A water-soluble metallo-supramolecular polymer MSP-f-6Np,which possesses a regular pore aperture of 1.4 nm,has been assembled from a structurally flexible naphthalene-appended[Ru(bipy)3]^2+complex and cucurbit[8]*** the first periodic metallo-supramolecular polymer formed by a flexible building block,MSP-f-6Np exhibits a hydrodynamic diameter of 122 and 164 nm at 0.1 and 2.0 mM of the monomer *** small angle X-ray scattering experiments confirm that MSP-f-6Np possesses porosity periodicity in both the solution and solid *** with a control,the new highly ordered porous system displays enhanced photocatalytic activity for the degradation of organic dyes.

In this study,two novel haptens of oxamichydrazide(OXZ),the metabolite of nifuraldezone,were designed and synthesized by derivatization with ethyl-4-bromobutanoate and ethyl-2-bromoacetate for the first *** rationality of the haptens was enlightened by conformational alignment and electronic evaluations based on computional *** synthesized haptens were efficient in generating antibody response to OXZ.A monoclonal antibody(mAb)named 2D9 with high affinity was obtained and used to establish an indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(icELISA)for the direct determination of OXZ in chicken samples without the need for derivatization *** optimum conditions,the developed icELISA showed an IC50 value of 0.66 ng mL^(−1),and limit of detection of 0.11μg kg^(−1)in *** average recoveries were found to be 80.4-91.3%with a coefficient of variation less than 9.0%.In conclusion,we have successfully desigened haptens,prepared mAbs and developed an immunoassay for the direct determination of OXZ in chicken samples without the need for a derivatization step for the first *** provides a potentially rapid,accurate,and sensitive screening tool for nifuraldezone residue in animal-derived food.

2008年汶川地震灾区泥石流力学特征调查与过程模拟研究

泥石流是山区极具破坏性的自然灾害,造成巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失,并破坏建筑设施。泥石流的主要诱因是降雨和地震。2010年8月12日至14日,位于中国西南部四川省的2008年汶川地震震区发生大暴雨,引发了一系列灾难性泥石流,造成了巨大的伤亡和基础设施损坏。因此,详细调查泥石流的启动机制和运移特征可以数值模拟的实施(特别是在汶川这样的山区)提供指导。龙池流域因为容易受到强降雨影响引发泥石流灾害而做为一个典型研究区域。本研究的主要目的是通过实验来获取泥石流的流变特性,并且利用FLO-2D和Mass Flow模型来评价泥石流的运动距离及其侵蚀特性。通过野外调查,研究了龙池盆地泥石流的主要特征和发育状况。从河床和源区采集土壤样本进行了大量的实验室测试。同时,将收集到的土样进行了一系列基本指标测试,并且在不同体积浓度的条件下利用旋转流变仪(Physica MCR)获得了含粒径小于0.075mm颗粒材料的泥石流的流变参数,考察了不同体积浓度范围内的流变行为。结果表明,随着固体体积浓度的增加,泥石流的剪切应力和粘度呈指数增长。在数值模拟方面,使用FLO-2D软件分析泥石流流动过程中使用Bingham流变模型,而在使用Mass Flow时则使用Coulomb和Voellmy流变模型。此外,在本研究中上述两种软件也通过对其基本理论、输入输出参数以及研究区的计算结果进行了对比。通过将计算结果与实际观测结果对比,结果表明FLO-2D和Mass Flow所得到的泥石流堆积物的平均深度和体积要比实际泥石流的要小。在FLO-2D模型中进行还进行了输入参数的敏感性分析,结果表明该模型对固体体积浓度C和流变参数(屈服应力和粘度)非常敏感。为对比这几种模型的精度,使用均方根误差(RMSE)来对计算结果进行评价,结果表明FLO-2D和Mass Flow模型的RMSE值分别为4.389和4.094。用接收算子特征(ROC)方法对FLO-2D和Mass Flow与地面真实情况的有效性进行了统计检验。FLO-2D和Mass Flow模型的准确度分别为0.89和0.91,两者呈强正相关。根据最小RMSE和最高ROC值选择了模拟泥石流的最佳模型。最后,根据选择出的最佳计算模型编制了泥石流灾害图。得到的灾害图表明龙溪河流域的泥石流沟其高危险区面积较大,而中、低危险区相对较小。此外,绘制的灾害图还可以为今后泥石流防治、土地利用规划和减灾设计提供参考。根据龙池地区“8.13”泥石流特征,这些模型可用于预测国内外其他泥石流的堆积范围和径流特征。

Cathodic Protection system is an efficient system used for protecting the underground metal objects from corrosion. In this paper the use of Cathodic Protection (CP) system and how they can be developed to simulate corrosion control solution was illustrated. The aim of developing a Cathodic Protection system is to provide control over oil pipelines and to reduce the incidence of corrosion. The proposed system integrates the technology of wireless sensor Network (WSN) in order to collect potential data and to realize remote data transmission. In this system each WSN receives the data from the environment and forwards it to a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU). Then each RTU forwards it to its base station (BS). In this work Labview 2010 program was used, due to its high potentials. In addition it contains a Tool Kit that supports the wireless sensor network. In this simulation used many cases study to test and monitoring data and get optimum results, least time delay and high speed to prevent corrosion.

Solid polymer electrolytes (SPEs) of polyacrylamide-co-acrylic acid (PAA) as the polymer host and zinc acetate (ZnA) as an ionic dopant were prepared using a single solvent by the solution casting technique. The amorphous and crystalline structures of film were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The surface morphology of samples was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The composition and complex formation of films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The conductivity of the PAA-ZnA films was determined by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. According to the XRD and FTIR analyses, all electrolyte films were in amorphous state and the existence of interaction between Zn2+ cations and the PAA structure confirms that the film was successfully prepared. The SEM observations reveal that the electrolyte films appeared to be rough and flat with irregularly shaped surfaces. The highest ionic conductivity (σ) of 1.82 × 10-5 Scm-1 was achieved at room temperature (303 K) for the sample containing 10 wt % ZnA.

建筑的物理边界总是与它的周围环境产生互动。无论是谁建造了一栋宏大的建筑或一栋卑微的房子,都会来表达其对建筑内、外空间的整合关系。关于建筑内、外空间关系的关注已经持续了几千年,一直影响着亚洲传统民居的建筑哲理,尤其是像印尼和中国这两个有着悠久历史联系的国家,这两个国家的人民都特别专注于解读及利用了内、外空间的整合关系。本文以黑川纪章(Kisho Kurokawa)提出的灰色建筑哲学为理论基础,并通过对中国与印尼传统民居的平行比较研究,追溯了两个国家的建筑特色与人们日常生活方面的相似和差异,来探讨其中“中介空间”对内部和外部空间的整合。此外,本文试图重新发现传统生活中内外空间的意义,一个有别于现代生活中普遍建筑语言所主导的意义。

Electrically conductive composite films ofpolyaniline and nylon-6.6 are prepared by diffusing aniline followed by oxidative polymerization of aniline into nylon-6.6 matrix. In order to determine the diffusion coefficient for the chloride ion diffusion into the composite matrix electrochemically, galvanostatic pulse method is used and the diffusion coefficient is estimated to be -6.48× 10^-17 cm^2s^-1. The results are discussed in view of them being potential replacement materials for battery. electrodes and sensors devices.

A tremendous amount of non-biodegradable waste is created during mining and processing tasks of layered stones like *** time,this has become a global problem because it harms the environment in multiple ***,it is necessary to find an alternate way to securely dispose and reuse marble *** construction sector is one of the significant consumers of natural resources for the production of material binders and *** a result,in recent years,number of researchers have carried out studies in which various kinds of marble waste have been incorporated into concrete with the intention of substituting either cement or aggregates or *** paper presents the effect of two locally sourced waste marble powders Kadapa marble powder(KMP)and Bethamcherla marble powder(BMP)as partial replacement of cement on mechanical and durability properties of high strength concrete(HSC).Their effect at different replacement levels in HSC is evaluated in compressive,indirect tensile and flexural strengths,elastic modulus,chloride penetration resistance and freeze-thaw durability ***-structural investigation is also conducted to evaluate their impact on the matrix of HSC containing waste marble powders as additional cementitious *** show that the HSC consisting of KMP and BMP content of 10%and 15%,respectively exhibited higher mechanical and durability properties than the control ***-structural investigation also supports this *** can be concluded that the use of marble powders as partial replacement of cement does not have any adverse impact on the properties of *** use of KMP and BMP reduces the vast amount of energy required to produce cement,cost and time with reduction in environmental hazards.

This paper presents a development of a novel path planning algorithm, called Generalized Laser simulator (GLS), for solving the mobilerobot path planning problem in a two-dimensional map with the presence ofconstraints. This approach gives the possibility to find the path for a wheelmobile robot considering some constraints during the robot movement inboth known and unknown environments. The feasible path is determinedbetween the start and goal positions by generating wave of points in alldirection towards the goal point with adhering to constraints. In simulation,the proposed method has been tested in several working environments withdifferent degrees of complexity. The results demonstrated that the proposedmethod is able to generate efficiently an optimal collision-free path. Moreover,the performance of the proposed method was compared with the A-star andlaser simulator (LS) algorithms in terms of path length, computational timeand path smoothness. The results revealed that the proposed method hasshortest path length, less computational time and the best smooth path. Asan average, GLS is faster than A∗ and LS by 7.8 and 5.5 times, respectivelyand presents a path shorter than A∗ and LS by 1.2 and 1.5 times. In orderto verify the performance of the developed method in dealing with constraints, an experimental study was carried out using a Wheeled Mobile Robot(WMR) platform in labs and roads. The experimental work investigates acomplete autonomous WMR path planning in the lab and road environmentsusing a live video streaming. Local maps were built using data from a live video streaming with real-time image processing to detect segments of theanalogous-road in lab or real-road environments. The study shows that theproposed method is able to generate shortest path and best smooth trajectoryfrom start to goal points in comparison with laser simulator.

Many wave energy conversion devices have not been well received. The main reasons are that they are too complicated and not economical. However, in the last two decades direct conversion systems have drawn the attention of researchers to their widely distributed energy source due to their simple structure and low cost. The most well-known direct conversion systems presently in use include the Archimedes Wave Swing (AWS) and Power Buoy (PB). In this paper, these two systems were simulated in the same conditions and their behaviors were studied in different wave conditions. In order to verify the simulations, results of the generator of the finite element computations were followed. An attempt was made to determine the merits and drawbacks of each method under different wave conditions by comparing the performance of the two systems. The wave conditions suitable for each system were specified.
