The Comoros is an archipelago in the Indian Ocean located in the Mozambique Channel between the African continent and Madagascar. Geographically Comoros is composed of four islands: Grande Comores, Anjouan, Mohéli and Mayotte (under French administration). Apart from Mayotte, the others three independent islands commonly known as the Union of the Comoros are suffering from energy stress since their independence year 1975 until nowadays. The energy supplied and distributed by the national electricity company, SONELEC produced by diesel engines, is not stable with so much load shedding all the time. This instability energy leads to a lack of a phone network in some telecommunications towers connected to grid. The majority of telecommunications towers are located in rural areas not connected to grid and running on diesel generators, which once again leads to a problem with the telecommunications network when diesel engines fail. The two competing companies which operate in the field of telecommunications in the Comoros, namely Comores Télécom, a national public company and Telma, the private one, are still unable to ensure the provision of the telecommunications network on a regular basis. This is why we propose in the present work, a sizing of hybrid system composed essentially of a diesel generator, a wind turbine and a photovoltaic solar system with storage in batteries for supplying telecommunications towers in order to permanently ensure the provision of the telecommunications network for the well-being of the population. Our future energy must be based on non-polluting energies with significant resources. This study aims to provide electricity to a remote village in the Union of Comoros that has been affected by energy problems for over 40 years. The study uses a 50 kW diesel generator, a 10 kW wind turbine, 1500 kW photovoltaic solar panels, a converter, and storage batteries as the proposed sources. The main objective of this study is to conduct a detailed analysis and optimization of a hybrid diesel and renewable energy system to meet the electricity demand of a remote area village of 800 to 1500 inhabitants located in the north of Ngazidja Island in Comoros. The study uses the Hybrid Optimization Model for Electric Renewable (HOMER) Pro to conduct simulations and optimize the analysis using meteorological data from Comoros. The results show that hybrid combination is more profitable in terms of margin on economic cost with a less expensive investment. With a diesel cost of $1/L, an average wind speed of 5.09 m/s and a solar irradiation value of 6.14 kWh/m2/day, the system works well with a proportion of renewable energy production of 99.44% with an emission quantity of 1311.407 kg/year. 99.2% of the production comes from renewable sources with an estimated energy surplus of 2,125,344 kWh/year with the cost of electricity (COE) estimated at $0.18/kWh, presenting a cost-effective alternative compared to current market rates. These results present better optimization of the used hybrid energy system, satisfying energy demand and reducing the environmental impact.

In this paper,the resource allocation problem for user pairing(UP)in downlink non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)systems is *** allows the use of one subcarrier for more than one user at the same time,thus increases the total capacity of the wireless communication ***,users pairing is a challenging task in the NOMA systems,because a good channel quality subcarrier should be selected and allocated for the user to enhance the performance of NOMA *** proposed UP algorithm aims to enhance the sum rate of the paired users per subcarrier and consequently enhance the total sum rate of downlink NOMA ***,the proposed UP algorithm target to improve the fairness of the *** proposed UP algorithm is based on a simple search for the subcarrier with the minimum average channel gains to be assigned its paired users and then excluding it from the next searching *** proposed scheme ensures the higher channel gain for users by giving the priority to the subcarrier with the minimum average channel gains during the user pairing *** simulation results demonstrate that the proposed UP algorithm can not only enhance the total sum rate compared with the random UP and conventional UP but also can enhance the fairness of the ***,it is clearly seen that the proposed UP algorithm provides the lowest outage probability.

Usability and security are often considered contradictory in *** has a negative impact on the *** order to satisfy the needs of users with the security perspective,the relationship and trade-offs among security and usability must be *** practitioners are working on developing new approaches that would help to secure healthcare web applications as well increase usability of the web *** the same league,the present research endeavour is premised on the usable-security of healthcare web *** a compatible blend of usability and security that would fulfill the users’requirments,this research proposes an integration of the Fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS method for assessing usable-security of healthcare web *** the estimation of security-usability accrately is also a decision making problem,the study employs Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis(MCDA)for selecting the most decisive attributes of usability as well as ***,this study also pinpoints the highest priority attributes that can strengthen the usable-security of the healthcare web *** effectiveness of the suggested method has been tested on the healthcare web applications of local hospitals in Mecca,Saudi *** results corroborate that Fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS is indeed a reliable technique that will help the developers to design a healthcare web applications that delivers optimum usable-security.

With the progress of advanced technology in the industrial revolution encompassing the Internet of Things(IoT)and cloud computing,cyberattacks have been increasing rapidly on a large *** rapid expansion of IoT and networks in many forms generates massive volumes of data,which are vulnerable to security *** a result,cyberattacks have become a prevalent and danger to society,including its infrastructures,economy,and citizens’privacy,and pose a national security risk ***,cyber security has become an increasingly important issue across all levels and *** progress is being made in developing more sophisticated and efficient intrusion detection and defensive *** the scale of complexity of the cyber-universe is increasing,advanced machine learning methods are the most appropriate solutions for predicting cyber *** this study,a fused machine learning-based intelligent model is proposed to detect intrusion in the early stage and thus secure networks from harmful *** results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed intrusion detection model,with 0.909 accuracy and a miss rate of 0.091.

The Internet of Things (IoT) paradigm enables end users to accessnetworking services amongst diverse kinds of electronic devices. IoT securitymechanism is a technology that concentrates on safeguarding the devicesand networks connected in the IoT environment. In recent years, False DataInjection Attacks (FDIAs) have gained considerable interest in the IoT *** compromise the devices connected to the networkand inject the data. Such attacks on the IoT environment can result in a considerableloss and interrupt normal activities among the IoT network *** FDI attacks have been effectively overcome so far by conventional threatdetection techniques. The current research article develops a Hybrid DeepLearning to Combat Sophisticated False Data Injection Attacks detection(HDL-FDIAD) for the IoT environment. The presented HDL-FDIAD modelmajorly recognizes the presence of FDI attacks in the IoT *** HDL-FDIAD model exploits the Equilibrium Optimizer-based FeatureSelection (EO-FS) technique to select the optimal subset of the ***, the Long Short Term Memory with Recurrent Neural Network(LSTM-RNN) model is also utilized for the purpose of classification. At last,the Bayesian Optimization (BO) algorithm is employed as a hyperparameteroptimizer in this study. To validate the enhanced performance of the HDLFDIADmodel, a wide range of simulations was conducted, and the resultswere investigated in detail. A comparative study was conducted between theproposed model and the existing models. The outcomes revealed that theproposed HDL-FDIAD model is superior to other models.

Internet of Things(IoT)is one of the hottest research topics in recent years,thanks to its dynamic working mechanism that integrates physical and digital world into a single *** technology,applied in industries,is termed as Industrial IoT(IIoT).IIoT has been found to be highly susceptible to attacks from adversaries,based on the difficulties observed in IIoT and its increased dependency upon internet and communication *** or accidental attacks on these approaches result in catastrophic effects like power outage,denial of vital health services,disruption to civil service,etc.,Thus,there is a need exists to develop a vibrant and powerful for identification and mitigation of security vulnerabilities in *** this view,the current study develops an AI-based Threat Detection and Classification model for IIoT,abbreviated as AITDC-IIoT *** presented AITDC-IIoT model initially pre-processes the input data to transform it into a compatible *** addition,WhaleOptimizationAlgorithm based Feature Selection(WOA-FS)is used to elect the subset of ***,Cockroach Swarm Optimization(CSO)is employed with Random Vector Functional Link network(RVFL)technique for threat ***,CSO algorithm is applied to appropriately adjust the parameters related to RVFL *** performance of the proposed AITDC-IIoT model was validated under benchmark *** experimental results established the supremacy of the proposed AITDC-IIoT model over recent approaches.
