In this paper, the Beiliang Village, Wuxiang County of Shanxi Province is chosen as the study object. The methods investigation and interview are applied. And then the status quo of land transfer is analyzed from the aspects of private land transfer, the form of land transference, the land transfer fee, the contracts of the land transfer and farmers' knowledge on land transfer law and so on. Through the investigation and research on peasant households' willingness towards land transfer and the factors that affect the land transfer, the willingness of farmers' land transfer in recent years are transferred. Farmers' land transfer willingness in recent years is clear. On the strength of the analysis, the scientific basis for the reasonable transfer of land in mountainous areas is put forward for optimizing the land distribution and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of rural economy. The countermeasures aim at accelerating land transfer, increasing farmers' income; stringing the development of rural education, increasing the support on three agricultural problems concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers, and standardizing the rural land transfer behaviors are put forwarded as well.

Efficient charge-carrier injection and transport in organic light-emitting devices(OLEDs)are essential to simultaneously achieving their high efficiency and long-term ***,the charge-transporting layers(CTLs)deposited by various vapor or solution processes are usually in amorphous forms,and their low charge-carrier mobilities,defectinduced high trap densities and inhomogeneous thickness with rough surface morphologies have been obstacles towards high-performance ***,organic single-crystalline(SC)films were employed as the hole-transporting layers(HTLs)instead of the conventional amorphous films to fabricate highly efficient and stable *** highmobility and ultrasmooth morphology of the SC-HTLs facilitate superior interfacial characteristics of both HTL/electrode and HTL/emissive layer interfaces,resulting in a high Haacke’s figure of merit(FoM)of the ultrathin top electrode and low series-resistance joule-heat loss ratio of the ***,the thick and compact SC-HTL can function as a barrier layer against moisture and oxygen *** a result,the SC-OLEDs show much improved efficiency and stability compared to the OLEDs based on amorphous or polycrystalline HTLs,suggesting a new strategy to developing advanced OLEDs with high efficiency and high stability.

Anther dehiscence is a crucial event in plant reproduction,tightly regulated and dependent on the lignification of the anther *** this study,we investigated the rapid lignification process that ensures timely anther dehiscence in *** findings reveal that endothecium lignification can be divided into two distinct *** Phase Ⅰ,lignin precursors are synthesized without polymerization,while Phase Ⅱ involves simultaneous synthesis of lignin precursors and *** transcription factors MYB26,NST1/2,and ARF17 specifically regulate the pathway responsible for the synthesis and polymerization of lignin monomers in Phase Ⅱ.MYB26-NST1/2 is the key regulatory pathway responsible for endothecium lignification,while ARF17 facilitates this process by interacting with ***,our results demonstrate that the lignification of the endothecium,which occurs within approximately 26 h,is much faster than that of the vascular *** findings provide valuable insights into the regulation mechanism of rapid lignification in the endothecium,which enables timely anther dehiscence and successful pollen release during plant reproduction.

Efficient extraction of electrode components from recycled lithium-ion batteries(liBs)and their highvalue applications are critical for the sustainable and ecofriendly utilization of *** work demonstrates a novel approach to stripping graphite anodes embedded with li^(+)from spent liBs directly in anhydrous ethanol which can be utilized as high efficiency cathodes for aluminum-ion batteries(AIBs).Recycled graphite(RG)with foam morphology and crystal structure defects was obtained under the action of ultrasonic peeling and gas generation reaction between residual lithium-graphite interlayer compound and *** inherent open structure of RG facilitates the intercalation/deintercalation of chloralum anions(AlCl_(4)^(-))and enhances its AIB cathode *** electrochemical measurements revea that the RG cathode has a specific capacity of 123 m Ah·g^(-1)at a current of 5 A·g^(-1),which is 1.55 times higher than tha of unprocessed natural graphite and 1.25 times higher than that of commercial artificial ***,the RG cathode demonstrated remarkable stability,retaining its high particular capacity of 138.15 mAh·g^(-1)even through2000 times at 10 A·g^(-1)in a low-cost electrolyte consisting of an ionic liquid/urea/AlCl_(3)*** work offers a novel approach to reusing of graphite anode waste materials from liBs.

Comprehension of photon-triggered molecular processes is essential in the study of various important topics in physics, chemistry, and biology. Here we propose a correlated tunneling picture to understand the dissociative ionization process of molecules in intense laser fields based on a quantum model developed in the framework of many-body S-matrix theory including nuclear vibrational motion. In this quantum correlation picture, the single ionization of H2and the subsequent electron-ion recollisioninduced dissociation are considered as an entangled correlated process. It enables us to attribute the interference pattern in the joint-energy spectra to combined effects of single-slit diffraction and multi-slit interference of correlated electron-nuclear wave packets in the time domain. Our work opens a new avenue to understanding molecular dissociative ionization processes in external fields.

Various SARS-CoV-2-related coronaviruses have been increasingly identified in pangolins,showing a potential threat to *** we report the infectivity and pathogenicity of the SARS-CoV-2-related virus,PCoV-GX/P2V,which was isolated from a Malayan pangolin(Manis javanica).PCoV-GX/P2V could grow in human hepatoma,colorectal adenocarcinoma cells,and human primary nasal epithelial *** replicated more efficiently in cells expressing human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(hACE2)as SARS-CoV-2 *** intranasal inoculation to the hACE2-transgenic mice,PCoV-GX/P2V not only replicated in nasal turbinate and lungs,but also caused interstitial pneumonia,characterized by infiltration of mixed inflammatory cells and multifocal alveolar *** population immunity established by SARS-CoV-2 infection and vaccination may not protect people from PCoV-GX/P2V *** findings further verify the hACE2 utility of PCoV-GX/P2V by in vivo experiments using authentic viruses and highlight the importance for intensive surveillance to prevent possible cross-species transmission.

Over the past 70 years, the semiconductor industry has undergone transformative changes,largely driven by the miniaturization of devices and the integration of innovative structures and materials. Two-dimensional(2D) materials like transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs) and graphene are pivotal in overcoming the limitations of silicon-based technologies, offering innovative approaches in transistor design and functionality, enabling atomic-thin channel transistors and monolithic 3D integration. We review the important progress in the application of 2D materials in future information technology, focusing in particular on microelectronics and optoelectronics. We comprehensively summarize the key advancements across material production, characterization metrology, electronic devices, optoelectronic devices, and heterogeneous integration on silicon. A strategic roadmap and key challenges for the transition of 2D materials from basic research to industrial development are outlined. To facilitate such a transition, key technologies and tools dedicated to 2D materials must be developed to meet industrial standards, and the employment of AI in material growth, characterizations, and circuit design will be essential. It is time for academia to actively engage with industry to drive the next 10 years of 2D material research.

Polygonatum sibiricum has long been a popular functional food in Asia， known for its anti-inflammatory properties. However， its efficacy in alleviating colitis has yet to be investigated. This study aimed to explore the therapeutic potential of Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharides (PSP) in dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced colitis， focusing on the related pyroptosis mechanisms. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis showed that PSP possesses a smooth surface with no pore structure and a dense， lamellar structure adorned with numerous spherical entities. PSP treatment significantly reduced colitis symptoms and decreased pro-inflammatory cytokines， likely through suppression of the TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway. Additionally， PSP attenuated NLRP3/ASC/Caspase-1/GSDMD-mediated pyroptosis and mitochondria damage in the colon， while enhanced the expression of tight junction and adherens junction proteins. Microbiota sequencing showed that PSP increased the abundance of phylum Bacteroidota and genus such as Muribaculaceae， Lactobacillus， Clostridia， and Lachnospiraceae， while decreased the phylum Proteobacteria and the genus Enterobacter， Escherichia-Shigella， and Blautia. In conclusion， this study demonstrates that PSP exerts the potential therapeutic role against colitis， which was mediated by the regulation of gut microbiota and the inhibition of colonic NLRP3/ASC/Caspase-1/GSDMD signaling pathway.
