Topological defects in graphene materials introduce exotic properties with both fundamental importance and technological implications,absent in their defect-free *** individual topological defects have been widely studied,collective magnetic behaviors originating from well-organized multiple topological defects remain a great ***,we examined the collective magnetic properties originating from three pentagon topological defects in truxene-based molecular graphenoids using scanning tunneling microscopy(STM)and non-contact atomic force ***πelectrons were introduced into the aromatic topology of truxene molecular graphenoids one by one by dissociating hydrogen atoms at the pentagon defects via atom *** measurements,together with density functional theory calculations,suggested that the unpaired electrons were ferromagnetically coupled,forming a collective highspin quartet state of S=3/*** work demonstrates that collective spin ordering could be realized through engineering regular patterned topological defects in molecular graphenoids,providing a new platform for designing one-dimensional ferromagnetic spin chains and two-dimensional ferromagnetic networks.

Mechanisms of fracture propagation from multi-cluster using a phase field based HMD coupling model in fractured reservoir

Natural fractures(NFs)are common in shale and tight reservoirs,where staged multi-cluster fracturing of horizontal wells is a prevalent technique for reservoir *** NFs and stress interference are recognized as significant factors affecting hydraulic fracture(HF)propagation,the combined influence of these factors remains poorly *** address this knowledge gap,a novel coupled hydromechanical-damage(HMD)model based on the phase field method is developed to investigate the propagation of multi-cluster HFs in fractured *** comprehensive energy functional and control functions are established,while incorporating dynamic fluid distribution between multiple perforation clusters and refined changes in rock mechanical parameters during hydraulic *** HMD coupled multi-cluster HF propagation model investigates various scenarios,including single HF and single NF,reservoir heterogeneity,single HF and NF clusters,and multi-cluster HFs with NF *** results show that the HMD coupling model can accurately capture the impact of approach angle(θ),stress difference and cementation strength on the interaction of HF and *** criterion of the open and cross zones is not *** NF angle(a)is not a decisive parameter to discriminate the *** to the relationship between approach angle(θ)and NF angle(a),the contact relationship of HF can be divided into three categories(θ=a,θa).The connected NF can increase the complexity of HF by inducing it to form branch fracture,resulting in a fractal dimension of HF as high as2.1280 at angles of±45°.Inter-fracture interference from the heel to the toe of HF shows the phenomenon of no,strong and weak ***,under the influence of NFs,distant HFs from the injection can become dominant ***,as a gradually increases,inter-fracture stress interference becomes the primary factor influencing HF propagation,gradually superseding the dominance of NF

We restudy the Lee-Weinberg time-evolution equation including the R-parity violation. We carefullyanalyze the intluence of the boundary conditions, equation of state, SUSY parameters, especially the R-parity violation,and other factors on the time-evolution of the SUSY cold dark matter. Our numerical results show that without Rparity violation, only two ranges 20 ＜ mx01 ＜ 30 GeV and 75 ＜ mx01 ＜ 110 GeV can be consistent with data, if30 ＜ mx01 ＜ 75 GeV, there must be at least two kinds of heavy particles contributing to the cold dark matter. However,with the R-parity violation, the heavy neutralino can be dark matter constituent, but it must decay and the R-parityviolation parameter is constrained by the present data.

聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)作为可生物降解聚酯家族中的重要一员,因其具有熔点高,热稳定性好,结晶速度快,韧性好,强度高的特点,成为脂肪族可生物降解聚酯中研究最多的品种之一,广泛应用于吸管,咖啡胶囊等食品接触材料领域。基于食品安全的考虑,食品接触材料安全的重要性已受到各国政府和国际组织的高度重视和广泛关注,并且实施严格的检测和监管措施。在食品接触材料的管控方便,GB4806.6-2016要求PBS制品在食品接触过程中的总迁移量小于等于10 mg/dm^(2)。食品接触过程中的总迁移量受多种因素影响,本文通过实验评估了制品厚度,食品模拟物和迁移试验条件对PBS食品接触总迁移量的影响,基于实验数据,为PBS制品预期使用场景提供数据指导。

Prospective, randomized comparison of two supplemental oxygen methods during gastro-scopy with propofol mono-sedation in obese patients

聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)因其兼具芳香族聚酯的刚性和脂肪族聚酯的柔性,成为可生物降解材料领域应用最为广泛的材料之一。合成PBAT树脂过程中,不可避免的会发生1,4-丁二醇的环化反应以及PBAT树脂的热分解反应产生四氢呋喃(THF)。作为一种挥发性溶剂,残留在PBAT树脂中的THF会随着PBAT树脂的使用而扩散到空气中,对从业人员产生健康风险,因此有必要对PBAT树脂中残留的THF进行检测和消减。本文基于静态顶空-色相色谱联用技术,建立了PBAT树脂中THF残留量的快速检测方法。并进一步研究顶空温度,顶空时间对THF残留量检测结果的影响,以及不同烘干时间对降低PBAT树脂THF残留量的效果,为生产工艺的优化提供指导。

Background:With the emergence of cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated protein-4(CTLA-4)inhibitors,the outcomes of patients with malignant tumors have improved ***,the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events has also increased,which can affect tumor *** this study,we evaluated the incidence and severity of adverse cardiovascular events caused by CTLA-4 inhibitors by analyzing reported trials that involved CTLA-4 inhibitor ***:Randomized clinical trials published in English from January 1,2013,to November 30,2022,were searched using the Cochrane Library and PubMed *** included trials examined all grade and grades 3–5 cardiac and vascular adverse *** involved comparisons of CTLA-4 inhibitors to placebo,CTLA-4 inhibitors plus chemotherapy to chemotherapy alone,CTLA-4 inhibitors combined with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors to PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors alone,and CTLA-4 inhibitors plus target agent to PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors plus target *** odds ratio(OR)and corresponding 95%confidence intervals(CIs)were calculated using the Mantel-Haenszel ***:Overall,20 trials were ***-4 inhibitors significantly increased the incidence of all-grade cardiovascular toxicity(OR=1.33,95%CI:1.00–1.75,p=0.05).The incidence of all-grade cardiovascular toxicity increased in malignant tumor patients who received single-agent CTLA-4 inhibitors(OR=1.73,95%CI:1.13–2.65,p=0.01),as well as the incidence rate of grades 3–5 cardiovascular adverse events(OR=2.00,95%CI:1.08–3.70,p=0.03).Compared with the non-CTLA-4 inhibitor group,CTLA-4 inhibitors plus chemotherapy,PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors,or target agent did not significantly affect the incidence of cardiac and vascular *** incidence of grades 3–5 cardiac failure,hypertension,pericardial effusion,myocarditis,and atrial fibrillation were much higher among patients exposed to CTLA-4 inhibitor,but the data were not statistically ***:Our findings suggest that the

Effects of cloned tumstatin-related and angiogenesis-inhibitory peptides on proliferation and apoptosis of endothelial cells

Background Tumstatin is a recently developed endogenous vascular endothelial growth inhibitor that can be applied as an anti-angiogenesis and antineoplastic agent. The study aimed to design and synthesize the small molecular angiogenesis inhibition-related peptide （peptide 21）, to replicate the structural and functional features of the active zone of angiogenesis inhibition using tumstatin and to prove that synthesized peptide 21 has a similar activity： specifically inhibiting tumor angiogenesis like tumstatin. Methods Peptide 21 was designed and synthesized using biological engineering technology. To determine its biological action, the human umbilical vein endothelial cell line ECV304, the human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV-3 and the mouse embryo-derived NIH3T3 fibroblasts were used in in vitro experiments to determine the effect of peptide 21 on proliferation of the three cell lines using the MTT test and growth curves. Transmission electron microscopy （TEM） and flow cytometry （FCM） were applied to analyze the peptide 21-induced apoptosis of the three cell lines qualitatively and quantitatively. In animal experiments, tumor models in nude mice subcutaneously grafted with SKOV-3 were used to observe the effects of peptide 21 on tumor weight, size and microvessel density （MVD）. To initially investigate the role of peptide 21, the effect of peptide 21 on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factors （VEGFs） by tumor tissue was semi-quantitatively analyzed. Results The in vitro Ml-r test and growth curves all indicated that cloned peptide 21 could specifically inhibit ECV304 proliferation in a dose-dependent manner （P 〈0.01）; TEM and FCM showed that peptide 21 could specifically induce ECV304 apoptosis （P 〈0.01）. Results of in vivo experiments showed that tumors in the peptide 21 group grew more slowly. The weight and size of the tumors after 21 days of treatment were smaller than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）, with a mean tumor inhibition rate of 67.
