In recent years,researchers in handwriting recognition analysis relating to indigenous languages have gained significant internet among research *** recent developments of artificial intelligence(AI),natural language processing(NLP),and computational linguistics(CL)find useful in the analysis of regional low resource *** lexical task participation might be elaborated to various applications in the *** is apparent from the availability of effective machine recognition models and open access handwritten *** language is a commonly spoken Semitic language,and it is written with the cursive Arabic alphabet from right to *** handwritten Character Recognition(HCR)is a crucial process in optical character *** this view,this paper presents effective Computational linguistics with Deep Learning based Handwriting Recognition and Speech Synthesizer(CLDL-THRSS)for Indigenous *** presented CLDL-THRSS model involves two stages of operations namely automated handwriting recognition and speech ***,the automated handwriting recognition procedure involves preprocessing,segmentation,feature extraction,and ***,the Capsule Network(CapsNet)based feature extractor is employed for the recognition of handwritten Arabic *** optimal hyperparameter tuning,the cuckoo search(CS)optimization technique was included to tune the parameters of the CapsNet ***,deep neural network with hidden Markov model(DNN-HMM)model is employed for the automatic speech *** validate the effective performance of the proposed CLDL-THRSS model,a detailed experimental validation process takes place and investigates the outcomes interms of different *** experimental outcomes denoted that the CLDL-THRSS technique has demonstrated the compared methods.

Recent technological advancements have been used to improve the quality of living in smart *** the same time,automated detection of vehicles can be utilized to reduce crime rate and improve public *** the other hand,the automatic identification of vehicle license plate(LP)character becomes an essential process to recognize vehicles in real time scenarios,which can be achieved by the exploitation of optimal deep learning(DL)*** this article,a novel hybrid metaheuristic optimization based deep learning model for automated license plate character recognition(HMODL-ALPCR)technique has been presented for smart city *** major intention of the HMODL-ALPCR technique is to detect LPs and recognize the characters that exist in *** effective LP detection process,mask regional convolutional neural network(Mask-RCNN)model is applied and the Inception with Residual Network(ResNet)-v2 as the baseline *** addition,hybrid sunflower optimization with butterfly optimization algorithm(HSFO-BOA)is utilized for the hyperparameter tuning of the Inception-ResNetv2 ***,Tesseract based character recognition model is applied to effectively recognize the characters present in the *** experimental result analysis of the HMODL-ALPCR technique takes place against the benchmark dataset and the experimental outcomes pointed out the improved efficacy of the HMODL-ALPCR technique over the recent methods.

Cyber-attacks on cyber-physical systems(CPSs)resulted to sensing and actuation misbehavior,severe damage to physical object,and safety *** learning(ML)models have been presented to hinder cyberattacks on the CPS environment;however,the non-existence of labelled data from new attacks makes their detection quite *** Detection System(IDS)is a commonly utilized to detect and classify the existence of intrusions in the CPS environment,which acts as an important part in secure CPS *** developments in deep learning(DL)and explainable artificial intelligence(XAI)stimulate new IDSs to manage cyberattacks with minimum complexity and high *** this aspect,this paper presents an XAI based IDS using feature selection with Dirichlet Variational Autoencoder(XAIIDS-FSDVAE)model for *** proposed model encompasses the design of coyote optimization algorithm(COA)based feature selection(FS)model is derived to select an optimal subset of ***,an intelligent Dirichlet Variational Autoencoder(DVAE)technique is employed for the anomaly detection process in the CPS ***,the parameter optimization of the DVAE takes place using a manta ray foraging optimization(MRFO)model to tune the parameter of the *** order to determine the enhanced intrusion detection efficiency of the XAIIDS-FSDVAE technique,a wide range of simulations take place using the benchmark *** experimental results reported the better performance of the XAIIDSFSDVAE technique over the recent methods in terms of several evaluation parameters.

In this paper,the resource allocation problem for user pairing(UP)in downlink non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)systems is *** allows the use of one subcarrier for more than one user at the same time,thus increases the total capacity of the wireless communication ***,users pairing is a challenging task in the NOMA systems,because a good channel quality subcarrier should be selected and allocated for the user to enhance the performance of NOMA *** proposed UP algorithm aims to enhance the sum rate of the paired users per subcarrier and consequently enhance the total sum rate of downlink NOMA ***,the proposed UP algorithm target to improve the fairness of the *** proposed UP algorithm is based on a simple search for the subcarrier with the minimum average channel gains to be assigned its paired users and then excluding it from the next searching *** proposed scheme ensures the higher channel gain for users by giving the priority to the subcarrier with the minimum average channel gains during the user pairing *** simulation results demonstrate that the proposed UP algorithm can not only enhance the total sum rate compared with the random UP and conventional UP but also can enhance the fairness of the ***,it is clearly seen that the proposed UP algorithm provides the lowest outage probability.

Usability and security are often considered contradictory in *** has a negative impact on the *** order to satisfy the needs of users with the security perspective,the relationship and trade-offs among security and usability must be *** practitioners are working on developing new approaches that would help to secure healthcare web applications as well increase usability of the web *** the same league,the present research endeavour is premised on the usable-security of healthcare web *** a compatible blend of usability and security that would fulfill the users’requirments,this research proposes an integration of the Fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS method for assessing usable-security of healthcare web *** the estimation of security-usability accrately is also a decision making problem,the study employs Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis(MCDA)for selecting the most decisive attributes of usability as well as ***,this study also pinpoints the highest priority attributes that can strengthen the usable-security of the healthcare web *** effectiveness of the suggested method has been tested on the healthcare web applications of local hospitals in Mecca,Saudi *** results corroborate that Fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS is indeed a reliable technique that will help the developers to design a healthcare web applications that delivers optimum usable-security.

In the recent years,the booming web-based applications have attracted the hackers’*** security risk of the web-based hospital management system(WBHMS)has been increasing *** the given context,the main goal of all security professionals and website developers is to maintain security divisions and improve on the user’s confidence and *** this point,the different WBHMS tackle different types of security *** WBHMS,the security of the patients’medical information is of utmost *** in all,there is an inherent security risk of data and assets in the field of the medical industry as a *** objective of this study is to estimate the security risk assessment of *** risks assessment pertains to securing the integrity of the information in alignment with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability *** includes protecting the relevant financial records,as well as the identification,evaluation,and prevention of a data *** the past few years,according to the US-based cyber-security firm Fire-eye,6.8 million data thefts have been recorded in the healthcare sector in *** breach barometer report mentions that in the year 2019,the data breaches found were up to 48.6%as compared to the year ***,it is very important to assess the security risk in *** this research,we have followed the hybrid technique fuzzy analytic hierarchy process-technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution(F-AHPTOPSIS)approach to assess the security risk in *** place of this empirical database is at the local hospital of Varanasi,U.P.,*** the affectability of WBHMS for its board framework,this work has used diverse types of web *** outcomes obtained and the procedure used in this assessment would support future researchers and specialists in organizing web applications through advanced support of safety and security.

With the progress of advanced technology in the industrial revolution encompassing the Internet of Things(IoT)and cloud computing,cyberattacks have been increasing rapidly on a large *** rapid expansion of IoT and networks in many forms generates massive volumes of data,which are vulnerable to security *** a result,cyberattacks have become a prevalent and danger to society,including its infrastructures,economy,and citizens’privacy,and pose a national security risk ***,cyber security has become an increasingly important issue across all levels and *** progress is being made in developing more sophisticated and efficient intrusion detection and defensive *** the scale of complexity of the cyber-universe is increasing,advanced machine learning methods are the most appropriate solutions for predicting cyber *** this study,a fused machine learning-based intelligent model is proposed to detect intrusion in the early stage and thus secure networks from harmful *** results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed intrusion detection model,with 0.909 accuracy and a miss rate of 0.091.
