With the.de.e.opme.t of IoT applications, machine.le.rning dramatically improve. the.utility of variable.IoT syste.s such as autonomous driving. Although the.pre.rain-fine.une.frame.ork can cope.we.l with data he.e.oge.e.ty in comple. IoT sce.arios, the.data colle.te. by se.sors ofte. contain une.pe.te. noisy data, e.g., out-of-distribution(OOD) data, which le.ds to the.re.uce. pe.formance.of fine.tune. mode.s. To re.olve.the.proble., this pape. propose. Mu GAN, a me.hod that can mitigate.the.side.e.fe.t of OOD data via the.ge.e.ative.adve.sarial ne.work(GAN)-base. machine.unle.rning. Mu GAN follows a straightforward but e.fe.tive.ide. to mitigate.the.pe.formance.loss cause. by OOD data, i.e., “flashbacking” the.mode. to the.condition whe.e.OOD data are.e.clude. from mode. training. To achie.e.the.goal, we.de.ign an adve.sarial game. whe.e.a discriminator is traine. to ide.tify whe.he. a sample.be.ongs to the.training se. by obse.ving the.confide.ce.score. Me.nwhile. a ge.e.ator(i.e., the.targe. mode.) is update. to fool the.discriminator into be.ie.ing that the.OOD data are.not include. in the.training se. but othe.s do. The.e.pe.ime.tal re.ults show that be.e.iting from the.high unle.rning rate.more.than 90%) and re.e.tion rate.99%), Mu GAN succe.ds in lowe.ing the.mode. pe.formance.de.radation cause. by OOD data from 5.88% to 0.8%.

e.e.trode.mate.ials with high de.alination capacity and long-te.m cyclic stability are.the.focus of capacitive.de.onization(CDI) community. Unde.standing the.cause. of pe.formance.de.ay in traditional carbons is crucial to de.ign a high-pe.formance.mate.ial. Base. on this, he.e. nitroge.-dope. activate. carbon(NAC) was pre.are. by pyrolyzing the.ble.d of activate. carbon powde.(ACP) and me.amine.for the.positive.e.e.trode.of asymme.ric CDI. By comparing the.indicators change. such as conductivity, salt adsorption capacity, pH, and charge.e.ficie.cy of the.symme.rical ACP-ACP de.ice.to the.asymme.ric ACP-NAC de.ice.unde. diffe.e.t CDI cycle., as we.l as the.change. of the.e.e.troche.ical prope.tie. of anode.and cathode.mate.ials afte. long-te.m ope.ation, the.re.sons for the.de.line.of the.stability of the.CDI pe.formance.we.e.re.e.le.. It was found that the.carboxyl functional groups ge.e.ate. by the.e.e.tro-oxidation of anode.carbon mate.ials make.the.anode.ze.o-charge.pote.tial(e.(pzc)) shift positive.y,which re.ults in the.une.e. distribution of pote.tial windows of CDI units and affe.ts the.adsorption capacity. Furthe.more. by unde.standing the.e.e.tron de.sity on C atoms surrounding the.N atoms, we.attribute.the.incre.se. cyclic stability to the.e.hance. ne.ativity of the.charge.of carbon atoms adjace.t to quate.nary-N and pyridinic-oxide.N.
