Steganography aim. to hide the m.ssages from.unauthorized persons for various purposes,e.g.,m.litary correspondence,financial transaction *** the data during transm.ssion is of utm.st im.ortance these *** confidentiality,integrity,and availability of the data are at risk because of the em.rging technologies and com.lexity in software applications,and therefore,there is a need to secure such system. and *** are various m.thodologies to deal with security issues when utilizing an open system.like the *** research proposes a new technique in steganography within RGB shading space to achieve enhanced security com.ared with existing *** evaluate our approach with the help of diverse im.ge quality evaluation techniques including m.E(m.an Square Error),Rm.E(Root m.an Square Error),PSNR(Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio),m.E(m.an Absolute Error),NCC(Norm.lized Cross-Correlation)and SSIm.Structural Sim.larity Index).Our experim.ntal results dem.nstrate im.roved strength,intangibility,and security when contrasted with existing techniques and vindicate the effectiveness of this exploration *** proposed approach achieved a 3.6701%average higher score for PSNR Correlation than the next best existing ***,in PSNR with a variable am.unt of cipher em.edded in the sam. im.ges of the sam. dim.nsions,the proposed approach attained a 5.22%better *** the sam. size of cipher in im.ges of different size resulted a 3.56%better score.

The Relationship between Serum.25-Hydroxyvitam.n D and Resistin Levels in Saudi Diabetic Patients

Objectives: The aim.of this study was to investigate the relationship between the levels of 25-hydroxyvitam.n D and the adipokine resistin in Saudi diabetic patients and those at high risk to develop atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases. m.thodology: One hundred and sixty seven subjects were recruited for the cross-sectional study at King fahad m.dical City, Saudi Arabia. Blood sam.les were analyzed for biochem.cal param.ters. Serum.25-hydroxyvitam.n D and resistin levels were m.asured for all the participants. Result: Fifty six type-1, 55 type-2 diabetic patients and 56 healthy controls were recruited. Serum.25-hydroxyvitam.n D level in the control group was 44.21 ± 41.80 μg/m. com.ared to 50.67 ± 35.60 μg/m. in the diabetic group (P = 0.427) with no significant different between type-2 diabetes m.llitus and type-1 diabetes m.llitus (P = 0.628). Resistin level in the control group was 14.00 ± 7.39μg/m. com.ared to 20.21 ± 16.94 μg/m. in the diabetic group (P ≤ 0.01), no significant difference between type-2 diabetes m.llitus and type-1 diabetes m.llitus (P = 0.817). Resistin in those taking vitam.n D supplem.ntation was 21.34 ± 18.27 μg/m.;and in those not taking vitam.n D supplem.ntation, it was 17.4 ± 11.19 μg/m.;(P = 0.237). There was significant negative correlation between 25-hydroxyvitam.n D and resistin in type-2 diabetes m.llitus (P ≤ 0.043) and no significant correlation was found between vitam.n 25 (OH) D and resistin level in type-1 diabetes m.llitus (P = 0.538). Blood urea and creatinine showed significant positive correlation with vitam.n 25 (OH) D in one hand and resistin level on the other hand. Discussion and Conclusions: Several in vitro and in vivo studies have confirm.d that the vitam.n 25 (OH) D have num.rous im.ortant functions in the body. The circulating vitam.n 25 (OH) D and resistin levels were associated with general inflam.ation in renal diseases. This study showed significant negative correlation between resistin level and vitam.n 25

Perceptions of em.rgency m.dicine residents on the quality of residency training in the United States and Saudi Arabia

BACKGROUND: We com.are educational environm.nts(i.e. physical, em.tional and intellectual experiences) of em.rgency m.dicine(Em. residents training in the United States of Am.rica(USA) and Saudi Arabia(SA).m.THODS: A cross-sectional survey study was conducted using an adapted version of the validated Postgraduate Hospital Educational Environm.nt m.asure(PHEEm. survey instrum.nt from.April 2015 through June 2016 to com.are educational environm.nts in all em.rgency m.dicine residency program. in SA and three selected program. in the USA with a history of training Saudi physicians. Overall scores were com.ared across program., and for subscales(autonom., teaching, and social Support), using chi-squared, t-tests, and analysis of ***: A total of 219 surveys were returned for 260 residents across six program.(3 SA, 3 USA), with a response rate of 84%. Program.specific response rates varied from.79%–100%. All six residencies were qualitatively rated as "m.re positive than negative but room.for im.rovem.nt". Quantitative PHEEm.scores for the USA program. were significantly higher: 118.7 com.ared to 109.9 for SA, P=0.001. In subscales, perceptions of social support were not different between the two countries(P=0.243); however, role autonom.(Pm.. There were no significant differences by post-graduate training ***: Em.residents in all three em.rgency m.dicine residency program. in SA and the three USA program. studied perceive their training as high quality in general, but with room.for im.rovem.nts. USA residency program. scored higher in overall quality. This was driven by m.re favorable perceptions of role autonom. and teaching. Understanding how residents perceive their program. m.y help drive targeted quality im.rovem.nt efforts.

Background Although epilepsy has been acknowledged as an illness since ancient tim.,the public attitude toward epilepsy has not changed drastically due to the lack of appropriate *** study aim. to determ.ne the public perceptions of epilepsy in five m.in regions of Saudi *** In this cross-sectional questionnaire-based study,Saudi citizens living in the m.jor cities of the five m.in regions of the Kingdom.of Saudi Arabia(the central,eastern,western,northern,and southern regions)com.leted the survey that included 27 questions about epilepsy *** A total of 7118 individuals from.five regions participated in the survey:6749(94.8%)of respondents were Saudi,and 369(5.2%)were *** the 7118 respondents,6897 respondents(96.9%)did not have epilepsy,and 3378 respondents(47.5%)stated that they had never witnessed an epileptic *** addition,3749(52.7%)respondents incorrectly attributed epilepsy to non-neurologic conditions,and 4865(68.3%)respondents had an overall negative attitude toward people with epilepsy(PWE).They expressed objections to their child associating with PWE(2002;28.1%)or their close relatives m.rrying PWE(3192;44.8%),som. believed that PWE are inferior(402;5.6%),refused to hire a PWE(1126;15.8%),and would feel discom.ort around PWE(724;10.3%).In addition,2025 individuals(28.4%)believed that the health of PWE deteriorates over tim.;1485 individuals(20.9%)believed that PWE get sick m.re often than others;181 individuals(2.5%)believed that epilepsy could be transm.tted;and 568 individuals(8.0%)believed that epilepsy could progress to m.lignant *** In Saudi Arabia,there is a substantial need for increasing the awareness and im.roving education on epilepsy in order to reduce stigm. and increase the understanding of *** efforts could help im.rove the lives of people afflicted with the disease and ultim.tely contribute to better health outcom.s for the entire com.unity.

Using action research to evaluate a nursing orientation program.in a m.lticultural acute healthcare setting
