Prostate cancer(PCa)is the second most common malignancy among men *** fu-zheng-Yi-Liu(FZYL)Formula has been widely utilized in the treatment of *** study investigates whether the FZYL Formula can inhibit PCa by tar-geting the TAMs/CCL5 *** conducted in vitro co-cultures and in vivo co-injections of PCa cells and TAMs to mimic their *** showed that the FZYL Formula significantly reduced the proliferation,colony formation,subpopulations of PCSCs,and sphere-formation efficacy of PCa cells,even in the presence of TAM ***,the Formula markedly decreased the migration,invasion,and epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)of PCa cells induced by *** FZYL Formula also reversed M2 phenotype polarization in TAMs and dose-dependently reduced their CCL5 expression and secretion,with minimal cytotoxicity *** studies confirmed that the TAMs/CCL5 axis is a critical target of the FZYL Formula,as the addition of exogen-ous CCL5 partially reversed the formula’s inhibitory effects on PCSCs self-renewal in the co-culture ***,the Formula also significantly inhibited the growth of PCa xenografts,bone metastasis,and PCSCs activity in vivo by targeting the TAMs/CCL5 ***,this study not only elucidates the immunomodulatory mechanism of the FZYL Formula in PCa therapy but also highlights the TAMs/CCL5 axis as a promising therapeutic target.

利用审计署公布的央企集团财务收支审计结果公告，实证考察国家审计对高管超额薪酬的治理作用。研究发现：国家审计通过权力约束效应和信息效应，显著降低被审计央企高管超额薪酬；国家审计的治理效应因企业内外部治理特征存在差异；适时开展审计监督“回头看”能够强化审计监督效果；抑制高管超额薪酬有助于缩小企业内部薪酬差距。研究结论深化了对国家审计治理作用的理解，为国家审计优化企业内部收入分配格局提供微观证据。

目的探讨儿童肾脏尤文肉瘤/原始神经外胚层肿瘤(EWS/PNET)的CT特征及诊断要点。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的2例肾EWS的临床及CT资料,结合文献着重总结、分析其CT影像特点。结果一例患者为女性,12岁,一例患者为男性,10岁;2例患者临床表现为腰痛;肿瘤均单发,均位于左肾,肿块长径在12.0 cm以上,呈浸润性生长,均未见明显假包膜,病变密度不均,内见坏死区,强化不均,呈轻中度强化。结论肾EWS/PNET虽具有一定的CT影像特点,但确诊仍需要病理学检查。

金属矿山构造活跃且成矿环境复杂,露天与地下开采的复合扰动效应诱发采场围岩变形、坍塌、露天边坡失稳以及地表塌陷等工程地质问题,给矿山生产安全带来了严峻挑战。金属矿山岩体移动研究技术及岩体移动理论方法经过不断的完善,在不同的矿山进行推广应用,但矿山开采方式、开采设计,灾害分析、治理等问题还需要进一步的理论支撑。本文总结金属矿山露转地数值仿真技术与模型试验研究的优劣,阐述矿山开采岩体移动的内在机制与动态发展过程,通过金属矿山岩体活化理论、颗粒介质侧压理论、边坡双滑面挠度破坏模型、悬臂梁力学模型,分析不同地质条件下边坡及采场围岩变形破坏特征和失稳机理,结合目前露天边坡先进的监测预警技术以及地下采场围岩支护与地压调控技术,总结金属矿山岩体移动安全防控措施。分析目前面临的主要问题及研究的不足,展望未来的发展方向及研究趋势,为工程实践提供理论参考。

Epstein-Barr virus interactions with the Bcl-2 protein family and apoptosis in human tumor cells

Epstein-Barr virus(EBV),a human gammaherpesvirus carried by more than 90% of the world's population,is associated with malignant tumors such as Burkitt's lymphoma(BL),Hodgkin lymphoma,post-transplant lymphoma,extra-nodal natural killer/T cell lymphoma,and nasopharyngeal and gastric carcinomas in immune-compromised *** the process of infection,EBV faces challenges:the host cell environment is harsh,and the survival and apoptosis of host cells are precisely *** when host cells receive sufficient survival signals may they *** establish efficiently a lytic or long-term latent infection,EBV must escape the host cell immunologic mechanism and resist host cell apoptosis by interfering with multiple signaling *** review details the apoptotic pathway disrupted by EBV in EBV-infected cells and describes the interactions of EBV gene products with host cellular factors as well as the function of these factors,which decide the fate of the host *** relationships between other EBV-encoded genes and proteins of the B-cell leukemia/lymphoma(Bcl) family are ***,EBV seems to contribute to establishing its own latency and the formation of tumors by modifying events that impact cell survival and proliferation as well as the immune response of the infected *** discuss potential therapeutic drugs to provide a foundation for further studies of tumor pathogenesis aimed at exploiting novel therapeutic strategies for EBV-associated diseases.

A unified approach of energy and data cooperation in energy harvesting WSNs

Energy harvesting(EH) provisioned wireless sensor nodes are key enablers to increase network life time in modern wireless sensor networks(WSNs). However, the intermittent nature of the EH process necessitates management of nodes’ limited data and energy buffer capacity. In this paper, a unified mathematical model for a cooperative EHWSN with an opportunistic relay is presented. The energy and data causality constraints are expressed in terms of throughput, available energy, delay and transmission *** finite energy buffers, data buffers and discrete transmission rates(as defined in the standard IEEE 802.15.4) at the nodes, different intuitive online power allocation policies at the relay are *** results show that a policy achieving high throughput is less fair and vice versa. Therefore, a joint rate and power allocation policy(JRPAP) is proposed in this study which provides a better trade off between fairness, throughput and energy over intuitive policies. Based on the JRPAP results, we propose to use data aggregation(DA) to achieve throughput gain at lower buffer sizes. In addition, the notion of energy aggregation(EA) is introduced to achieve throughput gain at higher buffer sizes. Combining both EA and DA further improves the overall throughput at all buffer sizes.

Argillization mechanics of rock from the Xing’anling Group in the Beier depression of the Hailar basin

The reservoir of the Xing'anling Group in the Beier depression of the Hailar basin is loosely cemented with many tuffaceous *** causes argillization and collapse of the grain framework of the reservoir sandstones.A detailed study on the characteristics of rocks and minerals was carried out through polarized microscope,X-ray diffraction,X-ray fluorescence,SEM and energy spectrum *** results indicate that the reason for argillization is the abundant pyroclastic,and especially tuffaceous,grains in the *** alkaline component is relatively high in some *** are easily altered to montmorillonite in ***+montmorillonite swells strongly when exposed to *** is the fundamental reason for the reservoir's argillization and plugging.
