根据SARS疫情和同期大气环境要素资料,利用时间尺度分离技术、谱分析和相关分析方法,研究大气环境因素对SARS疫情的影响,结果发现大气环境因素与SARS发病有密切关系:广州SARS每日新增病例数和大气要素存在几乎一致的3～5天变化周期,且疫情涨落和大气要素变化间有显著的相关性。由此推论天气变化对SARS疫情起伏有影响。此外,统计结果表明冷空气活动使SARS疫情加重。

本研究旨在通过动物实验探究茵胆平肝胶囊(Yindan Pinggan capsules, YDPG)对肝内胆汁淤积症(intrahepatic cholestasis, IHC)的治疗效果,结合网络药理学和分子对接技术挖掘其潜在作用机制并验证。首先通过动物实验评估YDPG对α-萘基异硫氰酸酯(α-naphthylisothiocyanate, ANIT)诱导的小鼠IHC模型的治疗效果,包括肝功能检测、血常规检测和肝脏病理分析。进一步采用网络药理学工具预测YDPG的有效成分、核心靶点和信号通路,再以分子对接技术辅助验证YDPG中关键活性成分与核心靶点的结合活性,最后采用蛋白免疫印迹法对关键靶标进行验证。发现YDPG能显著改善IHC小鼠的肝功能异常和肝细胞损伤,网络药理学分析结果显示YDPG中94个药物活性成分关联到396个IHC的疾病治疗靶点,并且显著富集于磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶-蛋白激酶B (PI3K-AKT)信号通路、脂质代谢和胆汁分泌等通路,分子对接结果显示YDPG关键活性组分与PI3K-AKT通路核心靶点均有较好的结合活性,进一步的蛋白免疫印迹法验证了YDPG能够降低肝组织中PI3K-AKT通路核心靶点PI3K、AKT蛋白的磷酸化水平。上述结果提示, YDPG可能通过调控PI3K-AKT信号通路缓解氧化应激和炎症反应等生物过程,从而改善IHC小鼠的肝损伤,发挥对IHC的治疗作用。本实验已获暨南大学动物实验伦理委员会批准(伦理审批号:IACUC-20241011-09)。

Fine particle detachment and subsequent migration can lead to severe pore plugging and consequent permeability decline. Therefore, it is crucial to quantify the critical condition when fine particle detachment occurs. The frequently observed deviations or even contradictions between experimental results and theoretical predictions of fines detachment arise from an insufficient understanding of adhesion force that can be highly influenced by salinity and temperature. To clarify the intrinsic influence of salinity and temperature on fines detachment, adhesion forces between carboxyl microspheres and hydrophilic silica substrates in an aqueous medium were measured at various salinities and temperatures using atomic force microscopy(AFM). The AFM-measured adhesion force decreases with increasing salinity or temperature. Trends of mean measured adhesion forces with temperature and salinity were compared with the DLVO and XDLVO theories. DLVO theory captured the trend with temperature via the impact of temperature on electric double layer interactions, whereas XDLVO theory captured the observed trend with salinity via the impact of salinity on the repulsive hydration force. Our results highlight the significance of hydration force in accurately predicting the fate of fines in porous media.

Selective separation of amino acids and proteins is crucial in various areas of research,including proteomics,protein structure and function studies,protein purification and drug development,and biosensing and biodetection.A nanocomposite film is formed by combining layer-by-layer self-assembled gold nanospheres(Au NPs)driven by cucurbit[7]uril(CB[7])and polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)*** to the host-guest interactions,the selective transmission of l-tryptophan in the nanocomposite film is confirmed by the current-voltage measurements using a ***,by adjusting the particle size of Au NPs to increase channel size,lysozyme containing multiple tryptophan residues can selectively pass through the nanocomposite film,indicating the high versatility and adaptability of the nanocomposite *** study will provide a new direction for the selective separation of amino acids and proteins.

Transition metal trichalcogenides(TMTs)are known for their two-dimensional(2D)characteristics and the presence of quasi one-dimensional *** materials are less vulnerable to edge defects,which makes them suitable for optical and electronic devices with low-dimensional *** study demonstrates the application of HfSe_(3) nanomaterial as an emerging ultrafast photonic device capable of producing mode-locked and Q-switched pulses in fiber *** nonlinear optical absorption properties of a HfSe_(3)-based saturable absorber(SA)were analyzed,revealing a modulation depth of 7% and nonsaturable loss of 35%,*** addition,first principles-based theoretical calculations were performed to explore the optoelectronic properties of bulk HfSe_(3).The integration of the HfSe_(3)-based SA into an Er-doped fiber laser cavity enabled both Q-switched and mode-locked pulse *** the mode-locked operation,the pulse duration was 560 fs,accompanied by a signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of 71.43 *** the Q-switched regime,the narrowest pulse width recorded was 757.1 ns with an SNR of 75.45 *** study indicates that nanodevices based on 2D TMTs hold promise for efficient ultrafast photonic applications and can be extensively employed in nonlinear optical technologies.
