Tamarix species are small trees that grow in various natural habitats and have a wide geographic *** species previously found on Tamarix and recently collected in Italy and Russia were identified based on morphological characters and analyses of gene sequence *** sexual morph of the coelomycetous genus homortomyces was collected for the first time and is described and illustrated.A new family,homortomycetaceae(Dothideomycetes,families incertae sedis)is introduced to accommodate *** new genera Neomicrosphaeropsis(Didymellaceae)and Tamaricicola(Pleosporaceae)are introduced in this *** tamaricicola was recollected and is placed in Neomicrosphaeropsis based on morphology and molecular *** new species,Cytospora italica,***,Diaporthe ravennica,Eutypella tamaricis,Neomicrosphaeropsis italica,***,***,Keissleriella tamaricicola,Paracamarosporium tamaricis and Tamaricicola muriformis are introduced,while Alternaria tenuissima,Dothiorella sarmentorum,Neofusicoccum luteum,Paraepicoccum amazonense,Pleospora herbarum and Pseudocamarosporium propinquum are reported for the first time on Tamarix *** descriptions and ***-gene analyses show that Paraepicoccum amazonense should be placed in Pleosporineae,Pleosporales,where it is closely related to Camarosporium sensu *** herbarium specimens were studied to illustrate other fungal species recorded on Tamarix species.A comprehensive account of microfungi on Tamarix is provided,which includes a list with data from the literature,as well as those identified in the present *** taxonomic placement of most taxa discussed in this study is based on a modern taxonomic framework based on analysis of multi-gene sequence data.

本文提出ＯＣＦ高炉炼铁工艺，即由风口鼓入常温工业氧气和少量的炉顶循环煤气，同时喷吹大量煤粉和熔剂，用制氧机取代传统高炉工艺中的鼓风机和热风炉。模拟计算表明，使用高品位球团矿，每吨生铁喷吹４００ｋｇ煤粉和６０．５ｋｇ石灰粉时，焦比为９９ｋｇ，需９５％纯度的氧气２８８ｍ￣３，此工艺将改变高炉的原料结构和料柱组成，全面改善高炉冶炼过程，提高操作的稳定性和灵活性，使高炉设备简化，焦比降低，不但生铁产量大幅度提高，还外供大量热值为５．０～７．０ＭＪ／ｍ￣３的煤气。

机磨热加工法是批量制取碳纳米管(CNTs)的方法之一。在氩气氛中研磨鳞片石墨为无定形的纳米炭粉,而后在1350℃～1380℃下退火获得碳纳米管(CNTs)。用XRD,SEm,FE-TEm,hRTEm和拉曼光谱对纳米炭粉及CNTs进行表征。发现:CNTs具有不同的形貌,长度约几毫米,直径为30nm～70nm。螺旋状多壁碳纳米管有高的长径比(～1000)和高的结晶度(id/IG:～0.03)。

Taxonomic placement of genera have been changing rapidly as taxonomists widely use DNA sequence data in phylogenetic and evolutionary studies. It is essential to update existing databases/outlines based on recent studies, since thesesources are widely used as a foundation for other research. In this outline, we merge both asexual and sexual genera intoone outline. The phylum Ascomycota comprises of three subphyla viz. Pezizomycotina (including 13 classes, 124 ordersand 507 families), Saccharomycotina (including one class, one order and 13 families) and Taphrinomycotina (five classes,five orders and six families). Approximately, 6600 genera have been listed under different taxonomic ranks includingauxiliary (intermediate) taxonomic ranks.

The history of assigning ranks to fungi,as well as the relative importance of using divergence time estimates is *** paper pays tribute to the major mycological players,and especially to David hawksworth on his 70th birthday and his contribution to fungal ranking in Systema Ascomycetum from 1982 to *** the conclusion of the latter series,the ranking continued with the Outlines of Ascomycota in 2007 and 2010 and more recently with specific classes in‘Towards an outline of Sordariomycetes’and‘Families of Dothideomycetes’.Earlier classifications based on phenotype were certainly more subjective;however,remarkably many of these old arrangements have stood the test of *** recently,phylogenetic analyses have provided evidence towards a natural classification,resulting in significant changes in many *** classification arrangements however,are still subjective and dependent on the taxa analysed,resulting in different taxonomic interpretations and schemes,particularly when it comes to ***,what have been considered as genera by some,have been introduced as families by *** recently,estimation of divergence times using molecular clock methods have been used as objective evidence for higher ranking of taxa.A divergence period(i.e.200–300 mYA)can be used as a criterion to infer when a group of related taxa evolved and what rank they should be *** compiled data on divergence times for various higher ranking taxa in the Kingdom *** kingdom evolved 1000–1600 mYA(Stenian–Calymmian),while the presently accepted phyla evolved between 358 and 541 mYA(Devonian–Cambrian).Divergence times for subphyla are generally between 358 and 485 mYA(Devonian–Ordovician),those of classes 145–358 mYA(Jurassic–Carboniferous),subclasses 66–358 mYA(Cretaceous–Carboniferous),orders 23–252 mYA(Paleogene–Triassic),families 2.8–145 mYA(Neogene–Cretaceous),and genera 2.8–66 mYA(Neogene–Paleogene).Thus,there are wide discrepancies in the times diffe

The idea of using ultrashort X-ray pulses to obtain images of single proteins frozen in time has fascinated and inspired *** was one of the arguments for building X-ray free-electron *** to theory,the extremely intense pulses provide sufficient signal to dispense with using crystals as an amplifier,and the ultrashort pulse duration permits capturing the diffraction data before the sample inevitably *** was first demonstrated on biological samples a decade ago on the giant *** then,a large collaboration has been pushing the limit of the smallest sample that can be *** ability to capture snapshots on the timescale of atomic vibrations,while keeping the sample at room temperature,may allow probing the entire conformational phase space of *** we show the first observation of an X-ray diffraction pattern from a single protein,that of Escherichia coli GroEl which at 14 nm in diameter is the smallest biological sample ever imaged by X-rays,and demonstrate that the concept of diffraction before destruction extends to single *** the pattern,it is possible to determine the approximate orientation of the *** experiment demonstrates the feasibility of ultrafast imaging of single proteins,opening the way to single-molecule time-resolved studies on the femtosecond timescale.

Article 59.1,of the International Code of Nomenclature for Algae,Fungi,and Plants(ICN;melbourne Code),which addresses the nomenclature of pleomorphic fungi,became effective from 30 July *** that date,each fungal species can have one nomenclaturally correct name in a particular *** other previously used names for this species will be considered as *** older generic epithet takes priority over the younger *** widely used younger names proposed for use,must comply with Art.57.2 and their usage should be approved by the Nomenclature Committee for Fungi(NCF).In this paper,we list all genera currently accepted by us in Dothideomycetes(belonging to 23 orders and 110 families),including pleomorphic and nonpleomorphic *** the case of pleomorphic genera,we follow the rulings of the current ICN and propose single generic names for future *** taxonomic placements of 1261 genera are listed as an *** names and suppressed names for 34 pleomorphic genera are listed *** and justifications are provided for possible proposed names after the list of *** are also provided on recent advances in our understanding of asexual and sexual morph linkages in Dothideomycetes.A phylogenetic tree based on four gene analyses supported 23 orders and 75 families,while 35 families still lack molecular data.
