BACKGROUND Calcifying fibrous tumors(CFTs)are rare mesenchymal lesions that can occur in various sites throughout the body,including the tubular gastrointestinal(GI)*** To analyze the clinical findings of 36 patients with GI tract CFTs to provide guidance for diagnosis and *** This retrospective study included 36 patients diagnosed with CFTs of the GI *** collected demographic and clinical information and conducted regular follow-ups to assess for local *** The stomach was the most commonly involved site,accounting for 72.2%of the 36 *** mucosal resection(n=1,2.8%),endoscopic submucosal dissection(n=14,38.9%),endoscopic full-thickness resection(n=16,44.4%),and submucosal tunneling endoscopic resection(n=5,13.9%)were used to resect calcifying fibrous ***,34(94.4%)CFTs underwent complete endoscopic resections with a mean procedure time of 39.8±29.8 *** average maximum diameter of the tumors was 10.6±4.3 *** complications,such as bleeding or perforation,occurred during an average hospital stay of 2.9±1.2 *** addition,two patients developed new growth of CFTs near the primary tumor sites,and none of the patients developed distant metastases during the follow-up *** GI tract CFTs are rare and typically benign tumors that can be effectively managed with endoscopic procedures.

Neutron resonance imaging(NRI)has recently emerged as an appealing technique for neutron *** complexity surpasses that of conventional transmission imaging,as it requires a high demand for both a neutron source and ***,the progression of NRI technology has been sluggish since its inception in the 1980s,particularly considering the limited studies analyzing the neutron energy range above *** white neutron source(Back-n)at the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)provides favorable beam conditions for the development of the NRI technique over a wide neutron energy range from eV to ***-sensitive microchannel plates(MCP)have emerged as a cutting-edge tool in the field of neutron detection owing to their high temporal and spatial resolutions,high detection efficiency,and low *** this study,we report the development of a 10B-doped MCP detector,along with its associated electronics,data processing system,and NRI experiments at the *** heavy elements such as gold,silver,tungsten,and indium can be easily identified in the transmission images by their characteristic resonance peaks in the 1–100 eV energy range;the more difficult medium-weight elements such as iron,copper,and aluminum with resonance peaks in the 1–100 keV energy range can also be *** particular,results in the neutron energy range of dozens of keV(Aluminum)are reported here for the first time.

【目的】明确吉富罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)干扰素调节因子9基因(OnIRF9)的结构特征和组织表达模式,以及无乳链球菌感染和Poly(I:C)刺激后的免疫应答情况,为揭示IRF9在罗非鱼免疫应答中的作用机制提供理论依据,进而丰富鱼类的IRF免疫学知识。【方法】通过RACE扩增OnIRF9基因cDNA序列,通过ExPASy、SMART、SignalP-5.0、TMHMM-2.0和Euk-mPLoc 2.0等在线软件进行生物信息学分析,并采用实时荧光定量PCR检测OnIRF9基因在健康吉富罗非鱼组织中的表达特征及无乳链球菌感染和Poly(I:C)刺激后的表达变化。【结果】OnIRF9基因cDNA序列全长1828 bp,包含50 bp的5'端非编码区(5'-UTR)、485 bp的3'端非编码区(3'-UTR)和1293 bp的开放阅读框(ORF),共编码430个氨基酸残基。OnIRF9蛋白分子量为48.42 kD,理论等电点(pI)为6.23,含有IRF典型的DBD结构域和IAD结构域,不含信号肽和跨膜结构域。OnIRF9氨基酸序列与其他硬骨鱼类IRF9氨基酸序列的相似性为56.2%~95.7%,其中与美妊丽鱼IRF9氨基酸序列的相似性最高(95.7%);基于IRF9氨基酸序列相似性构建的系统发育进化树也显示,吉富罗非鱼与其他参考鱼类聚为一簇,尤其与美妊丽鱼的亲缘关系最近。OnIRF9基因在健康吉富罗非鱼脑、血液、肌肉、肝脏、皮肤、心脏、脾脏、头肾、肠道和鳃组织中均有表达,以脑组织中的相对表达量最高,显著高于其他组织(P<0.05),而鳃组织中的相对表达量最低。经无乳链球菌感染和Poly(I:C)刺激后,OnIRF9基因在吉富罗非脾脏、头肾和脑组织中的相对表达量在6 h内均极显著上升(P<0.01),但其相对表达量达到峰值的时间并不一致,提示OnIRF9基因在各组织中响应免疫应答时可能具有互补协调性。【结论】OnIRF9具有IRF典型的结构域(DBD和IAD),尤其是DBD结构域的功能在脊椎动物中较保守;OnIRF9基因在中枢神经系统中发挥重要作用,且参与吉富罗非鱼抵御病原体入侵的免疫应答反应。

Transition metal disilicides are widely used as heating elements and infrared emission ***,the limited intrinsic infrared emissivity and high thermal conductivity are the main limitations to their applications as infrared emission coatings in the thermal protection *** cope with these prob-lems,four medium and high-entropy transition metal disilicides,i.e.,(V_(0.25)Ta_(0.25)Mo_(0.25)W_(0.25))Si_(2)(ME-1),(Nb_(0.25)Ta_(0.25)Mo_(0.25)W_(0.25))Si_(2)(ME-2),(V_(0.2)Nb_(0.2)Ta_(0.2)Mo_(0.2)W_(0.2))Si_(2)(HE-1),and(Cr_(0.2)Nb_(0.2)Ta_(0.2)Mo_(0.2)W_(0.2))Si_(2)(HE-2),were designed and synthesized by spark plasma sintering method using transition metal binary disilicides as *** introduction of multi-elements into transition metal disilicides not only im-proved the infrared emissivity but also reduced the electrical and thermal *** them,(Cr_(0.2)Nb_(0.2)Ta_(0.2)Mo_(0.2)W_(0.2))Si_(2)(HE-2)had the lowest electrical conductivity of 3789 S cm-1,which is over one order of magnitude lower than that of MoSi_(2)(50000 S cm^(-1)),and total infrared emissivity of 0.42 at room temperature,which is nearly double of that of TaSi_(2).Benefiting from low electrical conductivity and phonon scattering due to lattice distortion,the medium and high-entropy transition metal disilicides also demonstrated a significant decline in thermal conductivity compared to their binary *** all samples,HE-2 exhibited the lowest thermal conductivity of 6.4 W m^(−1)K^(−1).The high-entropy tran-sition metal disilicides also present excellent oxidation resistance at high *** improved infrared emissivity,reduced thermal conductivity,excellent oxidation resistance,and lower densities of these medium and high-entropy transition metal disilicides portend that they are promising as infrared emission coating materials for applications in thermal protection systems.

目的分析中国内地地区由蛋及蛋制品引发的食源性疾病暴发事件的发生规律及流行病学特点,为制定相应的预防和控制措施提供科学依据。方法对2010—2020年国家食源性疾病暴发监测系统中报告的蛋及蛋制品引发的食源性疾病暴发事件的流行病学特征进行描述性分析。结果2010—2020年中国内地共报告蛋及蛋制品引发的食源性疾病暴发事件529起,发病3609人,其中死亡3人,年平均发病率每千万人口2.4人。以夏秋季节为主,其中又以7月事件数最多,占20.6%(109/529);此类事件主要分布于西南、华东和华中地区,以西南地区的事件数最多,占59.2%(313/529),其中皮蛋引发的事件数、发病人数和死亡人数均最多,分别占61.8%(327/529)、41.1%(1485/3609)和66.7%(2/3)。皮蛋的致病因素主要是沙门菌(60.9%,199/327),主要感染原因是原料污染(20.5%,67/327)和存储不当(11.0%,36/327),皮蛋引发的事件中西南地区家庭最多,占42.5%(139/327),其次是西南地区街头摊点,占18.7%(61/327)。结论皮蛋是高危食品,沙门菌是主要致病因素,原料污染和存储不当是主要污染环节,建议相关监管部门加强合作,加强对皮蛋的监测和街头摊点的管理,在高危季节的西南地区落实食品安全的健康教育。

Objective： Mesenchymal stem cell （MSC） transplantation is a promising therapy for ischemic heart diseases. However, poor cell survival after transplantation greatly limits the therapeutic efficacy of MSCs. The purpose of this study was to investigate the protective effect of angiopoietin-1 （Angl） preconditioning on MSC survival and sub- sequent heart function improvement after transplantation. Methods： MSCs were cultured with or without 50 ng/ml Angl in complete medium for 24 h prior to experiments on cell survival and transplantation. 3-（4,5- Dimethylthiazol-2-yl）-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide （MTT） and Hoechst staining were applied to evaluate MSC survival after serum deprivation in vitro, while cell survival in vivo was detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl trans- ferase biotin-dUPT nick end labeling （TUNEL） assay 24 and 72 h after transplantation. Heart function and infarct size were measured four weeks later by small animal echocardiography and Masson＇s trichrome staining, respectively. Results： Angl preconditioning induced Akt phosphorylation and increased expression of Bcl-2 and the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax. In comparison with non-preconditioned MSCs, Angl-preconditioned cell survival was significantly in- creased while the apoptotic rate decreased in vitro. However, the PI3K/Akt pathway inhibitor, LY294002, abrogated the protective effect of Angl preconditioning. After transplantation, the Angl-preconditioned-MSC group showed a lower death rate, smaller infarct size, and better heart functional recovery compared to the non-preconditioned-MSC group. Conclusions： Angl preconditioning enhances MSC survival, contributing to further improvement of heart function.
