Irreducible anteromedial radial head dislocation without fracture caused by transposed biceps tendon in an adult:A case report and literature review

Irreducible anteromedial radial head dislocation(IARHD)caused by transposed biceps tendon is *** diagnosis and surgical failure often occur.A 46-year-old fisherman presented with 10 days history of painful swelling and restricted movement of his right elbow due to strangulation injury by a fishing boat *** examination,the images of the right elbow reveals in a"semi-extended and pronated"elastic fixation *** and 3-dimensional reconstruction CT reveals an isolated anteromedial radial head dislocation with extreme protonation of the radius and the bicipital tuberosity towards the posterior aspect of the elbow joint,and MRI shows biceps tendon wrapping around the radial neck,similar to umbilical cord wrapping seen in *** Henry approach was applied for the first time to reduce the biceps *** patient achieved a good functional recovery at 26 months,which represents the first reported case of IARHD without fracture caused by biceps tendon in an *** treatment of IARHD,attention should be paid to the phenomenon of biceps tendon *** clinical examination,comprehensive imaging modalities,and appropriate surgical approach are the keys to successful management.

The increase in energy consumption and its collateral damage on the environment has encouraged the development of environment-friendly ceramic materials with good energy storage *** this work,(1-x)Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)-xCa(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3) ceramics were synthesized by the solid-state reaction *** 0.88Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)-0.12Ca(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3) ceramic exhibited a high recoverable energy storage density of 8.1 J/cm3 and energy storage efficiency of 82.4% at 550 kV/*** introduction of Ca(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3) reduced the grain size and increased the band gap,thereby enhancing the breakdown field strength of the ceramic *** method also resulted in good temperature stability(20–140℃),frequency stability(1–200 Hz),and fatigue stability over 106 *** addition,an ultrahigh power density of 187 MW/cm^(3) and a fast charge-discharge rate(t0.9=57.2 ns)can be obtained *** element method analysis revealed that the decrease of grain size was beneficial to the increase of breakdown field ***,the 0.88Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)-0.12Ca(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3) ceramics resulted in high energy storage properties with good stability and were promising environment-friendly materials for advanced pulsed power systems applications.

BACKGROUND With advancements in the diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases,lung segment surgery has become increasingly *** rehabilitation is critical for patient recovery,yet challenges such as complications and adverse outcomes *** humanized nursing modes and novel treatments like nitric oxide inhalation may enhance recovery and reduce postoperative *** To evaluate the effects of a humanized nursing mode combined with nitric oxide inhalation on the rehabilitation outcomes of patients undergoing lung surgery,focusing on pulmonary function,recovery speed,and overall treatment *** A total of 79 patients who underwent lung surgery at a tertiary hospital from March 2021 to december 2021 were divided into a control group(n=39)receiving a routine nursing program and an experimental group(n=40)receiving additional humanized nursing interventions and atomized inhalation of nitric *** indicators were compared between the two groups alongside an analysis of treatment *** The experimental group demonstrated significant improvements in pulmonary function,reduced average recovery time,and lower total treatment costs compared to the control ***,the quality of life in the experimental group was significantly better in the 3 months post-surgery,indicating a more effective rehabilitation *** The combination of humanized nursing mode and nitric oxide inhalation in postoperative care for lung surgery patients significantly enhances pulmonary rehabilitation outcomes,accelerates recovery,and reduces economic *** approach offers a promising reference for improving patient care and rehabilitation efficiency following lung surgery.
