To the Editor:In the last decade,neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC)has become a well-accepted treatment option for breast cancer,although few detailed description of NAC in china has yet been reported.[1]A previous study found that among patients with clinically node-negative(cN0)breast cancer,97.7%(432.442.with breast pathologic complete response(bpCR)had ypN0(absence of metastases in the axillary lymph nodes);and 71.6%(882.12.2.without bpCR achieved ypN0(P2.HER2.positive or triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)that achieved bpCR.

A flexible skin-mounted wireless acoustic device for bowel sounds monitoring and evaluation

Conventional methods of intestinal inspection play an essential role in the assessment of bowel diseases and other relevant health issues, yet fail to obtain intestinal conditions in real time because of radiation limits and operation inconvenience. Herein, a flexible, skin-mounted device is developed for longterm, real-time monitoring, and for the evaluation of bowel sounds based on the integration of a threedimensional printed elastomeric resonator with flexible electronics. The device is capable of being flexibly attached to abdominal surfaces without performance degradation during breathing. Clinical tests conduct in a normal volunteer and in patients with mechanical intestinal obstruction or paralytic ileus illustrate the usefulness of the device in capturing the characteristics of bowel sounds. furthermore, a demonstration of collection and classification of bowel sounds by the flexible device based on machine learning methods can serve as a reference for possible applications of the system in the auxiliary diagnosis of bowel problems.

In this paper,we consider a class of mixed integer weakly concave programming problems(MIWCPP)consisting of minimizing a difference of a quadratic function and a convex function.A new necessary global optimality conditions for MIWCPP is presented in this paper.A new local optimization method for MIWCPP is designed based on the necessary global optimality conditions,which is different from the traditional local optimization method.A global optimization method is proposed by combining some auxiliary functions and the new local optimization ***,numerical examples are also presented to show that the proposed global optimization method for MIWCPP is efficient.

本文提出了一种基于多层前馈神经网络杂交学习算法的自适应复信道均衡的新方法。该学习算法用来训练一个输入、输出、权值和激活函数均为复数的神经网络。神经网络的训练利用了监督和非监督相结合的杂交技术 ,而权值的调整是基于TLS(totalleastsquare)准则进行的。计算机仿真结果表明 ,无论是在线性还是在非线性信道中 ,所提出的方法都表现出了很好的性能 ,这为自适应复信道均衡提供了一种新方法。

Sleep has attracted extensive attention due to its significance in ***,its association with erectile dysfunction(ED)is insufficiently *** investigate the potential causal links between sleep traits(insomnia,sleep duration,and chronotype)and ED,this study was *** single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)associated with insomnia,sleep duration,and chronotype were retrieved from previous genome-wide association studies(GWAS).A conventional two-sample Mendelian randomization(MR)was used to estimate the causal links between sleep traits and *** summary statistics of ED were from individuals of European ancestry(6175 cases vs 2.7630 controls).As shown by the random effect inverse-variance-weighting(IVW)estimator,genetically predicted insomnia was causally associated with a 1.15-fold risk of ED(95%confidence interval:1.07-1.2.,P0.05).These findings were consistent with the results of sensitivity *** on genetic data,this study provides causal evidence that genetically predicted insomnia increases the risk of ED,whereas sleep duration and chronotype do not.

Hydrothermal treatment of calcium oxide and boric acid mixtures at temperaturesbetween 2.4 ℃ and 300 ℃ has produced a colorless, transparent, orthorhombic compound Ca2.6O11 · H2.. Of the seven known members of the series of hydrated dicalcium hexaborate containing boron-oxygen six-membered ring anionic group (B3O8)7, only the title compound has been found to have the nonlinear optical effect. The second harmanic generation (SHG) effect of its crystal is larger than that of KH2.O4 (KDP). The reflection spectrum has shown that this compound has no absorption in the experimental wavelength range (800-2.0 nm). Its crystal structure is favorable for generating the nonlinear optical effect.
