Analysis of ancient Rongcharong landslide dam failure events in the Suwalong reach of the upper reaches of the Jinsha River

Active tectonic movements and geological disasters frequently occur in the upper reaches of the Jinsha River， increasing the likelihood of landslides obstructing the river. Taking the ancient Rongcharong landslide dam failure events in the Suwalong reach as an example， this paper first analyzes the accuracy and applicability of the commonly used methods in calculating the peak flow of the dam failure， such as the empirical formula， the numerical method based on the physical mechanism， and the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. Then， the peak flood flow of the Rongcharong-dammed lake when it overflows the dam is determined to be 28393～64272m3/s. At the same time， the failure process of landslide dam due to flood erosion was elucidated using the CFD method， which can be divided into three stages: gradual erosion in the initial stage， rapid development in the middle stage， and gradual expansion in the final stage. Finally， the factors that affect the peak flow of floods are analyzed， and suggestions for emergency treatment of landslide dams are put forward. The findings of this research can serve as a valuable reference for disaster prevention and mitigation strategies to adapt to the increasing frequency of landslide-induced river blockages.

Five perovskite ceramics samples of Ba_(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) with x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15,and 0.20 were synthesized using the conventional solid-state reaction *** prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transforms infrared(FTIR),and UV-Vis *** shielding properties against ionizing radiation were also *** XRD analysis shows the perovskite cubic structure as the major phase in all *** FTIR reveals a distinctive band around 614-620 cm^(-1) ascribed to the antisymmetric O-Sn-O ***-Vis spectroscopy was used to determine the bandgap according to diffuse reflectance,and the results display a fixed enhancement in the bandgap from 3.2 to 3.3 eV for all ***-ray shielding properties of the synthesized samples were experimentally measured and compared with XCOm computational *** relative differences(Δ,%)between experimental and theo retical values are low and fall within the 0.446%-7.10%*** addition of Er leads to the enhanced density,neutron,and gamma shielding *** contrast,charged particles’shielding parameters gradually reduce with rising Er *** results suggest that Ba_(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) samples can be used in different radiation shielding applications.

Simultaneous determination of LY3214996,abemaciclib,and m2 and m20 metabolites in human plasma,cerebrospinal fluid,and brain tumor by LC-mS/mS

mesoporous WO_3-graphene photocatalyst for photocatalytic degradation of methylene Blue dye under visible light illumination

Advanced oxidation technologies are a friendly environmental approach for the remediation of industrial wastewaters. Here, one pot synthesis of mesoporous WO3 and WO3-graphene oxide（GO） nanocomposites has been performed through the sol–gel method. Then, platinum（Pt） nanoparticles were deposited onto the WO3 and WO3-GO nanocomposite through photochemical reduction to produce mesoporous Pt/WO3 and Pt/WO3-GO nanocomposites. X-ray diffraction（XRD） findings exhibit a formation of monoclinic and triclinic WO3 phases. Transmission Electron microscope（TEm） images of Pt/WO3-GO nanocomposites exhibited that WO3 nanoparticles are obviously agglomerated and the particle sizes of Pt and WO3 are ~ 10 nm and 20–50 nm, respectively. The mesoporous Pt/WO3 and Pt/WO3-GO nanocomposites were assessed for photocatalytic degradation of methylene Blue（mB） as a probe molecule under visible light *** findings showed that mesoporous Pt/WO3, WO3-GO and Pt/WO3-GO nanocomposites exhibited much higher photocatalytic efficiencies than the pure WO3. The photodegradation rates by mesoporous Pt/WO3-GO nanocomposites are 3, 2 and 1.15 times greater than those by mesoporous WO3, WO3-GO, and Pt/WO3, respectively. The key factors of the enhanced photocatalytic performance of Pt/WO3-GO nanocomposites could be explained by the highly freedom electron transfer through the synergetic effect between WO3 and GO sheets, in addition to the Pt nanoparticles that act as active sites for O2 reduction, which suppresses the electron hole pair recombination in the Pt/WO3-GO nanocomposites.

A liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry method for quantitating total and unbound ceritinib in patient plasma and brain tumor

A rapid, sensitive, and robust reversed-phase liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for the determination of total and unbound ceritinib, a secondgeneration ALK inhibitor, in patient plasma and brain tumor tissue samples. Sample preparation involved simple protein precipitation with acetonitrile. Chromatographic separation was achieved on a Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18) column using a 4-min gradient elution consisting of mobile phase A(0.1% formic acid in water) and mobile phase B(0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile), at a flow rate of 0.4 m L/min. Ceritinib and the internal standard([^(13)C_6]ceritinib) were monitored using multiple reaction monitoring mode under positive electrospray ionization. The lower limit of quantitation(LLOQ) was 1 n m of ceritinib in plasma. The calibration curve was linear over ceritinib concentration range of 1–2000 n m in plasma. The intra-and interday precision and accuracy were within the generally accepted criteria for bioanalytical method( o15%).The method was successfully applied to assess ceritinib brain tumor penetration, as assessed by the unbound drug brain concentration to unbound drug plasma concentration ratio, in patients with brain tumors.

The data being generated by the Internet of Things needs to be stored,monitored,and analyzed for maximum IoT resource *** Defined Networking has been extensively utilized to address issues such as heterogeneity and ***,for small-scale IoT application,sometimes it is considered an inefficient *** paper proposes an alternate lightweight mechanism to the design and implementation of a dynamic virtual network based on user *** key idea is to provide users a virtual interface that enables them to reconfigure the communication flow between the sensors and actuators at *** throughput of the communication flow depends on the data traffic load and optimal *** can reconfigure the communication flow,and virtual agents find the optimal route to handle the traffic *** virtual network provides a user-friendly interface to allow physical devices to be mapped with the corresponding virtual *** proposed network is applicable for all systems that lie in the Internet of Things *** conclude that the proposed network is efficient,reliable,and responsive to network reconfiguration at runtime.
