This investigation demonstrates the feasibility to fabricate high quality ceramic–carbonate membranes based on mixed-conducting ***,it is reported the simultaneous CO2/O2 permeation and stability properties of membranes constituted by a combination of ceramic and carbonate phases,wherein the microstructure of the ceramic part is composed,in turn,of a mixture of fluorite and perovskite *** ceramics showed ionic and electronic conduction,and at the operation temperature,the carbonate phase of the membranes is in liquid state,which allows the transport of CO32-and O2–species via different *** fabricate the membranes,the ceramic powders were uniaxially pressed in a disk ***,an incipient sintering treatment was carried out in such a way that a highly porous ceramic was ***,the piece is densified by the infiltration of molten *** of the membranes was accomplished by SEM,XRD,and gas permeation techniques among *** and chemical stability under an atmosphere rich in CO2 was ***2/O2 permeation and long-term stability measurements were conducted between 850 and 940℃.The best permeation–separation performance of membranes of about 1 mm thickness,showed a maximum permeance flux of about 4.46×10^–7 mol·m^–2·s^–1·Pa^–1 for CO2 and 2.18×10^–7 mol·m^–2·s^–1·Pa^–1 for O2 at 940℃.Membranes exhibited separation factor values of 150–991 and 49–511 for CO2/N2 and O2/N2 respectively in the studied temperature *** long-term stability test showed certain microstructural changes in the membranes,no significant detriment on the permeation properties was observed along 100 h of continuous operation.

Additive manufacturing technologies enable the production of parts by successively adding layers. In powder-based technologies, each powder layer is selectively solidified following the respective cross-section of the parts either by the application of high-energy radiation or by the selective deposition of binder. By repeating the steps of layer deposition and selective solidification, parts are fabricated. The layer-wise build-up and the ambient conditions lead to warpage of the parts due to the temporarily and locally uneven distribution of shrinkage throughout the part. This leads to deviations in shape and dimension. The development of these technologies fosters a change fi＇om prototyping to manufacturing applications, As a consequence, higher standards regarding the shape and dimensional accuracy are required. Therefore, new strategies to minimize the resulting deformations are necessary to reduce rejects and widen the range of applications of the described technologies. In this paper, an empirical, a knowledge-based and a simulative approach for warpage compensation are introduced. They are all based on the pre-deformation of the digital 3D part geometry inverse to the expected deformation during manufacturing. The aim of the research is the development of a comprehensive method that enables users to improve their part-quality by supporting the pre-deformation process. Contrary to existing work, this method should not be process-specific but cover a wide range of additive manufacturing techniques. Typical forms of deformation of the processes laser sintering, laser beam melting and 3D printing （powder-binder） are presented and compensation strategies are disenssed. Finally, an outlook on the ongoing research is given.

This paper proposes a general method to synthesize a least restrictive supervisor for a large discrete event system model,consisting of a large number of arbitrary automata representing the plants and specifications.A new type of abstraction called synthesis abstraction is introduced and three rules are proposed to calculate an abstraction of a given ***,a compositional algorithm for synthesizing a supervisor for large-scale systems of composed finite-state automata is *** the proposed algorithm,the synchronous composition is computed step by step and intermediate results are simplified according to synthesis *** a supervisor for the abstracted system is calculated,which in combination with the original system gives the least restrictive,nonblocking,and controllable behaviour.

X-ray detectors are of pivotal importance for the scientific and technological progress in a wide range of medical,industrial,and scientific ***,we take advantage of the printability of perovskite-based semiconductors and achieve a high X-ray sensitivity combined with the potential of an exceptional high spatial resolution by our origami-inspired folded perovskite X-ray *** high performance of our device is reached solely by the folded detector architecture and does not require any *** design and fabrication of a foldable perovskite sensor array is presented and the detector is characterized as a planar and as a folded *** to 50 kVp−150 kVp X-ray radiation,the planar detector reaches X-ray sensitivities of 25−35μC/(Gyaircm^(2)),whereas the folded detector achieves remarkably increased X-ray sensitivities of several hundredμC/(Gyaircm^(2))and a record value of 1409μC/(Gyaircm^(2))at 150 kVp without photoconductive ***,the potential of an exceptional high spatial resolution of the folded detector of more than 20 lp/mm under 150 kVp X-ray radiation is demonstrated.

The conversion of somatic cells into pluripotent stem cells via overexpression of reprogramming factors involvesepigenetic remodeling. DNA methylation at a significant proportion of CpG sites in induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSCs) differs from that of embryonic stem cells (ESCs). Whether different sets of reprogramming factors influencethe type and extent of aberrant DNA methylation in iPSCs differently remains unknown. In order to help resolvethis critical question, we generated human iPSCs from a common fibroblast cell source using either the Yamanakafactors (OCT4, SOX2, KLF4 and cMYC) or the Thomson factors (OCT4, SOX2, NANOG and LIN28), and determinedtheir genome-wide DNA methylation profiles. In addition to shared DNA methylation aberrations present in all ouriPSCs, we identified Yamanaka-iPSC (Y-iPSC)-specific and Thomson-iPSC (T-iPSC)-specific recurrent ***, not only were the genomic locations of the aberrations different but also their types: reprogrammingwith Yamanaka factors mainly resulted in failure to demethylate CpGs, whereas reprogramming with Thomsonfactors mainly resulted in failure to methylate CpGs. Differences in the level of transcripts encoding DNMT3b andTET3 between Y-iPSCs and T-iPSCs may contribute partially to the distinct types of aberrations. Finally, de novoaberrantly methylated genes in Y-iPSCs were enriched for NANOG targets that are also aberrantly methylated insome cancers. Our study thus reveals that the choice of reprogramming factors influences the amount, location,and class of DNA methylation aberrations in iPSCs. These findings may provide clues into how to produce humaniPSCs with fewer DNA methylation abnormalities.

Purpose: The purpose of this study has been to evaluate the diagnostic information contained in the CT scout view in the detection of body packing. Materials and methods: Retrospect analysis of 43 CT scans between July 2011 and June 2013 in asymptomatic suspects of body packing (29 men, 14 females, mean age 38 ± 9 years). Results: A total of 11 positive cases of body packing were identified. In 10 (91%) of the cases packets were relatively large and spares in number (3 or less);in 7 (64%) a single packet has been identified. 6 (55%) of the packets were located rectally, 4 (36%) vaginally and in 1 (9%) case multiple small packets of approximately 1 cm in size were found to have been ingested orally. Maximum and minimum diameters were 5.9 ± 3 cm and 2.9 ± 1.4 cm, respectively. The mean weight of packets was 7.5 ± 4.2 g (range 2 - 54 g). In 73% (n = 8) heroin had been detected;other drugs such as cocaine (n = 1) and cannabis (n = 1) were encountered once, respectively. One packet was identified retrospectively and its content could therefore not be identified. The average effective dose was 3.8 ± 2.1 mSv for CT, of that 0.12 ± 0.01 mSv was required for the CT scout view. Conclusion: If CT scout view were treated as a diagnostic image, some CT scans may be omitted, thereby maintaining streamlined operations and achieving further dose reduction jointly in the workup of body packing.

本文通过联用无损三维同步辐射X射线断层扫描成像技术(SXCT)和其他非原位测试技术及有限元模拟,深入研究了LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2|Li6PS5Cl|Li全固态电池的衰退机制.研究发现正极电化学-机械力学耦合失效诱导的反应异质性产生不均匀的锂离子通量并传输到负极,进而导致不均匀的锂沉积、溶解行为及死锂的产生等.锂负极不均匀的电化学反应行为又反作用于正极并强化其反应异质性,形成一种正负极衰退互相促进的正强化机制.随着电池继续循环,正负极的不均匀反应加剧造成其结构破坏,同时正负极体积缩胀引起电解质巨大塑性变形,最终致使电池失效.对比实验表明采用LiZr_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(LZP)对正极进行改性,不仅有效抑制了正极的电化学-机械力学耦合失效,而且显著提高了负极锂沉积-溶解均匀性和电解质的结构完整性.该研究首次提出了全固态金属锂电池正负极相互依赖、相互关联的失效机制,为提升全固态金属锂电池性能提供了新思路.
