Network structures of various polymers have significant effects on their mechanical properties;therefore,numerous studies have investigated the constitutive relationship between symmetrical network structures and their rubber elasticity in ***,few studies have focused on asymmetrical network structures in polymers that undergo bond exchange reactions,selfassembly,or mechanochemical coupling—all of which are induced by transition probabilities of chemical bonding *** this study,an extended constraint junction and phantom network model is formulated using the tree-growing theory to establish a constitutive relationship between asymmetrical network structures and their rubber elasticity in polymers.A free-energy equation is further developed to explore working principles of configurational transitions on the dynamic rubber elasticity of symmetrical and asymmetrical network *** constitutive relationship between dynamic rubber elasticity and symmetrical and asymmetrical network structures has also been proposed for the gels undergoing mechanochemical and hydromechanical ***,the effectiveness of this newly proposed tree-growing model has been verified by comparing with the classical affine network model,finite element analysis,and the experimental results of gels reported in literature.

New chaos M-ary modulation method and its application in communications

At present, chaotic communications have been widely studied. However, these researches mainly focus on the binary systems while the researches of M-ary chaotic communications are not extensive. To change the situation, a chaos M-ary modulation method based on phase plane partition of Hamilton map is proposed. Firstly, the chaotic model of Hamilton map and its phase plane features are described, and then the way of creating the chaos M-ary modulation is discussed. Next, to evaluate the proposed method, the system simulation results and analysis are given. Finally, the chaos M-ary modulation method is applied to communications.

Glass transition plays a critical role to determine the dynamic behaviors of amorphous shape memory polymers(SMPs).However,the fundamental relationships between shape memory effect(SME)and dynamic glass transition have not been well understood,even though this topic has been studied for *** this study,we apply a mean-square displacement function of Adam-Gibbs(AG)domain size model to explore metastable glass transition between normal glass state and rubbery state of amorphous SMPs,based on both mode-coupling theory and mean-field model.A statistic viscosity equation is formulated to study the dynamic glass transition of metastable AG domains in an amorphous SMP.A dynamically spinodal model is also developed to connect dynamic glass transitions to thermomechanical processes,based on statistic viscosity equation and phase transition ***,using the spinodal models,multiple shape memory behaviors have been predicted for amorphous SMPs with dual-,triple-and quadruple-SMEs,resulted from their different routes of themomechanical ***,the proposed models are verified using the experimental data reported in literature.

Aiming to the estimation of source numbers, mixing matrix and separation of mixing signals under underdetermined case, the article puts forward a method of underdetermined blind source separation （UBSS） with an application in ultra-wideband （UWB） communication signals. The method is based on the sparse characteristic of UWB communication signals in the time domain. Firstly, finding the single source area by calculating the ratio of observed sampling points. Then an algorithm called hough-windowed method was introduced to estimate the number of sources and mixing matrix. Finally the separation of mixing signals using a method based on amended subspace projection. The simulation results indicate that the proposed method can separate UWB communication signals successfully, estimate the mixing matrix with higher accuracy and separate the mixing signals with higher gain compared with other conventional algorithms. At the same time, the method reflects the higher stability and the better noise immunity.

The bioavailability of phosphorus in lake sediment mainly depends on its forms. Therefore, reactive phosphorus (RP) pool of the sediment in a shallow eutrophic lake(Donghu Lake) was determined seasonally and spatially by sequential chemical extraction according to the scheme proposed by Psenner et al. (Psenner, 1985) and its modified version respectively. The ammonium chloride extracted 3%—7% of the total reactive phosphorus (Tot-RP), while the distilled water extracted less(<3%). These two forms of P were significantly higher at the most eutrophic stations(I and IV). The sum of BD-RP(reductant soluble P) and NaOH-RP extracted accounted for 57%—81% of Tot-RP, which could play significant roles in P cycling. The percentages of HCl-extractable RP in the sediments of station III, however, were usually much more than those of other stations, which could reflect the original geochemistrical characteristics and trophic status of the sediments. It was noted that the sediment RP in different fractions varied in different months studied.

A novel D–π –A structure and near–infrared fluorescent probe(DCITT) with high polarity sensitivity and membrane targeting was reported. The fluorescent spectra of DCITT were polarity dependent and Stokes shift was greater than 300 nm. Due to its high fluorescence quantum yield, low cytotoxicity and photostability, DCITT could be used as a labeling probe in multicellular organisms. In particular, DCITT effectively distinguished tumor cells from normal cells because it could specifically light up the cancer cells membrane based on strong red fluorescence for a long time. On this basis, a polar–sensitive cell membrane probe is developed to differentiate tumor cells from normal cells, which provides an idea and method for the early diagnosis of tumor at cellular level.

Synthetic vascular grafts suitable for small-diameter arteries(<6 mm) are in great ***,there are still no commercially available small-diameter vascular grafts(SDVGs) in clinical practice due to thrombosis and stenosis after in vivo *** designing SDVGs,many studies emphasized reendothelization but ignored the importance of reconstruction of the smooth muscle layer(SML).To facilitate rapid SML regeneration,a high-resolution 3D printing method was used to create a novel bilayer SDVG with structures and mechanical properties mimicking natural *** by the collagen alignment of SML,the inner layer of the grafts had larger pore sizes and high porosity to accelerate the infiltration of cells and their circumferential alignment,which could facilitate SML reconstruction for compliance restoration and spontaneous *** outer layer was designed to induce fibroblast recruitment by low porosity and minor pore size and provide SDVG with sufficient mechanical *** month after implantation,the arteries regenerated by 3D-printed grafts exhibited better pulsatility than electrospun grafts,with a compliance(8.9%) approaching that of natural arteries(11.36%) and significantly higher than that of electrospun ones(1.9%).The 3D-printed vascular demonstrated a three-layer structure more closely resembling natural arteries while electrospun grafts showed incomplete endothelium and immature *** study shows the importance of SML reconstruction during vascular graft regeneration and provides an effective strategy to reconstruct blood vessels through 3D-printed structures rapidly.

Learning modality-fused representations and processing unaligned multimodal sequences are meaningful and challenging in multimodal emotion *** approaches use directional pairwise attention or a message hub to fuse language,visual,and audio ***,these fusion methods are often quadratic in complexity with respect to the modal sequence length,bring redundant information and are not *** this paper,we propose an efficient neural network to learn modality-fused representations with CB-Transformer(LMR-CBT)for multimodal emotion recognition from unaligned multi-modal ***,we first perform feature extraction for the three modalities respectively to obtain the local structure of the ***,we design an innovative asymmetric transformer with cross-modal blocks(CB-Transformer)that enables complementary learning of different modalities,mainly divided into local temporal learning,cross-modal feature fusion and global self-attention *** addition,we splice the fused features with the original features to classify the emotions of the ***,we conduct word-aligned and unaligned experiments on three challenging datasets,IEMOCAP,CMU-MOSI,and *** experimental results show the superiority and efficiency of our proposed method in both *** with the mainstream methods,our approach reaches the state-of-the-art with a minimum number of parameters.

To reduce switch numbers and voltage stress in semiconductor devices,this paper proposes a novel single-phase converter combined Active Power Factor Correction(APFC)with switched-capacitor *** addition,dynamic voltage regulation and voltage gain are improved by integrating the boost converter and switching capacitor *** interstage bulk capacitor is no longer *** average current control with redistribution of voltage in cells is proposed to obtain voltage lift ability of the switching capacitor cells and maintain a high-power *** study and verify the proposed converter preliminarily,theoretical analysis and simulation are presented in the ***,a 50o W prototype with two different configurations is built for experimental *** proposed converter can reach 95.62%of maximum efficiency,0.99 of power factor,and 3.55%of THD with 600 V output voltage,simultaneously.
