2018年金沙江上游因强降雨发生大型山体滑坡形成堰塞湖,堰塞湖溃决后大量泥沙随溃坝洪水向下游输移,导致下游河道形态及水流特性突变。某规划电站尾水河段受该事件影响,床面淤积6~10 m。为保障该电站如期正常建设,针对尾水河段上下游3 km河道,开展动床物理模型试验研究,探索尾水河段设计水位恢复方案。河道演变分析表明,堰塞湖溃决后的第1年,工程河段河床单向显著冲刷;至2022年汛前,河道整体表现为上冲下淤,尤其弯道下游石滩显著生长发育。通过模型试验预测了工程河段2027年地形,届时河道床而仍较堰塞湖溃决前高1~6 m,需要采取疏浚措施才能保障规划电站尾水口水位降低至设计水位。为有效减小疏浚范围及疏浚量,详细分析了弯道下游新生石滩段的水沙特性及演变趋势,提出了下游先期局部疏浚,通过自然演变调整床面,再开展整体疏浚的整治方案。试验证明,该方案较直接疏浚方案缩短了疏浚长度,可减少约6.88万m3疏浚量。继续针对新方案开展淤积试验,由于上游电站已陆续建成使用,其拦蓄作用大幅减少了研究河段来沙量,在5个典型年的水沙作用下,研究河段床面整体保持相对稳定,仅尾水出口下游左侧呈现一定程度淤积,建议管理单位定期按需要进行必要的局部疏浚维护,以保障电站安全运行。

The Steel Catenary Riser(SCR)is a vital component for transporting oil and gas from the seabed to the floating *** harsh environmental conditions and complex platform motion make the SCR’s girth-weld prone to fatigue *** structural stress fatigue theory and Master S-N curve method provide accurate predictions for the fatigue damage on the welded joints,which demonstrate significant potential and compatibility in multi-axial and random fatigue ***,we propose a new frequency fatigue model subjected to welded joints of SCR under multiaxial stress,which fully integrates the mesh-insensitive structural stress and frequency domain random process and transforms the conventional welding fatigue technique of SCR into a spectrum analysis technique utilizing structural ***,a full-scale FE model of SCR with welds is established to obtain the modal structural stress of the girth weld and the frequency response function(FRF)of modal coordinate,and a biaxial fatigue evaluation about the girth weld of the SCR can be achieved by taking the effects of multi-load correlation and pipe-soil interaction into *** research results indicate that the frequency-domain fatigue results are aligned with the time-domain results,meeting the fatigue evaluation requirements of the SCR.

In matrix completion,additional covariates often provide valuable information for completing the unobserved entries of a high-dimensional low-rank matrix *** this paper,the authors consider the matrix recovery problem when there are multiple structural breaks in the coefficient matrix β under the column-space-decomposition model A=Xβ+B.A cumulative sum(CUSUM)statistic is constructed based on the penalized estimation of β.Then the CUSUM is incorporated into the Wild Binary Segmentation(WBS)algorithm to consistently estimate the location of ***,a nearly-optimal recovery of A is *** findings are further corroborated via numerical experiments and a real-data application.

The title complex CoCl(ieaa)(C10H7-ieai)(C10H7NH2), C32H32ClCoN4O7, Mr= 679.00; (ieaa- and C10H7-ieai- are the anions of isonitrosoethylacetoacetate and its N-a- naphthylamine derivative of Schiff base, respectively, C10H7NH2 is a-naphthylamine), crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a=11.846(2), b=23.912(5), c=12.783(3)? b=116.54(3), V=3239(1)?, Dc=1.392g/cm3, F(000)=1408, Mr=679.00, m(MoKa)=0.665mm-1, Z=4, final R=0.0584 and wR=0.1388 for 4177 observed reflections (I ≥ 2s(I)). A nitrogen atom of the ieaa- ligand and two nitrogen atoms of the C10H7-ieai- ligand define one of the triangular faces in the distorted octahedral geometry about the cobalt atom. The title complex contains isonitroso-b-ketoimine.

The title complex Zn（HL）（NCS）2 （C14H18N4OS2Zn, Mr = 387.81, HL = N-（3-dimethyl-aminopropyl）-salicylaldimine） has been synthesized by the reaction of ZnSO4·7H2O with the Schiff base N-（3-dimethylaminopropyl）-salicylaldimine derived from the condensation reaction of 3-dimethylamino- 1-propylamine with salicyladehyde. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 9.8360（8）, b = 14.930（1）, c = 12.277（1） A, β= 101.455（2）°, V= 1767.0（3） A 3, Z = 4, F（000） = 800, Dc= 1.458 g/cm^3 and ,μ（MoKα） = 1.631 mm^-1. The structure was refined to R = 0.0463 and wR = 0.1065 for 2681 observed reflections （1 〉 2σ（I））. Crystal analyses revealed that the Zn（Ⅱ） atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of two NCS^-, and an oxygen atom as well as a nitrogen atom of amine from the neutral Schiff base ligand of N-（3-dimethyl-aminopropyl）-salicylaldimine to give a distorted tetrahedral geometry.

The title complex, C22H22MnN5O2, crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group P212121 with a = 6.887(1), b = 11.718(2), c = 25.721(5) ? V = 2075.7(7) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 443.39, F(000) = 920, Dc = 1.419 g/cm3 and m = 0.665mm-1 (MoKa). The structure was refined to R = 0.0593 and wR = 0.1427 for 3576 observed reflections with I ≥ 2s(I). The Mn(Ⅲ) atom is coordinated to one bzan2- [bzan2- = N, N-ethylenebis(benzoylacetoneiminato)] ligand binding in the equatorial mode and two N3- ions in the axial positions. The azide acts as a trans--(1, 3) bridge, resulting in an infinite helical chain propagating along the b axis.
