Background Exposure of adult mice to more than 95% O_2 produces a lethal injury by 72 hours. Nitric oxide synthase （NOS） is thought to contribute to the pathophysiology of murine hyperoxia-induced acute lung injury （ALI）. Osteopontin （OPN） is a phosphorylated glycoprotein produced principally by macrophages. OPN inhibits inducible nitric oxide synthase （iNOS）, which generates large amounts of nitric oxide production. However, the relationship between nitric oxide and endogenous OPN in lung tissue during hyperoxia-induced ALI has not yet been elucidated, thus we examined the role that OPN plays in the hyperoxia-induced lung injury and its relationships with *** One hundred and forty-four osteopontin knock-out （KO） mice and their matched wild type background control （WT） were exposed in sealed cages 〉95% oxygen or room air for 24-72 hours, and the severity of lung injury was assessed; expression of OPN, endothelial nitric oxide synthase （enOS） and iNOS mRNA in lung tissues at 24,48 and 72 hours of hyperoxia were studied by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）; immunohistochemistry （IHC） was performed for the detection of iNOS, enOS, and OPN protein in lung *** OPN KO mice developed more severe acute lung injury at 72 hours of hyperoxia. The wet/dry weight ratio increased to 6.85±0.66 in the KO mice at 72 hours of hyperoxia as compared to 5.31±0.92 in the WT group （P〈0.05）. iNOS mRNA （48 hours： 1.04±0.08 vs. 0.63±0.09, P〈0.01; 72 hours： 0.89±0.08 vs. 0.72±0.09, P〈0.05） and enOS mRNA （48 hours： 0.62±0.08 vs. 0.43±0.09, P〈0.05; 72 hours： 0.67±0.08 vs. 0.45±0.09, P〈0.05） expression was more significantly increased in OPN KO mice than their matched WT mice when exposed to hyperoxia. IHC study showed higher expression of iNOS （20.54±3.18 vs. 12.52±2.46, P 〈0.05） and enOS （19.83±5.64 vs. 9.45±3.82, P 〈0.05） in lung tissues of OPN KO mice at 72 hours of hyperoxia. Aerospace manufacturing SMEs are continuously facing the challenge on managing their supply chain and complying with the aerospace manufacturing quality standard requirement due to their lack of resources and the nature of business. In this paper, the ERP system based approach is presented to quality control and assurance work in light of seamless integration of in-process production data and information internally and therefore managing suppliers more effectively and efficiently. The Aerospace Manufacturing Quality Assurance Standard （BS/en9100） is one of the most recognised and essential protocols for developing the industry-operated-and-driven quality assurance systems. The research investigates using the ERP based system as an enabler to implement BS/en9100 quality management system at manufacturing SMEs and the associated implementation and application perspectives. An application case study on a manufacturing SME is presented by using the SAP based implementation, which helps fiarther evaluate and validate the approach and application system development.

目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2／9（MMP-2／9）及其组织抑制剂（TIMP-1／2）在高氧所致急性肺损伤（ALI）发病过程中的作用。方法将54只小鼠置于含体积分数大于98％氧气的密闭室中，以18只呼吸正常空气的小鼠作为对照组。分别于暴露24、48和72h活杀各组小鼠，取肺组织标本，测定肺湿／干重（W／D）比值、支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）中蛋白含量及胸腔积液，以评价肺损伤程度。用逆转录-聚合酶链反应（RT—PCR）测定肺组织MMP-2／9和TIMP-1／2的mRNA表达；用酶联免疫吸附法（ELLSA）测定BALF中MMP-2／9及TIMP1／2的蛋白含量。结果高氧能引起ALI，各实验组的肺W／D比值、BALF中蛋白浓度及胸腔积液均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。RT—PCR结果显示，高氧组肺组织MMP-2／9及TIMP-1的mRNA表达均较对照组明显增高（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），TIMP-2 mRNA表达无明显变化；MMP-2／TIMP-2的mRNA比值在高氧组中均明显升高（P均〈0．01）。ELISA结果显示，高氧组BALF中MMP-2／9和TIMP-1蛋白含量较对照组明显升高（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），而TIMP-2蛋白含量同样无明显变化；MMP-2／TIMP-2的蛋白比值在高氧组中也明显升高（P均〈0．01）。结论高氧能引起ALI伴MMP-2／9和TIMP-1的表达增高，而MMP-2／TIMP-2平衡失调导致细胞外基质降解在奠发生过程中起重要作用。

Internet Protocol version 6(IPv6)is the latest version of IP that goal to host 3.4×10^(38)unique IP addresses of devices in the ***6 has introduced new features like Neighbour Discovery Protocol(NDP)and Address Auto-configuration ***6 needed several protocols like the Address Auto-configuration Scheme and Internet Control Message Protocol(ICMPv6).IPv6 is vulnerable to numerous attacks like Denial of Service(DoS)and Distributed Denial of Service(DDoS)which is one of the most dangerous attacks executed through ICMPv6 messages that impose security and financial ***,an Intrusion Detection System(IDS)is a monitoring system of the security of a network that detects suspicious activities and deals with amassive amount of data comprised of repetitive and inappropriate features which affect the detection rate.A feature selection(FS)technique helps to reduce the computation time and complexity by selecting the optimum subset of *** paper proposes a method for detecting DDoS flooding attacks(fa)based on ICMPv6 messages using a Bina.y Flower PollinationAlgorithm(BFPA-fa).The proposed method(BFPA-fa)employs FS technology with a support vector machine(SVM)to identify the most relevant,influential ***,The ICMPv6-DDoS dataset was used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method through different attack *** results show that the proposed method BFPAfa achieved the best accura.y rate(97.96%)for the ICMPv6 DDoS detection with a reduced number of features(9)to half the total(19)*** proven proposed method BFPA-fais effective in the ICMPv6 DDoS attacks via IDS.

The bone marrow-derived B2 population represents the vast majority of bone marrow,blood,lymph node and splenic *** B1 B-cells mostly originate during embryonic life in the liver and represent the main B-cell population in the pleural and peritoneal cavities.1,2,3,4,5 B1 and B2 B-cells differ in their origin,antigen specificity,cell surface markers,tissue distribution and capacity for class switch recombination(CSR).Schematically,B1 B-cells appear earlier than B2 B-cells during fetal development and maintain their self-renewal ability throughout their life.

目的研究间质胶原酶（interstitial collagenase）在高氧所致急性肺损伤发病过程中的作用，探讨急性肺损伤的发病机理。方法将72只C57BL／6小鼠随机分为正常对照组、高氧24h组、高氧48h组、高氧72h组，每组18只；正常对照小鼠呼吸室内空气，高氧小鼠置于密闭的氧气室（氧浓度〉95％）。评价肺损伤程度；逆转录一聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）及免疫组织化学法测定肺组织间质胶原酶的表达及组织分布。统计分析采用单因素方差分析和q检验。结果高氧能引起急性肺损伤；RT-PCR结果显示肺组织间质胶原酶mRNA表达量在暴露于高氧24h后达（0．59±0．13）较对照组（0．07±0．01）明显增加（q≥3．15，P〈0．01），72h达最高（0．68±0．12，q=3．78，P〈0．01）；免疫组织化学研究显示问质胶原酶蛋白主要表达于气道上皮细胞、Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞和血管平滑肌细胞的胞浆中；问质胶原酶蛋白在气道上皮细胞的表达在高氧环境下24h达（28．54±9．60）较对照组（13．48±4．32）明显升高（q≥2．62，P〈0．05），于48、72h表达逐渐降低，分别为（20．32±5．68）和（15．24±4．65）。结论高氧能引起急性肺损伤伴间质胶原酶的表达增高，它们通过降解细胞外基质在高氧所致的急性肺损伤过程中发挥重要作用。

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide. Estrogen signaling pathways have been identified as efficient targets of breast cancer thera.y, given their key role in promoting breast tumor growth. Agents blocking estrogen-mediated pathways are routinely used in clinical applications in patients displaying estrogen-sensitive breast cancer subtypes;however intrinsic or acquired resistance to treatment often occurs or develops, thus limiting their effica.y. This limitation has highlighted an imperative need to identify new predictive biomarkers. Recent findings have highlighted a role for the Liver Kinase B1 (LKB1) in breast cancer tumorigenesis. LKB1 is a serine/threonine kinase mutated in Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS), implicated in ma.y cellular processes including energy metabolism, cell polarization and cell cycle arrest and has also been shown to play an essential role as a tumor suppressor gene by negatively regulating the mTOR pathway. This review provides an overview of previous findings and ongoing research on LKB1, and substantiates the use of this kinase as a potential prognostic and predictive biomarker of breast cancer.
