ-F1 gene (FTZ-F1) was isolated from the testis of black rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli) by homology cloning. The full-length cDNA of S. schlegeli FTZ-F1 (ssFTZ-F1) contained a 232bp 5′UTR, a 1449bp ORF encoding FTZ-F1 (482 amino acid residules in length) with an estimated molecular weight of 5.4kD and a 105bp 3′UTR. Sequence, tissue distribution and phylogenic analysis showed that ssFTZ-F1 belonged to FTZ group, holding highly conserved regions including Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ FTZ-F1 boxes and an AF-2 hexamer. Relatively high expression was observed at different larva stages. In juveniles (105 days old), the transcript of ssFTZ-F1 can be detected in all tissues and the abuncance of the gene transcript in testis, ovary, spleen and brain was higher than that in other tissues. In mature fish, the abundance of gene transcript was higher in testis, ovary, spleen and brain than that in liver (trace amount), and the gene was not transcribed in other tissues. The highest abundance of gene transcript was always observed in gonads of both juvenile and mature fish. In addition, the abundance of gene transcript in male tissues were higher than that in female tissue counterparts (P<0.05).

Psychosocial impact of mothers with perinatal loss and its contributing factors:an insight

Objective:To evaluate the psychosocial impact among mothers with perinatal loss and its contributing ***:A cross sectional study was conducted in University Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre (UKMMC) from April 2008 to May 2009 using Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) and self administered ***:Sixty-two respondents were included and most of them were working mothers (77.4%).The mean age of the respondents was (31.0±5.6) years and a majority of the subjects aged between 20-34 years (77.4%).According to the EPDS score,53.2% of the respondents had a psychosocial impact with a total score of >9,out of *** was a significant relationship between psychosocial impact after perinatal loss and support from friends (P=0.019).However,there were no significant differences between psychosocial impact and history of previous perinatal loss,ethnicity,occupation,educational level,age or total ***:Mothers with perinatal loss should be screened for psychosocial impact and offered support when *** and friends should continue to provide emotional *** who have experienced similar problem before will be able to provide better support than those who have not.
