Nanocrystalline anatase TiO2 films with indium tin oxide（ITO） coated glass as the film substrate were fabricated through spin-coating technique. The TiO2 pastes were prepared with sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate（DBS） modified TiO2 nanocrystals, synthesized by sol-hydrotherrnal processes in advance, together with different amounts of polyethylene glycol（PEG） macromolecules. The as-prepared films were mainly characterized by ultraviolet-visible （UV-Vis） spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy（FE-SEM） and water contact angle（WCA） measurement. Effects of the addition of DBS and PEG on the wetting performance of the resulting films and relevant mechanisms were principally investigated. The results show that the as-prepared film displays super-hydrophilic property after co-addition of DBS and PEG although it is not exposed to ultraviolet light prior to the WCA measure- ment. This appealing result is mainly attributed to the produced micro- and nanometer-scale hierarchical surface structure with uniformly dispersed micro papillae. Each papilla was made up of a great number of TiO2 nanoparticles. The possible formation mechanisms related to the DBS amphiphilic property of the characteristic surface were also suggested. Moreover, the resulting film also exhibits considerable durability in the superhydrophilicity, which is very useful for practical application in self-cleaning, anti-fogging, and bacteria-resistant fields.

Oxygen atom exchange reaction mechanism in the reaction of OH radicals with AsO was investigated by means of the density functional theory (DFT) with 6 311++G( 3df,3pd ) and 6 311++G( d,p ) basis sets. The calculated results suggest that the reaction between OH and AsO should make the oxygen atoms exchange rapidly because the barrier to isomerization is significantly less than the HO-AsO bond dissociation energy.

MnO_2doped PbTiO_3 ceramics was prepared by means of solgel method, its density and some electric properties were investigated. The results showed that it was feasible to prepare multicomponent PbTiO_3 solgel series with the aid of solgel method, the obtained MnO_2doped PbTiO_3 ceramics showed a highpurity, uniform component, better dense structure, hardly crack, and had good dielectric, piezoelectric, ferroelectric and pyroelectric properties.

Quantum chemistry calculations of La , Ca modified and pure PbTiO\-3 nanocrystals were carried out by means of the cluster model in DFT DVM calculating program on which the regularity of the charge distribution was drawn. The analysis of the density of state(DOS) showed that when the cubic phase PbTiO 3 nanocrystal is changed into tetragonal phase, the interaction among Ti 3d , O 2p , and Pb 6p atomic orbitals causes the dipole moment and spontaneous polarization on the axis of the crystal, which resulted in the appearance of ferroelectric phase. At the same time, the dipole moment and the intensity of the spontaneous polarization were calculated as well.

With the development of quantum computing technology, quantum public-key cryptography is gradually becoming an alternative to the existing classical public-key cryptography. This paper designs a quantum trapdoor one-way function via EPR pairs and quantum measurements. Based on this, a new quantum public-key cryptosystem is presented, which offers forward security,and can resist the chosen-plaintext attack and chosen-ciphertext attack. Compared with the existing quantum public-key cryptos,eavesdropping can be automatically detected in this new quantum public-key cryptosystem under a necessary condition, which is also detailed in the paper.

为了解释锂离子二次电池正极材料LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.5)O_2具有的优良充放电循环性能和高比容量特征,采用基于密度泛函理论(DFT)的第一性原理计算方法对LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.5)O_2和LiNiO_2的相关特性进行了研究。结果表明LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.5)O_2的结构稳定性优于LiNiO2的原因在于充放电过程中体系中Ni、Co离子交替存在的价电子构型t_(2g)~6e_g^0。依据LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.5)O_2体系中Ni离子和Co离子相互独立的电极反应提出了适用于LiNixCo_1-xO_2(0≤x≤1)体系的独立充放电机理(0.2C、3.0￣4.2VvsLi+/Li),并得到实验的证实。
