Developing suitable photocatalysts and understanding their intrinsic catalytic mechanism remain key challenges in the pursuit of highly active,good selective,and long-term stable photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction(PCO_(2)R)***,monoclinic Cu_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3)is firstly proven to be a new class of photocatalyst,which has excellent catalytic stability and selectivity for PCO_(2)R in the absence of any sacrificial agent and *** on a Cu_(2)(OH)_(2)^(13)CO_(3)photocatalyst and 13CO_(2)two-sided^(13)C isotopic tracer strategy,and combined with in situ diffused reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS)analysis and density functional theory(DFT)calculations,two main CO_(2)transformation routes,and the photo-decomposition and self-restructuring dynamic equilibrium mechanism of Cu_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3)are definitely *** PCO_(2)R activity of Cu_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3)is comparable to some of state-of-the-art novel ***,the PCO_(2)R properties can be further greatly enhanced by simply combining Cu_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3)with typical TiO_(2)to construct composites *** highest CO_(2)and CH_(4)production rates by 7.5 wt%Cu_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3)-TiO_(2)reach 16.4μmol g^(-1)h^(-1)and 116.0μmol g^(-1)h^(-1),respectively,which are even higher than that of some of PCO_(2)R systems containing sacrificial agents or precious metals modified *** work provides a better understanding for the PCO_(2)R mechanism at the atomic levels,and also indicates that basic carbonate photocatalysts have broad application potential in the future.

Ride-sourcing services have become increasingly important in meeting people's mobility needs since their *** to traditional street-hailing taxi services,ride-sourcing services significantly reduce the matching frictions in the markets by matching drivers and passengers with relatively distant distances through an online *** by this new feature as well as the need for designing operating and regulating strategies,researchers have attempted to describe these innovative ride-sourcing markets through mathematical models,the core of which is the matching functions for characterizing matching *** studies have developed a variety of matching functions for ride-sourcing markets,including perfect matching function,Cobb-Douglas type matching function,queuing models,and some physical ***,less is known about the applicability and performance of these matching functions,that is,under what situations each of these matching functions well characterizes the real *** address this issue,this paper makes one of the first attempts to calibrate,validate,and compare the prevailing matching functions in the literature,and ascertain the conditions of their *** particular,we establish a simulator to simulate a total of 420 scenarios of the ridesourcing market under different combinations of supply and *** key performance metrics,including the matching rate in the market,passengers'average matching time,passengers'average pick-up time,and passengers'average total waiting time,are utilized to test and compare seven widely used matching functions under various market scenarios.

Simulation and experimental study of a random neutron analyzing system with (252)~Cf neutron source

Experiments were performed on a high-speed online random neutron analyzing system (HORNA system) with a 252Cf neutron source (up to 1 GHz sampling rate and 3 input data channel),to obtain timeand frequency dependent signatures which are sensitive to changes in the composition,fissile mass and configuration of the fissile *** data were acquired by three high-speed synchronized acquisition cards at different detector angles,source-detector distances and block *** to the relationship between 252Cf source and the ratio of power spectral density,Rpsd,all the signatures were calculated and analyzed using correlation and periodogram *** on the results,the simulated autocorrelation functions were utilized for identifying different fissile mass with Elman neural *** experimental results show that the Rpsd almost remains at constant amplitude in frequency range of 0-100 MHz,and is only related to the angle and source-detector *** trained Elman neural network is able to distinguish the characteristics of autocorrelation function and identify different fissile *** average identification rate reached 90% with high robustness.

The release of the generative pre-trained transformer(GPT)series has brought artificial general intelligence(AGI)to the forefront of the artificial intelligence(AI)field once ***,the questions of how to define and evaluate AGI remain *** perspective article proposes that the evaluation of AGI should be rooted in dynamic embodied physical and social interactions(DEPSI).More specifically,we propose five critical characteristics to be considered as AGI benchmarks and suggest the Tong test as an AGI evaluation *** Tong test describes a value-and ability-oriented testing system that delineates five levels of AGI milestones through a virtual environment with DEPSI,allowing for infinite task *** contrast the Tong test with classical AI testing systems in terms of various aspects and propose a systematic evaluation system to promote standardized,quantitative,and objective benchmarks and evaluation of AGI.

为了研究圆锥形杆自由振动的特性,分别基于欧拉-贝努力梁理论和铁木辛柯梁理论,建立变截面杆自由振动的分析模型。采用一种含三角函数的级数形式来表示欧拉-贝努利梁理论下杆的位移函数,以满足端部位移的条件;利用能量泛函极小化得到系数满足的线性方程组,进而获得不同边界条件下圆锥形杆在欧拉-贝努利梁理论下的若干阶固有频率;类似地,假设位移的级数形式并利用能量函数,建立锥形杆基于铁木辛柯梁理论的求解方法,可得各阶固有频率和模态;给出等截面杆在两种理论下固有频率的转化公式,并推广应用到圆锥形杆的固有频率近似转化。算例分析锥形杆截面参数对结构固有频率的影响,并基于目标设计频率和若干限制条件对锥形杆的尺寸进行设计。数值结果表明,在应用欧拉-贝努利梁理论和铁木辛柯梁理论时,所提方法都能够稳定收敛且计算效率高,具有较高的精确度。该研究工作为超声工程中变幅杆的动力学特性提供了计算依据。

Aloin ameliorates cecal ligation and puncture-induced sepsis in mice by attenuating inflammation and modulating gut microbiota

Most Aloe species are used as new food or functional food ingredient. Even though widely known for its health benefits， the anti-inflammatory effects and underlying mechanisms of Aloin (Alo)， an anthraquinone compound isolated from plant species of the genus Aloe， remain unidentified. Here， we investigated the protective effects of Alo against cecal ligation and puncture (CLP)-induced sepsis and microflora in mice. Alo significantly improved CLP-induced sepsis and the survival rate of septic mice， downregulated the expression of proinflammatory factors， and decreased the infiltration of inflammatory cells in tissues. Alo upregulated the proportion of peritoneal macrophages， reduced the number of peritoneal bacteria， decreased the content of short-chain fatty acids and bile acids in the abdominal cavity， and suppressed TLR-2/4/NF-κB/NLRP3/Caspase-1/3/8 signaling. Furthermore， Alo altered the composition of the microbiome and promoted the growth of Lactobacillus， which showed a stronger anti-inflammatory effect. Whole-genome analysis identified the genes Saa3， Il10， Fpr1， and Eif4a1 associated with the protective effects of Alo in mice with CLP-induced sepsis. Overall， our results provide novel insights into the therapeutic potential and mechanism of action of Alo in the treatment of sepsis.

Recent years have witnessed the transformative impact from the integration of artificial intelligence with organic and polymer synthesis. This synergy offers innovative and intelligent solutions to a range of classic problems in synthetic chemistry. These exciting advancements include the prediction of molecular property, multi-step retrosynthetic pathway planning, elucidation of the structure-performance relationship of single-step transformation, establishment of the quantitative linkage between polymer structures and their functions, design and optimization of polymerization process, prediction of the structure and sequence of biological macromolecules, as well as automated and intelligent synthesis platforms. Chemists can now explore synthetic chemistry with unprecedented precision and efficiency, creating novel reactions, catalysts, and polymer materials under the datadriven paradigm. Despite these thrilling developments, the field of artificial intelligence(AI) synthetic chemistry is still in its infancy, facing challenges and limitations in terms of data openness, model interpretability, as well as software and hardware support. This review aims to provide an overview of the current progress, key challenges, and future development suggestions in the interdisciplinary field between AI and synthetic chemistry. It is hoped that this overview will offer readers a comprehensive understanding of this emerging field, inspiring and promoting further scientific research and development.

中国城市全要素生产率测度与要素空间溢出效应分析

在合理构建嵌入空间计量模型的CD生产函数基础上,使用2000—2018年中国258个地级及以上城市数据,测度纳入要素空间溢出效应的中国城市全要素生产率,并通过此生产函数模型对中国258个城市和5大城市群的资本和劳动要素空间溢出效应进行分解,探究其辐射带动能力。研究发现:①在时序发展上,中国城市全要素生产率整体略有下降,但近期有上升的趋势。在空间演变上,中国南部和北部城市全要素生产率变化明显,东部和西部城市全要素生产率则保持稳定。②纳入要素空间溢出效应的城市全要素生产率测度结果比未纳入要素空间溢出效应的城市全要素生产率测度结果平均高0.4663,说明要素空间溢出效应对城市全要素生产率有正向促进作用。③在城市层面上,环渤海城市、长三角城市、珠三角城市和国家中心城市要素空间溢出效应较强,中西部城市要素空间溢出效应较弱。在城市群层面上,长三角城市群要素空间溢出效应较高,成渝城市群要素空间溢出效应较低。
